本願はエネルギー貯蔵デバイスの技術分野に関し、特に故障電池ユニットの処理方法、電池モジュール、電池パック及び装置に関する。

故障電池ユニット11内から外へ電解液を吸引するステップをさらに含む。
押さえ板M21を撤去した後、故障電池ユニット11に設けられる第1貫通孔115によって故障電池ユニット11内に導電性材料を注入するステップをさらに含む。

Claims (15)
- 故障電池ユニットの処理方法であって、
前記故障電池ユニット内に導電性材料を注入し、前記導電性材料は注入時に溶融状態であり、冷却後に固体状態であるステップを含み、
前記導電性材料は前記故障電池ユニットの正極端子と負極端子とを電気的に接続することに用いられる、故障電池ユニットの処理方法。 - 前記故障電池ユニット内から外へ電解液を吸引するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の故障電池ユニットの処理方法。
- 前記故障電池ユニットと非故障電池ユニットは押さえ板によって下筐体内に固定され、
前記故障電池ユニットの位置を決定するステップと、
前記押さえ板を撤去した後、前記故障電池ユニットに設けられる第1貫通孔によって前記故障電池ユニット内に前記導電性材料を注入するステップと、をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の故障電池ユニットの処理方法。 - 前記故障電池ユニットと非故障電池ユニットは押さえ板によって下筐体内に固定され、
前記押さえ板の前記故障電池ユニット及び前記非故障電池ユニットに対応する位置に第3貫通孔を設けるステップと、
前記故障電池ユニットの位置を決定するステップと、
前記故障電池ユニットには前記第3貫通孔に対応する第1貫通孔を設け、前記第1貫通孔によって前記故障電池ユニット内に前記導電性材料を注入するステップと、をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の故障電池ユニットの処理方法。 - 前記押さえ板は前記故障電池ユニットと非故障電池ユニットのハウジングを覆って設けられ、
前記押さえ板の前記故障電池ユニット及び前記非故障電池ユニットに対応する位置に第4貫通孔をさらに設けるステップと、
前記故障電池ユニットの前記ハウジングには、前記第4貫通孔に対応する第2貫通孔を設けるステップと、をさらに含む、請求項3又は4に記載の故障電池ユニットの処理方法。 - 請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の故障電池ユニットの処理方法を使用する電池モジュールであって、電池ユニットを備え、複数の電池ユニットは長手方向に沿って順に並んでおり、前記電池ユニットは前記故障電池ユニットを備え、前記故障電池ユニットは、
第1収容室を有するハウジングと、
前記第1収容室内に収容される電極組立体と、
それぞれ前記電極組立体に接続される正極端子及び負極端子と、を備え、
前記故障電池ユニットは前記第1貫通孔を有し、前記第1貫通孔は前記第1収容室に連通し、前記第1貫通孔によって前記第1収容室に前記正極端子と前記負極端子とを電気的に接続するための導電性材料を注入する、電池モジュール。 - 前記故障電池ユニットに第2貫通孔がさらに設けられ、前記第2貫通孔の面積は前記第1貫通孔の面積未満である、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記故障電池ユニットは、ハウジングと、前記ハウジングに接続されるトップカバープレートとを備え、前記第1貫通孔は前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記押さえ板は前記ハウジングを覆って設けられる、請求項6又は7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングは第1面を備え、前記第1面は前記ハウジングの高さ方向の端部に位置し、トップカバープレートは前記第1面の幅方向の端部に位置し、前記第1貫通孔は前記第1面に設けられ、
幅方向に沿って、前記第1貫通孔は前記第1面の1/2と前記トップカバープレートの前記第1面への投影との間に位置する、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記正極端子の前記第1面への投影は第1投影、前記負極端子の前記第1面への投影は第2投影であり、前記第1貫通孔は前記第1投影の幅方向の延長線と前記第2投影の幅方向の延長線との間に位置する、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングはアルミニウム合金材料を含んで構成され、前記導電性材料は錫、アルミニウム合金又は鉛を含む、請求項6~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電池パックであって、
第2収容室を有する筐体と、
前記第2収容室内に収容され、請求項6~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールである電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュールの高さ方向の端部に設けられ、前記筐体の底壁を向いている押さえ板と、を備え、
前記正極端子と前記負極端子は長手方向に沿って設けられ、前記筐体の側壁を向いている、電池パック。 - 前記押さえ板の各電池ユニットに対応する位置に第3貫通孔を設け、前記第3貫通孔は第1貫通孔の位置に対応する、請求項12に記載の電池パック。
- 前記押さえ板の各電池ユニットに対応する位置に第4貫通孔を設け、前記第4貫通孔は第2貫通孔の位置に対応する、請求項12又は13に記載の電池パック。
- 電池ユニットを電源として使用する装置であって、
前記装置に駆動力を提供するための動力源と、
前記動力源に電気エネルギーを供給することに用いられ、請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックである電池パックと、を備える、装置。
