Claims (7)
- 上板部と、
前記上板部の下側に固定配置され、円形コイルによって形成される磁場を介して前記上板部の上部空間に位置する被加熱容器を加熱させるインダクション部と、
前記インダクション部の内部空間のうち、前記円形コイルの中心に配置されるホールセンサ部と、
前記ホールセンサ部と電気的に接続される制御部と、
内部に埋め込まれる磁力部材が前記上板部の上面のうち、整合領域に位置すると、前記ホールセンサ部を介して検出される測定値に応じて前記インダクション部の動作を制御し、前記被加熱容器が安着するマルチスタンド部と、を含み、
前記測定値は、前記上板部の厚さを意味し、
前記制御部は、前記厚さに応じて円形コイルの最大出力を調整する
ことを特徴とするアンダーインダクションレンジシステム。 - 前記測定値が予め設定された範囲を超えると、前記制御部は、前記円形コイルに供給される電力を遮断させる
請求項1に記載のアンダーインダクションレンジシステム。 - 前記ホールセンサ部は、
前記インダクション部のハウジング上板の内面に接触配置され、前記磁力部材の磁場を検出するホールセンサと、
前記ホールセンサで測定された電圧をデジタル値に変換するA/D変換部と、を含む
請求項1に記載のアンダーインダクションレンジシステム。 - 前記整合領域は、円形であり、
前記上板部の上面には、前記整合領域と同心を有し、より大きな半径を有する可動領域が形成される
請求項1に記載のアンダーインダクションレンジシステム。 - 前記磁力部材が前記可動領域を離脱すると、前記制御部は、前記円形コイルに供給される電力を遮断させる
請求項4に記載のアンダーインダクションレンジシステム。 - 前記マルチスタンド部の上面および下面には、前記磁力部材の埋め込み位置を表示する円形標識が形成される
請求項1に記載のアンダーインダクションレンジシステム。 - 前記円形コイルは、前記インダクション部のハウジング上板の内面に接触配置される
