Claims (4)
- 交流電源電圧から正負の電圧成分を取り出すブリッジ回路と、
前記ブリッジ回路の出力電圧を平滑化する平滑コンデンサと、
前記ブリッジ回路と前記平滑コンデンサとの間に設けられ、突入電流を抑制する予備充電抵抗と、
前記予備充電抵抗と並列に設けられる充電スイッチと、
前記交流電源電圧を前記ブリッジ回路に印加する電源スイッチと、
前記充電スイッチ及び前記電源スイッチの開閉状態を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記ブリッジ回路への前記交流電源電圧の印加開始時に、前記予備充電抵抗の両端間に印加される電圧が所定の抵抗電圧閾値以下になると判断される場合には前記充電スイッチを閉じた状態としてから、前記予備充電抵抗の両端間に印加される電圧が前記抵抗電圧閾値を超えると判断される場合には前記充電スイッチを開いた状態としてから、前記電源スイッチを閉じる、整流装置。 - 前記平滑コンデンサの両端間の電圧を検出する出力電圧検出回路をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記出力電圧検出回路の検出値が所定の出力閾値以下である場合に前記予備充電抵抗の両端間に印加される電圧が前記抵抗電圧閾値以下になると判断する、請求項1に記載の整流装置。 - 前記平滑コンデンサの両端間の電圧を検出する出力電圧検出回路と、
前記交流電源電圧の電圧を検出する電源電圧検出回路と、
をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記出力電圧検出回路の検出値と前記電源電圧検出回路の検出値との差が所定の差分閾値以下である場合に前記予備充電抵抗の両端間に印加される電圧が前記抵抗電圧閾値以下になると判断する、請求項1に記載の整流装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の整流装置と、前記整流装置の出力を交流に変換するインバータと、を備えるモータ駆動装置。
