Description
以下、異物検査システム10を用いた異物検査方法が説明される。
本実施形態によれば、収容体20に強振動Sを付加することにより、粉体21の内部に埋もれている異物が撮影可能に出現される。また、収容体20に弱振動Wを付加することにより、強振動Sにより粉体21に生じた割れが消失し、粉体21に割れが生じ難く、また出現した異物が消失し難い。弱振動Wにおいて得られた画像に基づいて、収容体20の内部に粉体21以外の異物があるかを判定することにより、異物の判定精度が向上する。

Claims (6)
- 粉体が封入されており、当該粉体が外部から視認可能な領域を有する袋状の収容体の内部に異物があるかを検査する異物検査システムであって、
上記収容体に振動を付加する振動装置と、
外部から上記領域を通じて上記収容体の内部を光学的に撮影する撮影装置と、
上記撮影装置が撮影した上記収容体の画像に基づいて、上記収容体の内部に異物があるか否かを判定する判定装置と、を具備しており、
上記振動装置は、弱振動と、当該弱振動より強い振動である強振動と、を交互に上記収容体に付加し、
上記判定装置は、上記振動装置が上記弱振動を付加しているときに上記撮影装置が撮影した上記収容体の画像に基づいて、上記収容体の内部に異物があるか否かを判定する異物検査システム。 - 上記振動装置は、回転軸と、当該回転軸と連動して回転して、上記収容体に衝突するハンマーと、を具備するものであって、上記収容体を挟んで上記撮影装置と反対側に位置する請求項1に記載の異物検査システム。
- 上記振動装置は、上記強振動における上記回転軸の回転数を、上記弱振動における上記回転軸の回転数より高くする請求項2に記載の異物検査システム。
- 上記判定装置は、上記収容体のモノクロ画像内の上記領域において閾値以上の色の濃さが連続する範囲に基づいて、異物の有無を判定する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の異物検査システム。
- 上記粉体は薬剤である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の異物検査システム。
- 粉体が封入されており、当該粉体が外部から視認可能な領域を有する袋状の収容体の内部に異物があるかを検査する異物検査方法であって、
弱振動と、当該弱振動より強い振動である強振動と、を交互に上記収容体に付加し、
上記弱振動を付加しているときに上記収容体の上記領域を含む画像を撮影して画像データを取得し、
取得した上記画像データに基づいて、上記収容体の内部に異物があるか否かを判定する異物検査方法。
