Claims (11)
- 貯蔵タンクから排出された液化ガスをエンジンの要求圧力まで加圧するポンプ;と、
前記ポンプによって加圧された液化ガスを前記エンジンの要求温度まで熱交換により加熱する熱交換器;と、
前記貯蔵タンクから排出されて前記ポンプ及び前記熱交換器を通過した液化ガスを一時貯蔵して前記エンジンに供給するバッファタンク;とを備え、
前記エンジンは非圧縮性流体が供給されるエンジンであり、
気体を気体供給ラインを介して前記バッファタンクに供給することで、前記バッファタンクの内部圧力を調節し、
前記エンジンで必要とされる量の液化ガスを前記バッファタンクから前記エンジンに供給することを特徴とする、船舶用の燃料供給システム。 - 前記バッファタンクの内部の液化ガスの水位を測定する水位センサ;と
前記バッファタンクの内部の液化ガスの水位が上昇することで、前記バッファタンクの内部の液化ガスが前記貯蔵タンクに戻されるリターンライン;と、
前記リターンライン上に設置される第3バルブ;とをさらに備え、
前記第3バルブは、平常時に閉鎖状態であり、前記水位センサで測定された水位値が予め設定された設定値以上になると開放されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の船舶用の燃料供給システム。 - 前記バッファタンクの内部のガスを前記貯蔵タンクに送るベントラインをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の船舶用の燃料供給システム。
- 前記第3バルブは、前記水位センサで測定された水位値に応じて前記バッファタンクから排出される液化ガスの流量を調節することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3記載の船舶用の燃料供給システム。
- 前記バッファタンクの内部圧力を測定する第3圧力センサをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の船舶用の燃料供給システム。
- 前記気体供給ライン上に設置される第5バルブをさらに備え、
前記第5バルブは、前記第3圧力センサで測定された圧力値に応じて流体の流量を調節することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の船舶用の燃料供給システム。 - 前記ベントライン上に設置される第4バルブをさらに備え、
前記第4バルブは、前記第3圧力センサで測定された圧力値に応じて流体の流量を調節することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の船舶用の燃料供給システム。 - 前記エンジンに供給される液化ガスに含まれる不純物をろ過する第1フィルタをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の船舶用の燃料供給システム。
- 前記第1フィルタは、前記熱交換器と前記バッファタンクとの間に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の船舶用の燃料供給システム。
- 非圧縮性流体である液化ガスを、エンジンの要求圧力及び要求温度に圧縮及び加熱した後、前記エンジンに供給する船舶用の燃料供給方法において、
前記エンジンの要求圧力及び要求温度に圧縮及び加熱された液化ガスをバッファタンクに一時貯蔵するステップと、
前記エンジンで必要とされる量の液化ガスを前記バッファタンクから前記エンジンに供給するステップと、
前記バッファタンクの内部の液化ガスの水位が予め設定された設定値未満である平常時には、前記バッファタンクの内部の液化ガスを貯蔵タンクに戻さず、前記バッファタンクの内部の液化ガスの水位が前記設定値まで上昇した場合に、前記バッファタンクの内部の液化ガスが貯蔵タンクに戻されるステップとを含むことを特徴とする、船舶用の燃料供給方法。 - 前記バッファタンクの内部のガスを前記貯蔵タンクに送るステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10記載の船舶用の燃料供給方法。
