There was a problem that it could not be exchanged.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a heat exchange member and a heat exchanger that can sufficiently increase the contact area with the member to be heat-treated and can efficiently exchange heat. for the purpose.

In the laminate material L2 of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, heat-sealable resin layers 61 and 63 are laminated on both sides of a

As the heat-sealable resin layers 61 and 63, a material selected from polyolefin (unstretched polypropylene (CPP), polyethylene), fluororesin, polyester resin, and vinyl chloride resin can be preferably used. The thickness of the heat-sealable resin layers 61 and 63 is preferably 20 μm to 1000 μm. LLDPE is used as the thermal adhesive resin layers 61 and 63 in the first embodiment.
In the first embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 9A, the
Here, as the unevenness processing, any processing that can form three-dimensional unevenness in the laminate material L2 may be used. A processing method capable of forming unevenness can be suitably used.
Corrugating is, for example, forming a corrugated three-dimensional shape in one direction by passing a work such as a laminate material L2 between a pair of rolls on the outer periphery of which grooves in the axial direction are formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction. processing method.
Pleating is a processing method for forming folds (pleats) by alternately folding a work such as the laminate material L2.
Next, a method for manufacturing the heat exchanger of the first embodiment will be described.
First, the
The temporary assembly is thermally bonded to the
As shown in FIG. 2, the

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the second embodiment,

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9B, the
In the second embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the

The method of using the heat exchanger of the second embodiment is the same as the method of using the heat exchanger of the first embodiment.

Further, according to the
