第3の発明は、柱鉄筋に先組材を組み込む鉄筋工事において柱鉄筋と先組材との干渉を解消するための鉄筋工事用干渉防止方法であって、柱鉄筋が刺さる先組材の干渉箇所に複数の管体を上下動自在に束ねる本体をあらかじめセットし、柱鉄筋に先組材を組み込む段階で、筒状になっている管体をそれぞれ柱鉄筋に差し込むことで、柱鉄筋と先組材との干渉を解消できたことを特徴とするものである。

本願発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図3は、本願発明に係る鉄筋工事用干渉防止部材の構造を図示した説明図である。
図示するように、鉄筋工事用干渉防止部材1は、管体2と本体5を備える。
管体2は、筒状をしており、先端は柱鉄筋に差し込みできるように開口しており、後端は本体5に連結できるように拡径されたフランジ部3を有する。なお、フランジ部3には水抜き孔4を形成している。

柱鉄筋の先端に差し込む筒状の管体と、
複数の管体を上下動自在に束ねるとともに、柱鉄筋に先組材を組み込む前段階において柱鉄筋が刺さる先組材の干渉領域にセットする本体と、
を備え、
管体は、その先端が柱鉄筋に差し込みできるように開口しており、後端が本体に連結できるように拡径されたフランジ部を有し、
本体は、管体を複数束ねられるように枠体となっており、管体を挿通する連結孔を有するとともに、その連結孔は枠体の中心に単孔を、単孔の左右に長穴を形成したことを特徴とする鉄筋工事用干渉防止部材。
