Claims (6)
- 第1の骨を第2の骨に取り付けるように構成されたインプラントにおいて、
前記インプラントは、
前記第1の骨に挿入するように構成された髄内部分であって、
長手方向軸と、
前記髄内部分を通って延び、髄内ファスナー孔軸を有する髄内ファスナー孔とを有する髄内部分と、
前記第2の骨と接触するように構成された髄外部分であって、
前記第2の骨の表面に隣接するように構成され、前記長手方向軸から離間した骨対向面と、
前記髄外部分を通って延び、髄外ファスナー孔軸を有する髄外ファスナー孔とを有する髄外部分と、
前記髄内部分と前記髄外部分との間に延び、それを通って延びる圧縮ファスナー孔軸を有する圧縮ファスナー孔を有する中間部分と、を含み、
前記髄内ファスナー孔軸と前記髄外ファスナー孔軸とは平行であり、
前記圧縮ファスナー孔軸は、長手方向軸に対して斜めの角度で配置されており、
前記第1の骨が中足骨であり、前記第2の骨が足根骨である、インプラント。 - 肩部が前記圧縮ファスナー孔内に延び、前記肩部は、前記圧縮ファスナー孔に挿入されたねじのヘッドに接触するように構成される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記髄内ファスナー孔は、前記髄内部分を前記第1の骨に固定するためのファスナーを受け入れるように構成され、前記髄外ファスナー孔は、前記髄外部分を前記第2の骨に固定するためのファスナーを受け入れるように構成される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 肩部が前記圧縮ファスナー孔内に延び、前記圧縮ファスナー孔は、ヘッドが肩部に接触するようにヘッド及びねじ付きシャフトを有するファスナーを受け入れるように構成され、前記ねじ付きシャフトは、前記第2の骨内に延びて係合するように構成される、請求項3に記載のインプラント。
- 前記髄外ファスナー孔にはねじ山が形成されている、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記髄内部分は幅を有し、また、前記長手方向軸から前記髄外部分の骨対向面までの距離は、前記幅の半分より大きい、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
