Claims (4)
- 真空チャンバ内に配置された導電性のステージと、
前記ステージの上側に配置された導電性のベースプレートと、
前記ベースプレートの上側に金属素材を供給する金属素材供給装置と、
前記金属素材供給装置で供給された前記金属素材に電子ビームを照射し、前記金属素材を溶融して凝固させる電子ビームガンと、
前記ステージ及び前記ベースプレートをアースするアース回路と、
前記金属素材供給装置及び前記電子ビームガンを制御するコントローラとを備えた積層造形装置において、
前記ステージと前記ベースプレートの間に配置され、前記電子ビームガンからの電子ビームの照射で生じる電流によって発熱する抵抗発熱体を備えたことを特徴とする積層造形装置。 - 請求項1に記載の積層造形装置において、
前記ベースプレートの温度を検出する温度検出器を備え、
前記アース回路は、前記ステージに接続された第1の接続線と、前記ベースプレートに接続された第2の接続線と、アース線と、前記第1の接続線及び前記第2の接続線のうちの一方を選択して前記アース線に接続する切替スイッチとで構成されており、
前記コントローラは、前記温度検出器で検出された前記ベースプレートの温度が予め設定された所定値未満である場合に、前記第1の接続線と前記アース線を接続するように前記切替スイッチを制御し、前記温度検出器で検出された前記ベースプレートの温度が前記所定値以上である場合に、前記第2の接続線と前記アース線を接続するように前記切替スイッチを制御することを特徴とする積層造形装置。 - 真空チャンバ内に配置された導電性のステージと、
前記ステージの上側に配置された導電性のベースプレートと、
前記ベースプレートの上側にワイヤ状又は粉末状の金属素材を供給する金属素材供給装置と、
前記金属素材供給装置で供給された前記金属素材に電子ビームを照射し、前記金属素材を溶融して凝固させる電子ビームガンと、
前記ステージ及び前記ベースプレートをアースするアース回路と、
前記金属素材供給装置及び前記電子ビームガンを制御するコントローラとを備えた積層造形装置を改造する方法であって、
前記ステージと前記ベースプレートの間に、前記電子ビームガンからの電子ビームの照射で生じる電流によって発熱する抵抗発熱体を設けたことを特徴とする積層造形装置の改造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の積層造形装置の改造方法において、
前記ベースプレートの温度を検出する温度検出器を設け、
前記アース回路は、前記ステージに接続された第1の接続線と、前記ベースプレートに接続された第2の接続線と、アース線と、前記第1の接続線及び前記第2の接続線のうちの一方を選択して前記アース線に接続する切替スイッチとで構成し、
前記コントローラは、前記温度検出器で検出された前記ベースプレートの温度が予め設定された所定値未満である場合に、前記第1の接続線と前記アース線を接続するように前記切替スイッチを制御し、前記温度検出器で検出された前記ベースプレートの温度が前記所定値以上である場合に、前記第2の接続線と前記アース線を接続するように前記切替スイッチを制御する機能を追加することを特徴とする積層造形装置の改造方法。
