Description
Claims (21)
- 第1の構成要素を第2の構成要素に締結するための締結システムであって、
ヘッド及び本体を有するピン、
フランジと、前記ピンの前記本体が貫通するように寸法形成された中央開口と、を有するラッチ、
底部、内側側壁、及び外側側壁を有する円形凹部を有するOリングホルダであって、前記Oリングホルダは前記第2の構成要素の上方に設けられたOリングホルダ、並びに
前記円形凹部内に配置され、且つ前記ラッチの下面と接触するOリング
を備え、
前記フランジは下方に向かって延びて、前記Oリングと前記Oリングホルダの外側側壁の少なくとも一部とを覆う、
締結システム。 - 前記ピンが、前記本体に沿って配置された溝を備え、前記ラッチが4分の1回転したときに前記溝内に係止されるように、前記中央開口が寸法形成されている、請求項1に記載の締結システム。
- 前記Oリングホルダが、前記円形凹部の前記底部から上方に延在する複数のスポークを備え、前記複数のスポークが、前記Oリングの底部表面に接触する、請求項1に記載の締結システム。
- 前記複数のスポークがそれぞれ前記内側側壁及び前記外側側壁に取り付けられる、請求項3に記載の締結システム。
- 前記複数のスポークがそれぞれ、前記底部から遠位の自由端を備え、前記複数のスポークのそれぞれの前記自由端が先細りしている、請求項3に記載の締結システム。
- 前記複数のスポークがそれぞれ、前記底部から遠位の自由端を備え、前記複数のスポークのそれぞれの前記自由端が平坦である、請求項3に記載の締結システム。
- 前記複数のスポークがそれぞれ、隣接するスポークから360°/Nの角度で離間され、Nはスポークの数である、請求項3に記載の締結システム。
- 第1の構成要素を第2の構成要素に締結するための締結システムであって、
ヘッド及び本体を有するピン、
前記ピンの前記本体が貫通するように寸法形成された中央開口を有するラッチ、
底部、内側側壁、及び外側側壁を有する円形凹部を有するOリングホルダ、並びに

を備えている締結システム。 - 前記ピンが、前記本体に沿って配置された溝を備え、前記ラッチが4分の1回転したときに前記溝内に係止されるように、前記中央開口が寸法形成されている、請求項14に記載の締結システム。
- 前記ラッチが前記溝内に係止されているとき、前記複数のOリングがそれぞれ圧縮される、請求項15に記載の締結システム。
- 前記複数の垂直スロットがそれぞれ、隣接する垂直スロットから360°/Nの角度で離間され、Nは垂直スロットの数である、請求項14に記載の締結システム。
- イオン源と共に使用するための抽出プレートアセンブリであって、
抽出開孔及び前記抽出開孔に近接する孔を有する抽出プレート、
開口を有するブロッカ、並びに
締結システムであって、
ヘッド及び本体を有し、前記孔及び前記開口を通過するピンと、
フランジと、前記ピンの前記本体が貫通するように寸法形成された中央開口と、を有するラッチと、
Oリングホルダと、
前記Oリングホルダ内に配置され、且つ前記ラッチの下面と接触するOリング
を備え、
前記フランジは下方に向かって延びて、前記Oリングと前記Oリングホルダの外側側壁の少なくとも一部とを覆う、

を備えている抽出プレートアセンブリ。 - 前記Oリングホルダが、底部、内側側壁、及び外側側壁を有する円形凹部を備え、前記Oリングが、前記円形凹部内に配置される、請求項18に記載の抽出プレートアセンブリ。
