Description
図1乃至図3に示した構造を有する稼働中のポンプから潤滑油を採取し、従来の分析方法と本発明の分析方法を行って比較した。図6に示すように、採油部位は、モーター(M)に直結する側の摺動部を「直結側」とし、モーターとは反対側の摺動部を「反直結側」として、下記表2~5において、それぞれ「直」及び「反」と略記する。ポンプ停止直後に、ポンプの給油口から潤滑油を容器に採取し、均一になるよう良く撹拌した。
図4に示した構造を有する稼働中のポンプ2台から潤滑油を採取した以外は、実施例1と同様に比色試験紙による簡易分析を行った。採油前の運転中に測定した温度、振動、騒音は管理値範囲内であり、これらの測定によって異常は認められなかった。
Claims (2)
- 潤滑油を用いる摺動部を具備する機械設備の稼働現場にて、
当該機器に用いられている潤滑油をその場で採取し、
当該潤滑油中の金属濃度をその場で分析し、
潤滑油中の金属濃度に応じて、当該摺動部の摩耗状況を判断し、
摩耗が発生している場合には摩耗の程度に応じて、当該摺動部の摩耗状況を判断して、潤滑油のより詳細な分析の実施、摺動部に関する他の検査の実施、継続的な潤滑油分析、潤滑油交換、又は摺動部調整を行う、機械設備の運転管理方法であって、
前記採取した潤滑油を、その場で、ろ過して、残留する粒子を塩酸に溶解させることにより調製した分析試料を用いて、比色試験紙、比色試薬又は吸光度分析による潤滑油中金属濃度の簡易分析を行うことを特徴とする機械設備の運転管理方法。 - ポンプの稼働現場にて、
ポンプの摺動部から潤滑油を採取し、
直ちに比色試験紙、比色試薬又は吸光度分析による潤滑油中金属濃度の簡易分析をその場で行い、
潤滑油中の濃度、又は正常運転時の潤滑油中濃度からの増加分が、鉄、銅又はすずのいずれかについて設定した閾値を越えた場合に、当該摺動部の摩耗状況を判断して、潤滑油のより詳細な分析の実施、摺動部に関する他の検査の実施、継続的な潤滑油分析、潤滑油交換、又は摺動部調整を行う、ポンプの運転管理方法であって、
前記比色試験紙、比色試薬又は吸光度分析による潤滑油中金属濃度の簡易分析は、採取した潤滑油を、その場で、ろ過して、残留する粒子を塩酸に溶解させることにより調製した分析試料を用いることを特徴とするポンプの運転管理方法。
