Description
The present invention relates to a clip for a lap leaf spring provided with a silencer and a lap leaf spring to which such a lap leaf spring clip is attached.
Conventionally, in a lap leaf spring used for a leaf suspension of a vehicle, a clip for the lap leaf spring is provided in order to suppress lateral displacement of each leaf spring. Since the clip for the lap leaf spring restrains the lap leaf spring so as to be bundled from both sides, the movement of the lap leaf spring may cause contact with the clip for the lap leaf spring and generate an abnormal noise. In order to suppress the generation of such abnormal noise, a resin or rubber silencer may be provided on the contact surface of the clip for the lap leaf spring with the lap leaf spring. The silencer is interposed between the lap leaf spring and the clip for the lap leaf spring to cushion the impact, and causes the lap leaf spring to slide on the surface of the silencer.

However, in the
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above circumstances, and is a clip for a laminated leaf spring and such a laminated plate so that the generation of abnormal noise is suppressed even if dirt such as dust adheres to the silencer. It is an object of the present invention to provide a lap leaf spring to which a spring clip is attached.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the clip for a laminated leaf spring according to this application has a pair of main bodies having a pair of side portions facing each other with a predetermined gap from both ends of the base and formed in a U shape. The cushioning member includes a cushioning member provided inside each pair of side portions so as to face the laminated leaf spring held between the side portions, and the cushioning member is movable along the direction in which the side portions extend. be.
The pair of side portions are each provided with an elliptical hole whose major axis is the direction in which the side portion extends, and the cushioning member has a dowel that is inserted into the hole to move the cushioning member along the major axis. It may be formed.
The tip-side portions of the pair of side portions may be bent toward the opposite side portions. It may further include a bolt inserted through the tip side of the pair of sides. The cushioning member may have a cylindrical shape that surrounds each pair of side portions.
The lap leaf spring according to this application is the one to which the clip for the lap leaf spring is attached.
According to the present invention, even if dust or the like adheres to the silencer, it is possible to suppress the generation of abnormal noise due to the contact between the lap leaf spring and the lap leaf spring clip.
Hereinafter, embodiments of a clip for a lap leaf spring and a lap leaf spring to which such a clip for a lap leaf spring is attached will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(First Embodiment)
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a
The
The lap
In the
Further, in the
図4(a)の断面図は、図4(b)の右側面図における切断線IV(a)-IV(a)によるものである。
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating the operation of the
4 (c) and 4 (d) are views showing a state in which the main spring composed of the four leaf springs above the
4 (e) and 4 (f) are views showing a state in which the main spring composed of the four leaf springs above the
As described above, in the
Further, in the
Further, in the
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing another usage example of the
The
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a
The

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a

Further, in the
Further, in the
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a
The
The lap
In the
In the
Further, in the
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a

FIG. 10 is a front view showing an example of a lap leaf spring to which a lap leaf spring clip is attached. In FIG. 10, the

FIG. 11 is a front view showing another example of a lap leaf spring to which a lap leaf spring clip is attached. In FIG. 11, the
Also in the other example shown in FIG. 11, the
