Claims (12)
- 平行で、且つ互いに間隔を有して配置された複数の支持構造部材(2)が組み込まれた気泡コンクリート複合建材であって、
前記支持構造部材(2)は、前記気泡コンクリート複合建材(1,10,13,17,23,26,29,32)の平面に対して横切る方向に延びるリブ(4)を有し、
前記リブは、それぞれ、前記リブ(4)の平面から同じ方向に曲がり、隣接する前記気泡コンクリート複合建材(1,10,13,17,23,26,29,32)の外面に対して平行、またはほぼ平行に延びる支持構造リム(5,5.1)を有し、
前記支持構造部材(2)の前記支持構造リム(5,5.1)は、前記支持構造リム(5,5.1)の長さにわたって並設されて延びる気泡コンクリート層(3,11,12,14,15,18,19)内に鋳造されており、
前記気泡コンクリート層は、少なくとも2つの気泡コンクリートシェル(11,12,14,15,18,19)から形成され、各支持構造リム(5,5.1)は、別個の気泡コンクリートシェル(11,12,14,15,18,19)内に鋳造されていることを特徴とし、前記2つの気泡コンクリートシェル(11,12,14,15,18,19)のバルク密度は異なり、両方の気泡コンクリートシェル(11,12,14,15,18,19)は、静力学的荷重引き受け機能の一部を担い、より高いバルク密度を有する気泡コンクリートシェル(11,14,18)はより大部分の静力学的荷重引き受け機能を担い、より低いバルク密度を有する気泡コンクリートシェル(12,15,19)は主に遮断機能を受け持ち、前記支持構造部材は、前記建材の全長にわたって延び、1つの気泡コンクリートシェルのバルク密度が、他の気泡コンクリートシェルのバルク密度よりも30から50%高い、気泡コンクリート複合建材。 - 前記支持構造リム(5,5.1)は、他の支持構造リム(5,5.1)の方向に窪み、前記支持構造部材(2)の長手延長方向に沿って延びる少なくとも1つの窪んだ結合溝(7,7.1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの結合溝(7,7.1)は、両側においてアンダーカットされていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の建材。
- 前記リブ(4)は、前記支持構造部材(2)の長手方向の延長に沿う少なくとも1つの結合溝(9)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の建材。
- 前記リブ(4)の前記結合溝(9)は、前記リブ(4)内において、前記曲げられた支持構造リム(5,5.1)の方向に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の建材。
- 前記リブおよび/または前記支持構造リムは、前記支持構造部材の長手方向の延長に対して横切って作用する結合構造を保持していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の建材。
- 2つの気泡コンクリートシェル(14,15)は、互いに離間して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の建材。
- 前記2つの気泡コンクリートシェル(14,15)の間に、特に耐衝撃性の遮断材層(16)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の建材。
- 前記建材(23)は、背中合わせになっており、且つ隣接する支持構造部材(2)への隔たりよりも小さい間隔で互いに離間した、少なくとも2つの支持構造部材(2)を有し、
前記2つの支持構造部材(2)のリブは、少なくとも1つの端領域の縁の近くの端部で、解放部(24)を横切るボルト(25)によって互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の建材。 - 結合溝(7.1)の少なくともいくつかの内に、パイプホルダーといったホルダー(21)が固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の建材。
- 建材(17,29)は、支持構造部材(2)の長手延長方向において、均一に撓んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の建材。
- 前記撓んだ建材(17)の下側頂点の、前記建材の両端部を結んだ仮想線からの距離は、L/200の値に相当し、ここで、Lは、前記支持構造部材(2)の長手延長方向における前記建材(17)の長さであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の建材。
