Claims (8)
- 靴用のインソールであって、
サスペンションメッシュ包囲体と、
前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体に挿入されているフォーム製基部と、
前記フォーム製基部を支持する剛質フレームと、
を含んでおり、前記剛質フレームは、前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体のメッシュにテンションを提供すべく前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体と接触状態にあり、
前記フォーム製基部は、該フォーム製基部の上面と、該フォーム製基部の前記上面に隣り合う前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体の内面との間に腔部を創出するように形状化されている、靴用インソール。 - 前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体は、前記フォーム製基部を挿入するための、該サスペンションメッシュ包囲体の表面を通過する少なくとも1つのスリットを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の靴用インソール。
- 前記剛質フレームが前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体に挿入されている、請求項1に記載の靴用インソール。
- 前記剛質フレームと前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体が一体成型されている、請求項1に記載の靴用インソール。
- 前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体のメッシュは、200から500の総アスペクト比(それは、繊維径に対する繊維長の比として定義される)を有した長繊維のポリエステル織糸で作られた通気性メッシュである、請求項1に記載の靴用インソール。
- 前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体の下側に位置する固定カバーを更に含んでなる、請求項1に記載の靴用インソール。
- 前記メッシュは、単シームレス織布内に複数の相互接続層を更に備えてなる、請求項1に記載の靴用インソール。
- 前記サスペンションメッシュ包囲体は、複数の種類の織糸を備えると共に幾何織模様を有しており、織糸の特性およびメッシュの幾何織模様が当該サスペンションメッシュ包囲体の中で空間的に変化している、請求項1に記載の靴用インソール。
