Claims (5)
- スクリュコアの周囲を螺旋状に延び、ネジ山が側方の境界になっているスクリュ溝(1)、(2)を有する可塑化スクリュであって、前記スクリュ溝は、スクリュ溝の長手方向にわたって配置されスクリュ溝を横切って延びる流動要素(3)、(4)を備え、流動要素は、深い部分(5)と長手方向に半径方向に高くなる圧縮部分(6)を有し、圧縮部分(6)が、ネジ山(1)、(2)に対して傾斜した少なくとも1個の上昇面(7)を構成し、上昇面には、流動を生じさせるプラトー(8)が、長手方向につながっている可塑化スクリュにおいて、圧縮部分(6)が、向かい合うネジ山部分(1)、(2)に対して傾斜した少なくとも2個の上昇面(7)を有し、前記上昇面が、流れの方向に対向する、固体材料床を分割し壊す楔(9)、(10)を構成していることを特徴とする可塑化スクリュ。
- 圧縮部分(6)の上昇面(7)が、スクリュ溝の長手方向に、凹又は凸に湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可塑化スクリュ。
- 流れを生じさせるプラトー(8)が、スクリュ溝の長手方向に、波状に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の可塑化スクリュ。
- 可塑化スクリュが、共通のネジ山(2)によって互いに隔てられた少なくとも2本のスクリュ溝を構成し、前記スクリュ溝には、互いにずらして間隔をあけた流動要素(3)、(4)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載の可塑化スクリュ。
- 共通のネジ山(2)に、流れの方向におけるそれぞれの流動要素(3)、(4)の上流の領域において貫通口が開けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可塑化スクリュ。
