Description
Claims (6)
- 円筒デバイス筐体と、
前記円筒デバイス筐体の内部で放射状に分散した複数のオーディオトランスデューサと、
前記円筒デバイス筐体内に配置されたオーディオ受信機と、
を備えた電子デバイスであって、
前記オーディオ受信機は、
外部デバイスからのデジタルオーディオ信号を受信するよう構成された無線インタフェースと、
コンピュータ読み取り可能なメモリと、
受信した前記デジタルオーディオ信号から複数のトランスデューサ駆動信号を生成し、且つ前記複数のトランスデューサ駆動信号を個別に独立に前記複数のオーディオトランスデューサに送信し、前記複数のオーディオトランスデューサをアレイとして駆動させて形状も方向も異なる同時指向性パターンを生成するためのプロセッサと、
前記複数のオーディオトランスデューサの各々から放たれたサウンドを、前記円筒デバイス筐体内の1以上の開口へ向かわせる1以上の指向性のホーンと、
を含むことを特徴とする、電子デバイス。 - 複数のデジタル/アナログ変換器(DAC)と複数の増幅器とを更に備え、
前記複数のオーディオトランスデューサの各オーディオトランスデューサは、前記複数のDACにうちの一のDACに、及び前記複数の増幅器のうちの一の増幅器に結合される、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記プロセッサによって生成された前記複数のトランスデューサ駆動信号は、前記無線インタフェースを介して前記オーディオ受信機により受信された異なるチャネルのサウンドプログラムコンテンツをあらわすビームパターンを生成する、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記複数のオーディオトランスデューサの各オーディオトランスデューサは、中間周波数成分用であり、
低周波数成分用の少なくとも1つの追加のオーディオトランスデューサ、及び高周波数成分用の少なくとも1つの追加のオーディオトランスデューサを更に含む、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記複数のオーディオトランスデューサの各オーディオトランスデューサは、水平面に整列し、
前記水平面の下方に配置された少なくとも1つの追加のオーディオトランスデューサ、及び前記水平面の上方に配置された少なくとも1つの追加のオーディオトランスデューサを更に含む、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記円筒デバイス筐体の側壁にスロットを更に含み、前記スロットは特定の周波数範囲で共鳴を提供するよう同調される、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
