Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載して使用することができる同期変速機(200)であって、エンジン(106)によって作動されるクランクシャフト(202)と後輪(105)に連結される被動シャフトとが実質的に互いに平行であり、前記被動シャフト(205)が、前記クランクシャフト(202)に運動力学的に連結された1次シャフト(53)から運動を受け取り、前記1次シャフト(53)が、少なくとも1つの歯車(61)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの歯車(61)は、前記被動シャフト(205)に前記運動を伝達し、前記歯車(61)は、被動ブッシング(76)に配置され、前記被動ブッシング(76)は、前記1次シャフト(53)に回転自在に組み付けられ、前記1次シャフト(53)が、作動心棒(70)が中に挿入される貫通軸方向チャネル(45)を備え、前記1次シャフト(53)が、前記被動ブッシング(76)に対して作用し前記心棒(70)によって軸方向に作動されるクラッチ(74)を備え、前記被動ブッシング(76)が前記運動の伝達に組み込まれ、
前記歯車(61)が、フリー・ホイール(62)に配置され、それにより、前記クラッチ(74)が前記被動ブッシング(76)に連結したとき、前記フリー・ホイール(62)の可逆性が排除される、同期変速機(200)。 - 前記1次シャフト(53)が、そこを通って形成されて前記少なくとも1つの歯車(61)と前記クラッチとの間に配置されるスリット(71)を有し、前記心棒(70)が、前記スリット(73)から突出して前記クラッチを作動させる作動プレート(73)を有する、請求項1に記載の同期変速機(200)。
- 前記心棒(70)が、前記1次シャフト(53)の一方の端部に押圧端部(72)を有し、前記クラッチを作動させるためのカム機構(6)がそこに対して作用する、請求項1または2に記載の同期変速機(200)。
- 前記カム機構(6)が、ギアの作動に際して同調して作動される、請求項3に記載の同期変速機(200)。
- 前記クラッチが、前記1次シャフト(53)の外側で前記1次シャフト(53)と運動伝達管状要素(52)との間に設けられるクラッチ・ブッシング(74)を備え、前記クラッチ・ブッシング(74)は、各軸方向歯部(75、78)を用いて前記運動伝達要素(52)に係合したままになることにより、前記1次シャフト(53)上で摺動することができる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の同期変速機(200)。
- 前記クラッチ・ブッシング(74)が、各軸方向歯部(75、77)を用いて前記被動ブッシング(76)と係合する、請求項5に記載の同期変速機(200)。
- 前輪(103)から駆動後輪(105)へと延在するシャシ(102)の内側でサドル(101)の下の位置に配置される推進ユニット(106)と、前記推進ユニット(106)と前記後輪(105)の間にあり、モータ車両(100)の露出面では、カバー(110)により、閉じたコンテナ(109)の中に受けられる、請求項5に記載の変速機(200)とを備える、オートバイ(100)。
