Description
Claims (12)
- 端末機器が、RRC非アクティブ状態でセル再選択を実行するために使用されるモビリティ制御パラメータを取得するステップを含み、
前記端末機器がRRC非アクティブ状態からアイドル状態に戻ったときに、前記端末機器は、ネットワーク機器により送信された指示情報を受信し、前記指示情報は、前記端末機器がRRC非アクティブ状態に対して構成されたモビリティ制御パラメータを使用し続けることを指示し、
前記指示情報は、システムブロードキャストメッセージにより運搬される
ことを特徴とする無線通信の方法。 - 前記端末機器が、RRC非アクティブ状態でセル再選択を実行するために使用されるモビリティ制御パラメータを取得するステップは、
前記端末機器が、前記ネットワーク機器により送信されたRRC専用シグナリングから、RRC非アクティブ状態に対して構成されたモビリティ制御パラメータを取得するステップを含む ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記端末機器が、RRC非アクティブ状態でセル再選択を実行するために使用されるモビリティ制御パラメータを取得するステップは、
前記端末機器が、前記ネットワーク機器により送信された無線リソース制御RRC接続解放メッセージを受信するステップと、
前記端末機器が、前記RRC接続解放メッセージから、前記RRC非アクティブ状態に対して構成されたモビリティ制御パラメータを取得するステップと、を含み、
前記RRC接続解放メッセージは、前記端末機器にRRC非アクティブ状態に入ることを指示するために使用され、前記RRC接続解放メッセージは、前記モビリティ制御パラメータを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記モビリティ制御パラメータは、端末機器の移動状態の判定パラメータ、端末機器の移動状態の各パラメータのスケーリングパラメータ、及び周波数に基づくセル再選択優先度パラメータのうちの少なくとも1つのパラメータを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記RRC接続解放メッセージには、前記端末機器にRRC非アクティブ状態に入るように指示するための指示または解放原因値が含まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - ネットワーク機器が、端末機器のためにRRC非アクティブ状態に対するモビリティ制御パラメータを構成するステップを含み、
前記ネットワーク機器は、前記端末機器に指示情報を送信し、前記指示情報は、前記端末機器がRRC非アクティブ状態からアイドル状態に戻ったときに、RRC非アクティブ状態に対して構成されたモビリティ制御パラメータを使用し続けることを指示し、
前記指示情報は、システムブロードキャストメッセージにより運搬される
ことを特徴とする無線通信の方法。 - 前記ネットワーク機器が、端末機器のためにRRC非アクティブ状態に対するモビリティ制御パラメータを構成するステップは、
前記ネットワーク機器が、無線リソース制御RRC専用シグナリング又はシステムブロードキャストメッセージを介して、前記端末機器にRRC非アクティブ状態に対するモビリティ制御パラメータを送信するステップを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記RRC専用シグナリングは、RRC接続解放メッセージであり、前記RRC接続解放メッセージは、前記端末機器にRRC非アクティブ状態に入ることを指示するために使用される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記モビリティ制御パラメータは、端末機器の移動状態の判定パラメータ、端末機器の移動状態の各パラメータのスケーリングパラメータ、及び周波数に基づくセル再選択優先度パラメータのうちの少なくとも1つのパラメータを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記RRC接続解放メッセージには、前記端末機器にRRC非アクティブ状態に入るように指示するための指示または解放原因値が含まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するように構成される
ことを特徴とする端末機器。 - 請求項6~10のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するように構成される
ことを特徴とするネットワーク機器。
