Claims (17)
- フィルターであって、
(a)細長い管腔を画定する円筒形フィルターハウジングであって、前記細長い管腔は、第1端と、第2端と、中央部と、を備える、円筒形フィルターハウジングと、
(b)単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーであって、前記細長い管腔内に配置され、前記円筒形フィルターハウジングと前記第1端と前記第2端との間で同軸に延びる、単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーと、
(c)前記単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーの外側で間隔を置いて長手方向に延びる複数の磁石と、
(d)前記フィルターの内側で流体を方向性のある流れにするための前記ライナーの内側に配置されたインサートであって、前記インサートは、
(i)前記円筒形フィルターハウジングの内側で流体にスパイラルフローパターンを生じさせるように構成および配置されたヘリカルフライトと、
(ii)濾過された流体を前記フィルターの外側に導くための軸方向戻り管と、
を備える、インサートと、
を備え、
前記単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーは、鉄粒子を捕らえて流体から鉄粒子を除去するように構成および配置される、フィルター。 - 請求項1に記載のフィルターであって、前記複数の磁石は、前記円筒形フィルターハウジングの外側に置かれる、フィルター。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルターであって、前記複数の磁石は、前記円筒形フィルターハウジングの内側に置かれる、フィルター。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルターであって、前記複数の磁石は、円筒アレイで配置される、フィルター。
- 請求項4に記載のフィルターであって、複数の前記円筒アレイは、前記円筒形ハウジングの前記第1端と前記第2端との間で積まれる、フィルター。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルターであって、前記複数の磁石は、交互の極性の隣り合う対で配置される、フィルター。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルターであって、前記フィルターハウジングは、流体流入が前記細長い管腔の中心から離れて生じ、流体流出が前記細長い管腔の中心から生じるように、構成される、フィルター。
- フィルターであって、
(a)フィルターハウジングであって、第1端と、第2端と、中央部と、を有する細長い管腔を画定する、フィルターハウジングと、
(b)単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーであって、前記細長い管腔内に配置され、前記第1端と前記第2端との間で延びる、単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーと、
(c)前記ハウジングの内側でおよび前記単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーの外側で間隔を置いて長手方向に延びる複数の磁石と、
(d)前記フィルターの内側で流体を方向性のある流れにするための前記ライナーの内側に配置されたインサートと、
を備え、
前記単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーは、流体から鉄粒子を捕らえて除去するように構成および配置され、前記フィルターは、流体が前記フィルターをスパイラルパターンで通るように構成および配置され、前記単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーは、前記単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーが前記フィルターハウジングから取り外され得るように構成および配置される、フィルター。 - 請求項8に記載のフィルターであって、スパイラル状フライトをさらに備える、フィルター。
- フィルターであって、
(a)フィルターハウジングであって、
(i)天板と、
(ii)底板と、
(iii)円筒形本体と、
を備えるフィルターハウジングと、
(b)前記ハウジングの内側に配置される単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーと、
(c)インサートであって、
(i)戻り管と、
(ii)バッフルと、
を備えるインサートと、
(d)磁気アレイと、
を備え、
前記バッフルは、フローパターンを流体に与え、前記磁気アレイは、流体内の鉄粒子を引きつけ、鉄粒子を前記ライナーに保持する、フィルター。 - 請求項10に記載のフィルターであって、前記磁気アレイは、前記フィルターの内側に、および前記単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーの外側に、配置される、フィルター。
- 請求項10に記載のフィルターであって、前記単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーは、前記フィルターハウジングから取り外されることができ、続いて前記フィルターハウジング内に戻されることができる、フィルター。
- 請求項10に記載のフィルターであって、前記単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーは、前記フィルターハウジングから取り外されることができ、前記フィルターが点検されるときに第2の単一の取り外し可能な非鉄ライナーが前記フィルターハウジング内に置かれる、フィルター。
- 請求項10に記載のフィルターであって、前記フローパターンは渦である、フィルター。
- 請求項10に記載のフィルターであって、前記バッフルは、複数の径方向に延びる環状スペーサープレートを備える、フィルター。
- 請求項10に記載のフィルターであって、前記磁気アレイは環状リングを備える、フィルター。
- 請求項10に記載のフィルターであって、前記底板は、圧縮ガスが前記フィルターハウジングに入ることができるように構成および配置されるポートを、さらに備える、フィルター。
