Claims (9)
- AC側がAC電源に対して直列に接続された複数のAC/DC変換セルと、
縦続に接続された複数の絶縁部品であって、それぞれが入力および出力間を絶縁しつつ、入力側の端子間に入力する電位差に応じた電位差を後段の端子間に出力する複数の絶縁部品と、
を備え、
前記複数のAC/DC変換セルのそれぞれは、AC/DC変換セル内において基準電位となる端子と、前記複数の絶縁部品のうち対応する絶縁部品の出力側の端子とが接続され、
前記複数の絶縁部品は、前記複数のAC/DC変換セルのうち対応するAC/DCセルに、それぞれ前記基準電位に応じた電位差を供給する
マルチセルコンバータ装置。 - 前記複数の絶縁部品は、縦続に接続された複数の絶縁部品を有し、
縦続接続された前記複数の絶縁部品のうち一端に接続された絶縁部品には、電源部からの電源電圧が入力され、
前記複数の絶縁部品は、対応するAC/DC変換セルにそれぞれ前記基準電位に応じた電源電圧を供給する請求項1に記載のマルチセルコンバータ装置。 - 前記複数のAC/DC変換セルのそれぞれは、前記複数の絶縁部品の何れかを介して前記電源部から供給される電源電圧の少なくとも一部の電圧をレベルシフトするレベルシフタを有する請求項2に記載のマルチセルコンバータ装置。
- 前記複数のAC/DC変換セルのそれぞれは、DC側にDC/DC変換部を有する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマルチセルコンバータ装置。
- 前記複数のAC/DC変換セルのそれぞれが有する前記DC/DC変換部のDC側の出力は、並列に接続される請求項4に記載のマルチセルコンバータ装置。
- 前記複数の絶縁部品のうち、縦続に接続された複数の絶縁部品は、前記複数のAC/DC変換セルのうち、対応するAC/DC変換セルが有する前記DC/DC変換部にそれぞれ前記基準電位に応じた電源電圧を供給する請求項4または5に記載のマルチセルコンバータ装置。
- AC側がAC電源に対して直列に接続された複数のAC/DC変換セルと、
縦続に接続された複数の絶縁部品であって、それぞれが入力および出力間を絶縁しつつ、入力側の端子間に入力する電位差に応じた電位差を後段の端子間に出力する複数の絶縁部品と、
を備え、
前記複数のAC/DC変換セルのそれぞれは、AC/DC変換セル内において基準電位となる端子と、前記複数の絶縁部品のうち対応する絶縁部品の出力側の端子とが接続され、
前記複数の絶縁部品は、制御装置と前記複数のAC/DC変換セルのそれぞれとの間を接続する複数の伝送路を形成し、
前記複数の伝送路のうちの少なくとも1つは、
縦続に接続された前記複数の絶縁部品のうち、一端に接続された絶縁部品が、前記制御装置からの制御信号を入力側に入力し、
前記複数の絶縁部品のそれぞれが、対応するAC/DC変換セルの基準電位に応じて制御信号をレベルシフトし、
前記複数の絶縁部品のうち、他端に接続された絶縁部品が、レベルシフトされた制御信号を対応するAC/DC変換セルに供給する
マルチセルコンバータ装置。 - 前記複数の絶縁部品のそれぞれは、入力および出力の間を絶縁する絶縁トランスを有する請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のマルチセルコンバータ装置。
- 前記絶縁トランスは、出力側のコイルの中間部から引き出され、前記複数のAC/DC変換セルのうち対応するAC/DC変換セルの基準電位に接続される前記端子を有する請求項8に記載のマルチセルコンバータ装置。
