Description
一次コイルと二次コイルとを同軸上に設け、
前記一次コイルが第1の一次コイル部と第2の一次コイル部とを直列に有し、
前記二次コイルが第1の二次コイル部と第2の二次コイル部とを直列に有し、
前記第1の一次コイル部及び前記第1の二次コイル部の外側に、前記第2の一次コイル部及び前記第2の二次コイル部を設け、前記第2の一次コイル部と前記第2の二次コイル部との結合度を前記第1の一次コイル部と前記第1の二次コイル部との結合度よりも低く設定した。
し、他端部を第1の二次コイル部12Aの外周における巻き幅WAの一部に巻いて第2の一次コイル部11Bとしている。本実施形態では、第二コア部13Bの内壁と接する位置から巻き始めて間隔を空けずに3回巻き付け、更にその外周に3回巻き付けて第2の一次コイル部11Bを構成した。この第2の一次コイル部11Bを構成した後の巻線の端部、即ち第1の一次コイル部11Aとつながっていない端部を外部に引き出して引出線11Dとしている。
5321に定められた測定法によって自己インダクタンスと漏れインダクタンスを実測して求める。
図4の例では、内側に第1の一次コイル部11Aを巻設し、その外側に第1の二次コイル部12Aを巻設した例を示したが、これに限らず、内側に第1の二次コイル部12Aを巻設し、その外側に第1の一次コイル部11Aを巻設してもよい。
1を中心として層状に重ねて設けられている。なお、本実施形態では、図6、図7に示したサンドイッチ巻きも積層巻きの一形態である。

Claims (2)
- 一次コイルと二次コイルとを同軸上に設けたトランスであって、
前記一次コイルが第1の一次コイル部と第2の一次コイル部とを直列に有し、
前記二次コイルが第1の二次コイル部と第2の二次コイル部とを直列に有し、
前記第1の一次コイル部と前記第1の二次コイル部とを積層巻き構造とし、前記第1の一次コイル部及び前記第1の二次コイル部の外側に、前記第2の一次コイル部及び前記第2の二次コイル部を設け、前記第2の一次コイル部と前記第2の二次コイル部とを分割巻き構造とすることで、前記第2の一次コイル部と前記第2の二次コイル部との結合度を前記第1の一次コイル部と前記第1の二次コイル部との結合度よりも低く設定したトランス。 - 請求項1に記載のトランスを備えるDC−DCコンバータ。
