Claims (8)
- アンモニア含有ガス、シアン化水素含有ガス及び硫化水素含有ガスを燃焼処理するガス燃焼装置であって、
燃料とアンモニア含有ガスとシアン化水素含有ガスと空気とを導入し、空気比1未満で還元燃焼する第1燃焼部と、
前記第1燃焼部の後流に備えられ、還元性雰囲気下、該第1燃焼部から送られてくる第1燃焼ガス中の窒素酸化物を還元燃焼する第2燃焼部と、
該第2燃焼部の後流に備えられ、該第2燃焼部から送られてくる第2燃焼ガスに、硫化水素含有ガスを空気と共に導入して燃焼させる、第3燃焼部と、を具備することを特徴とするガス燃焼処理装置。 - 請求項1において、
第2燃焼部に、硫化水素含有ガスを空気と共に導入して還元燃焼させることを特徴とするガス燃焼処理装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
第2燃焼部の空気比は、第1燃焼部の空気比よりも大きいことを特徴とするガス燃焼処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つにおいて、
前記第1燃焼部に燃料を導入する燃料導入部を複数とすることを特徴とするガス燃焼処理装置。 - アンモニア含有ガス、シアン化水素含有ガス及び硫化水素含有ガスを燃焼処理するガス燃焼方法であって、
燃料とアンモニア含有ガスとシアン化水素含有ガスと空気とを導入し、空気比1未満で還元燃焼する第1燃焼工程と、
前記第1燃焼工程の後流に備えられ、還元性雰囲気下、該第1燃焼工程から送られてくる第1燃焼ガス中の窒素酸化物を還元燃焼する第2燃焼工程と、
該第2燃焼工程の後流に備えられ、該第2燃焼工程から送られてくる第2燃焼ガスに、硫化水素含有ガスを空気と共に導入して燃焼させる、第3燃焼工程と、を有することを特徴とするガス燃焼処理方法。 - 請求項5において、
第2燃焼工程に、硫化水素含有ガスを空気と共に導入して還元燃焼させることを特徴とするガス燃焼処理方法。 - 請求項5又は6において、
第2燃焼工程の空気比は、第1燃焼工程の空気比よりも大きいことを特徴とするガス燃焼処理方法。 - 燃料と酸化剤とで生成ガスを生成するガス化炉を備えるガス化発電設備と、
前記ガス化炉で発生する生成ガス中の硫化カルボニル(COS)を硫化水素に変換するCOS変換部と、
前記COS変換部の後流側に設けられ、前記生成ガスを洗浄する水洗部と、
前記水洗部の後流側に設けられ、生成ガス中の硫化水素を除去する硫化水素除去塔と、
前記水洗部からの排水中のアンモニアを除去するアンモニア除去部と、
アンモニアが除去された排水を処理する排水処理部と、
前記硫化水素除去塔からの硫化水素を含むガスと、前記アンモニア除去部からのアンモニアを含むガスと、前記排水処理部からのシアン化水素を含むガスとを燃料処理する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つのガス燃焼処理装置と、を具備することを特徴とするガス精製システム。
