Description
少なくとも1つの第1の基板層の準備、
前記第1の基板層上への少なくとも部分的な、少なくとも1つの第1の絶縁層の配置、
前記第1の絶縁層上への少なくとも部分的な、少なくとも1つの加熱素子の配置、
前記加熱素子上への少なくとも部分的な、少なくとも1つの第2の基板層および少なくとも1つの第2の絶縁層の配置、ただし、第2の絶縁層は、少なくとも部分的に第2の基板層上に配置されており、かつ第2の絶縁層は、少なくとも部分的に加熱素子および/または第1の絶縁層と接続されているものとする、
層および加熱素子のプレス加工、ならびに
多層構造の層を共焼結させるための、プレス加工した層の燃焼
を有する。
第1の基板層上での第1の絶縁層の、および/または第2の基板層上での第2の絶縁層のスクリーン印刷および/またはテープキャスティングを有する。
粒径が50μmのPt粉末45重量%、
粒径が2μmのAl2O3粉末45重量%、および
バインダ10重量%、例えば、Zschimmer&Schwarz GmbH&Co.KG社のMETAWAX P−50または類似のバインダ。
加熱素子上への少なくとも部分的な第2の絶縁層の配置、および第2の絶縁層上への少なくとも部分的な第2の基板層の配置、または
第2の基板層上への少なくとも部分的な第2の絶縁層の配置、および加熱素子上への少なくとも部分的な第2の絶縁層の配置
を有する。
燃焼に先立つ、特に型抜きもしくはレーザカッティングプロセスによるヒータの個別化、または
層のプレス加工後であり燃焼に先立つヒータの個別化
を有する。
(i)第1の絶縁層と第1の基板層との間、および/または
(ii)第2の絶縁層と第2の基板層との間、および/または
(iii)第1の絶縁層と第2の絶縁層との間での
少なくとも1つの温度センサの配置
を有する。
第1の面と第1の面の向かい側にある第2の面とを有する少なくとも1つの加熱素子、
少なくとも1つの第1および第2の絶縁層であるが、ただし、第1の絶縁層は、少なくとも部分的に加熱素子の第1の面上に配置されており、かつ第2の絶縁層は、少なくとも部分的に加熱素子の第2の面上に配置されているものとする絶縁層、
ならびに
少なくとも1つの第1の基板層および第2の基板層であるが、ただし、第1の基板層は、少なくとも部分的に第1の絶縁層上に配置されており、かつ第2の基板層は、少なくとも部分的に第2の絶縁層上に配置されているものとする基板層
を有する、吸引性エアロゾルを供給するシステム用の、共焼結された多層構造を有するヒータを提案する。
少なくとも1つの第1の基板層の準備1010、
第1の基板層上への少なくとも部分的な、少なくとも1つの第1の絶縁層の配置1020、
第1の絶縁層上への少なくとも部分的な、少なくとも1つの加熱素子の配置1030、
加熱素子上への少なくとも部分的な、少なくとも1つの第2の基板層および少なくとも1つの第2の絶縁層の配置1040、ただし、第2の絶縁層は、少なくとも部分的に第2の基板層上に配置されており、かつ第2の絶縁層は、少なくとも部分的に加熱素子および/または第1の絶縁層と接続されているものとする、

Claims (15)
- 次のステップ:
少なくとも1つの第1の基板層(3)の準備(1010)、
前記第1の基板層(3)上への少なくとも部分的な、少なくとも1つの第1の絶縁層(5)の配置(1020)、
前記第1の絶縁層(5)上への少なくとも部分的な、少なくとも1つの加熱素子(7)の配置(1030)、
前記加熱素子(7)上への少なくとも部分的な、少なくとも1つの第2の基板層(3’)および少なくとも1つの第2の絶縁層(5’)の配置(1040)、ただし、前記第2の絶縁層(5’)は、少なくとも部分的に前記第2の基板層(3’)の表面上に配置されており、かつ前記第2の絶縁層(5’)は、少なくとも部分的に前記加熱素子(7)および/または前記第1の絶縁層(5)と接続されているものとする、
前記層および前記加熱素子(7)のプレス加工(1050)、ならびに
多層構造の層を共焼結させるための、前記プレス加工した層の燃焼(1060)
を有し、
前記基板層が、セラミック材料を含み、かつ、
前記第1の基板層および/または前記第2の基板層の酸素伝導性が、タンタルまたはニオブの添加によって抑制される、吸引性エアロゾルを供給するシステム用の、共焼結された多層構造を有するヒータ(1)の製造方法。 - 前記第1の基板層(3)および/または前記第2の基板層(3’)が、少なくとも1つのグリーンシートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記グリーンシートが、0.25mmから0.5mmの間の範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記第1の絶縁層(5)および/または前記第2の絶縁層(5’)が、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1の絶縁層(5)および/または第2の絶縁層(5’)の配置が、
前記第1の基板層(3)上での前記第1の絶縁層(5)の、および/または前記第2の基板層(3’)の表面上での前記第2の絶縁層(5’)のスクリーン印刷および/またはテープキャスティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記加熱素子(7)が、少なくとも1つの抵抗素子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記加熱素子(7)の配置(1030)が、前記第1の絶縁層(5)上への前記抵抗素子のスクリーン印刷を有することを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記第2の基板層(3’)および第2の絶縁層(5’)の配置が、
前記加熱素子(7)上への少なくとも部分的な前記第2の絶縁層(5’)の配置、および前記第2の絶縁層(5’)上への少なくとも部分的な前記第2の基板層(3’)の配置、または
前記第2の基板層(3’)上への少なくとも部分的な前記第2の絶縁層(5’)の配置、および前記加熱素子(7)上への少なくとも部分的な前記第2の絶縁層(5’)の配置
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記プレス加工した層の燃焼(1060)が、
多層構造のプレス加工した層の、少なくとも1400℃での少なくとも36時間にわたる燃焼を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記燃焼(1060)に先立つ、ヒータ(1)の個別化、または
前記層のプレス加工(1050)後であり前記燃焼(1060)に先立つヒータ(1)の個別化
を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記第2の絶縁層(5’)および/または前記第2の基板層(3’)への切欠部の導入
を有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記層のプレス加工に先立つ、
(i)前記第1の絶縁層(5)と前記第1の基板層(3)との間、および/または
(ii)前記第2の絶縁層(5’)と前記第2の基板層(3’)との間、および/または
(iii)前記第1の絶縁層(5)と前記第2の絶縁層(5’)との間での
少なくとも1つの温度センサ(9)の配置
を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 吸引性エアロゾルを供給するシステムにおける、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法(1000)により製造されたヒータ(1)の使用。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法(1000)により製造された少なくとも1つのヒータ(1)を有する、吸引性エアロゾルを供給するシステム。
- 吸引性エアロゾルを供給するシステム用の、共焼結された多層構造を有するヒータ(1)であって、
第1の面と前記第1の面の向かい側にある第2の面とを有する少なくとも1つの加熱素子(7)、
少なくとも1つの第1および第2の絶縁層(5、5’)であるが、ただし、前記第1の絶縁層(5)は、少なくとも部分的に前記加熱素子(7)の第1の面上に配置されており、かつ前記第2の絶縁層(5’)は、少なくとも部分的に前記加熱素子(7)の第2の面上に配置されているものとする絶縁層、ならびに
少なくとも1つの第1の基板層(3)および第2の基板層(3’)であるが、ただし、前記第1の基板層(3)は、少なくとも部分的に前記第1の絶縁層(5)上に配置されており、かつ前記第2の基板層(3’)は、少なくとも部分的に前記第2の絶縁層(5’)上に配置されているものとする基板層
を有し、
前記基板層が、セラミック材料を含み、かつ、
前記第1の基板層および/または前記第2の基板層の酸素伝導性が、タンタルまたはニオブの添加によって抑制されている、ヒータ(1)。
