Claims (9)
- フィルター用スペーサーフィルムであって、穿孔中心領域及び非穿孔縁部を有し、
非穿孔縁部が、スペーサーフィルムの縁部を濾過膜にシールする一体化ラミネーションストリップとしての役割を果たし、
穿孔中心領域の厚さが、20μm−180μmであり、かつ
ラミネーション前に、穿孔中心領域の厚さは、非穿孔縁部の厚さより小さい、
スペーサーフィルム。 - パーフルオロアルコキシポリマー、ポリエチレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリスルホン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート又はポリイミドを含む、請求項1に記載のスペーサーフィルム。
- 穿孔中心領域の厚さが、30μm−55μmである、請求項1に記載のスペーサーフィルム。
- フィルターエレメントであって、
請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つのスペーサーフィルム;及び
少なくとも1つのスペーサーフィルムに隣接する濾過膜を含み、濾過膜及び少なくとも1つのスペーサーフィルムが、コアの周りにプリーツ加工されている、又は巻かれている、フィルターエレメント。 - ハウジング;
濾過膜;及び
濾過膜に隣接し、穿孔中心領域及び非穿孔縁部を有する少なくとも1つのスペーサーフィルム
を含むフィルターであって、
非穿孔縁部が、スペーサーフィルムの縁部を濾過膜にシールする一体化ラミネーションストリップとしての役割を果たし、
濾過膜及び少なくとも1つのスペーサーフィルムが、ハウジング内でコアの周りにプリーツ加工されており、又は巻かれており、かつ
ラミネーション前に、穿孔中心領域の厚さは、非穿孔縁部の厚さより小さい、
フィルター。 - フィルムの非穿孔領域がハウジングに結合されている、請求項5に記載のフィルター。
- 濾過膜にラミネートされた少なくとも1つのスペーサーフィルムが、運転時の濾過膜の収縮を防ぐ、請求項5に記載のフィルター。
- フィルムが、パーフルオロアルコキシポリマー、ポリエチレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリスルホン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート又はポリイミドを含む、請求項5に記載のフィルター。
- 濾過膜が、パーフルオロアルコキシポリマー、ポリエチレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリスルホン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート又はポリイミドを含む、請求項5に記載のフィルター。
