Claims (3)
- 軸線の方向へ延びる軸部材と、
前記軸部材を取り囲む円筒状の第1部材と、
前記第1部材と前記軸部材とを連結するゴム状の弾性体と、を備える中間部材と、
前記中間部材の径方向の外側に配置される円筒状の第2部材と、を備え、
前記第1部材は、前記軸線の方向に間隔をあけて配置される一対の円環部と、前記一対の円環部を連結すると共に前記軸線を挟んで配置される一対の連結部と、を備え、
前記弾性体は、前記円環部の各々の全周を前記軸部材に連結する一対の第1壁部と、前記第1壁部と一体成形されると共に前記連結部の各々を前記軸部材に連結する第2壁部と、を備え、前記第2壁部が区画する液室をオリフィスが連通する液封入式防振装置であって、
前記弾性体は、前記連結部の各々の外面に接着される外面部を備え、
前記外面部は、前記第2部材と接触するリップと、
前記リップと異なる位置に設けられると共に前記リップよりも広い面積で前記第2部材と接触する第1部と、
周方向に延びる溝と、
前記溝と前記リップとの間に位置し前記溝および前記リップに隣接する第2部と、を備え、
前記第2部材は、前記円環部の全周を拘束し、前記リップ及び前記第1部を径方向へ圧縮して前記溝を前記オリフィスにし、
前記第2部材の内側に前記中間部材が配置される前の状態において、
前記軸線から前記第1部の径方向の外側の面までの第1距離、及び、前記軸線から前記リップの径方向の外側の先端までの距離は、前記軸線から前記第2部の径方向の外側の面までの距離よりも長く、
前記第1部の面積は、前記溝の面積と前記第2部の面積とを合わせた面積よりも大きい液封入式防振装置。 - 軸線の方向へ延びる軸部材と、
前記軸部材を取り囲む円筒状の第1部材と、
前記第1部材と前記軸部材とを連結するゴム状の弾性体と、を備える中間部材と、
前記中間部材の径方向の外側に配置される円筒状の第2部材と、を備え、
前記第1部材は、前記軸線の方向に間隔をあけて配置される一対の円環部と、前記一対の円環部を連結すると共に前記軸線を挟んで配置される一対の連結部と、を備え、
前記弾性体は、前記円環部の各々の全周を前記軸部材に連結する一対の第1壁部と、前記第1壁部と一体成形されると共に前記連結部の各々を前記軸部材に連結する第2壁部と、を備え、前記第2壁部が区画する液室をオリフィスが連通する液封入式防振装置であって、
前記弾性体は、前記連結部の各々の外面に接着される外面部を備え、
前記外面部は、前記第2部材と接触するリップと、
前記リップと異なる位置に設けられると共に前記リップよりも広い面積で前記第2部材と接触する第1部と、
周方向に延びる溝と、
前記溝と前記第1部との間に位置し前記溝および前記第1部に隣接する第2部と、を備え、
前記第2部材は、前記円環部の全周を拘束し、前記リップ及び前記第1部を径方向へ圧縮して前記溝を前記オリフィスにし、
前記第2部材の内側に前記中間部材が配置される前の状態において、
前記軸線から前記第1部の径方向の外側の面までの第1距離は、前記軸線から前記第2部の径方向の外側の面までの距離よりも長く、
前記第1部の面積は、前記溝の面積と前記第2部の面積とを合わせた面積よりも大きい液封入式防振装置。 - 前記第2部材の内側に前記中間部材が配置される前の状態において、
前記第1距離は、前記軸線から前記リップの径方向の外側の先端までの距離以上である請求項1又は2記載の液封入式防振装置。
