Description

The present invention relates to a method for taking out and handling an article, and more particularly to a method for taking out and handling an article so that the article can be taken out by removing the simple bag from a state in which the article is stored in the simple bag.

For example, as a bag used for temporarily storing various articles and transporting or moving the temporarily stored articles, there are various simple bags made of synthetic resin or paper made of a thin sheet material. It is used in various situations. A simple bag made of such a thin sheet material is preferably formed by having at least a pair of front and back rectangular front sheet portions, and the three sides of the rectangular shape are closed and the rest. A storage opening is formed by widening the space between the upper sides. The temporarily stored article is stored inside the bag through the storage opening between the upper sides of the pair of front and back seats that have been opened, and the part of the bag on the storage opening side of the stored article is inserted. By folding, twisting, and sealing with a string or tape, the bag can be transported or moved with the storage opening of the bag open, with the surrounding area covered by the bag. ing.

A simple bag made of such a thin sheet material is convenient to use when carrying and moving a plurality of articles together in a temporarily stored state, and also as an inner bag for transportation. By using and storing the article together with the article in a transport box such as a cardboard box to protect the article, the quality of the article due to contamination by foreign matter during transportation, deterioration of the article, damage, etc. On the other hand, if a simple bag is present, it takes time and effort to take out the temporarily stored items at the moving transportation or the transportation destination.

That is, when a temporarily stored item is taken out from a simple bag by an automatic machine, for example, at a moving or transporting destination, the simple bag may get caught in the taking-out device in the state as it is, which is an obstacle and difficult to take out. become. For this reason, it is often necessary for workers to manually remove articles from simple bags and transfer them to, for example, a box-shaped case dedicated to taking them out so that they can be easily taken out by an automatic machine. In addition to the time and effort required, the item may be damaged when it is transferred. In addition, articles that are arranged and arranged in a temporarily stored state may be out of alignment by being transferred, making it difficult to take them out by an automatic machine. Alternatively, the simple bag in which the articles are temporarily stored is lifted, moved above the box-shaped case dedicated to taking out, and then the simple bag is tilted to drop the articles from the storage opening. Although it is conceivable to take it out of the box and transfer the article to the box-shaped case, the article is likely to be scattered around the box-shaped case when dropped, and the article is easily damaged.

Further, as a method of facilitating the removal of the stored article from the simple bag made of a thin sheet material, it is conceivable to break the simple bag so that the article can be taken out. For example, a covered bag has been developed in which a perforation that induces breakage is provided in a part of a simple bag so that the stored fruit and vegetables can be easily taken out (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ..

By providing perforations, which are discontinuous cut lines in which cut parts and non-cut parts are alternately arranged, in a part of a simple bag made of a thin sheet material, it is easy to take out the stored articles. However, for example, when a plurality of articles are arranged together in a desired form and temporarily stored in a simple bag so that they can be easily taken out in a later process, it is easy to take out. It would be convenient if a plurality of articles could be transferred to, for example, a box-shaped case dedicated to taking out, while maintaining the desired form arranged in such a manner. Further, it is convenient if only the simple bag can be removed while maintaining the desired form arranged so that it can be easily taken out.

In the present invention, for example, even when a plurality of articles are arranged and arranged together in a desired form so that they can be easily taken out in a later process and temporarily stored in a simple bag, they are arranged so that they can be easily taken out. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for taking out and handling articles and a simple bag in which a plurality of articles can be easily transferred to, for example, a box-shaped case dedicated to taking out while maintaining the desired desired form. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for taking out and handling an article and a simple bag in which only a simple bag can be easily removed while maintaining a desired form arranged so as to be easily taken out.

The present invention removes the simple bag from a state in which an article is stored in a simple bag having at least a pair of front and back rectangular front seat portions and a storage opening formed between the upper side portions of the front seat portions. It is a method of taking out and handling an article so that the article can be taken out, and the simple bag is formed from the central portion of each upper side portion where the storage opening of the pair of front and back seat portions is formed. A discontinuous cut line in which cut portions and non-cut portions are alternately provided, extending perpendicularly to the upper side portion and reaching the bottom portion facing the upper side portion, straddles the pair of front and back front seat portions. By pulling the opening peripheral edge of the storage opening in a state where the article is stored in the simple bag, the non-cut portion of the discontinuous cut line is continuously broken. The above object is achieved by providing a method for taking out and handling an article so that the article can be taken out in the stored state by dividing the simple bag into two and removing each of the divided simple bags. It was done.

Further, the present invention is a simple bag used in the above-mentioned method of taking out and handling an article, which is formed to include at least a pair of front and back rectangular front sheet portions, and also has a pair of rectangular front sheet portions. A storage opening is formed between the upper side portions, and from the central portion of each upper side portion of the pair of front-back front seat portions on which the storage opening portion is formed, to the upper side portion. In the first embodiment, the material of the simple bag 10 having at least a pair of front and back rectangular front sheet portions 11 used in the above-mentioned method of taking out and handling articles is not particularly limited, and is, for example, paper or synthetic resin. Will be done. The thickness is preferably 30 to 150 μm, particularly preferably 60 to 110 μm. When the thickness is 30 μm or more, sufficient strength as a bag can be obtained, and further, when the simple bag 10 is divided into two, it is possible to prevent the cutting direction from deviating from the discontinuous cut line 13. Further, by setting the thickness to 150 μm or less, it is possible to prevent the cost of the simple bag 10 from increasing. In the first embodiment, it is formed by using a polyethylene sheet material which is a synthetic resin film having a thickness of 100 μm. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the simple bag 10 has a pair of front and back rectangular front sheet portions 11 having a size of about 300 to 1800 mm in length and width according to the size and number of articles 15. Is formed from. In the state before storing the article 15, the simple bag 10 is folded flat with the left and right side sides 11c of the tubular film formed as folded portions, and the bottom 11b is joined by heat sealing, for example. By closing, it is formed as a thin, flexible and simple bag having a rectangular front shape (see FIG. 2B). The simple bag 10 forms a storage opening 12 between the pair of front and back sheet portions 11 on the upper side portion 11a (see FIG. 2A), preferably a plurality of articles 15. It can be stored together in a state where it is arranged in a form that can be easily taken out in a predetermined take-out area.

Further, in the first embodiment, the simple bag 10 has a discontinuous cut line 13 extending from the central portion of each of the upper side portions 11a of the pair of front and back seat portions 11 to reach the bottom portion 11b. It is continuously provided so as to straddle a pair of front and back front seat portions 11 via the portions 11b. As shown in FIG. 2C, the discontinuous cut line 13 is a so-called perforation formed by alternately arranging cut portions 13a and non-cut portions 13b, and is a storage opening 12 Is provided so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to each of the upper side portions 11a of the pair of front and back seat portions 11 on which the front and back seats are formed.

Here, in the discontinuous cut line 13, each length L1 of the cut portion 13a (see FIG. 2C) is 2 to 5 mm, and each length L2 of the non-cut portion 13b (see FIG. 2C). Is preferably formed so as to have a value of 0.5 to 2 mm. By setting the length L1 of the cut portion 13a to 5 mm or less, it is possible to effectively prevent foreign matter such as dust from entering the inside of the simple bag 10 through the cut portion 13a. By setting the length L1 of the cut portion 13a to 2 mm or more, the non-cut portion 13b of the discontinuous cut line 13 is continuously broken to obtain a continuous cut state, and the non-cut portion 13b is in the middle of the break. It is possible to prevent the cut from stopping without a continuous cut state due to the failure of the tearing, and it is possible to prevent the cut from being torn in an unintended direction.

By setting the length L2 of the non-cut portion 13b to 2 mm or less, for example, when the simple bag 10 containing a plurality of articles 15 is taken out from the cardboard box 18 for transportation and transferred to the box-shaped case 16, the article 15 is transferred. The non-cut portion 13b is torn off by its own weight, and the discontinuous cut line 13 is in a continuous cut state, thereby preventing the article 15 from unintentionally falling from the simple bag 10. Becomes possible. By setting the length L2 of the non-cut portion 13b to 0.5 mm or more, when the discontinuous cut line 13 is formed in the simple bag 10, the cutting blade does not escape from the simple bag 10 and the simple bag 10 is formed. It becomes possible to surely form the discontinuous cut line 13 at 10.

Further, the discontinuous cut line 13 is preferably formed so that the length L2 of the non-cut portion 13b is 20 to 50% of the length L1 of the cut portion 13a. By setting the length L2 of the non-cut portion 13b to 20 to 50% of the length L1 of the cut portion 13a, the non-cut portion 13b becomes considerably smaller than the cut portion 13a, so that the discontinuous cut line 13 The uncut portion 13b of the above can be smoothly broken to quickly bring the uncut portion 13b into a continuous cut state. It is particularly preferable that the discontinuous cut line 13 has a length L1 of the cut portion 13a of 3 mm and a length L2 of the non-cut portion 13b of 1 mm.

As a method for forming the discontinuous cut line 13 in the simple bag 10, various known methods can be adopted without particular limitation. As an example, using a rotary blade in which a plurality of cutting blades are provided at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, the rotary blade is pressed against the stationary simple bag 10 and moved while rotating, thereby discontinuing. A method of forming the cut line 13 or a method of forming a discontinuous cut line 13 while rotating the rotary blade in a rotatably stationary state by pressing it against a simple bag 10 that moves in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotary blade. A method or the like can be adopted. As another example, using straight blades in which a plurality of cutting blades are provided at regular intervals in the linear direction, the straight blades are pressed against the simple bag 10 in a stationary state or a moving state, and the straight blades are discontinuous. A method of forming the cut line 13 can also be adopted.

Further, in the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the discontinuous cut line 13 is close to the upper side portion 11a of the pair of front and back front seat portions 11 constituting the simple bag 10. It is preferable that the portion has a fracture-inducing cut portion 13c that is continuously cut from the edge portion of the upper side portion 11a. As shown in FIG. 2D, the fracture-inducing cut portion 13c is a portion formed by continuously cutting from the edge portion of the upper side portion 11a without interposing the uncut portion 13b. By providing the fracture-inducing cut portion 13c in the portion close to the upper side portion 11a of the front sheet portion 11, the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the storage opening 12 of the simple bag 10 containing the article 15 is pulled. When the non-cut portion 13b of the discontinuous cut line 13 is continuously broken, it becomes easy to create a trigger for the start of the break, and the discontinuous cut line 13 is continuously broken more smoothly to facilitate the simple bag 10. It becomes possible to divide into two.

Here, the fracture induction cut portion 13c is preferably formed with a length of 10 to 30 mm from the edge portion of the upper side portion 11a of the pair of front and back front sheet portions 11. Breaking induction By setting the length of the cut portion 13c to 30 mm or less, for example, when a simple bag 10 containing a plurality of articles 15 is taken out from a cardboard box 18 for transportation and transferred to a box-shaped case 16, breaking induction is performed. The non-cut portion 13b of the discontinuous cut line 13 connected to the cut portion 13c is broken so as to be torn off by the weight of the article 15, and the discontinuous cut line 13 is in a continuous cut state. However, it is possible to prevent the simple bag 10 from falling unintentionally. When the non-cut portion 13b of the discontinuous cut line 13 is continuously broken by pulling the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the storage opening 12 by setting the length of the break induction cut portion 13c to 10 mm or more, the break is broken. It becomes easier to create a trigger for starting, and it becomes possible to continuously break the discontinuous cut line 13 more smoothly. Further, since the fracture induction cut portion 13c is provided, it is possible to easily create a trigger for the start of fracture. Therefore, even when an automatic machine is used, for example, the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the storage opening 12 is lifted. By pulling it, the discontinuous cut line 13 can be continuously and easily broken.

Then, in the first embodiment, for example, the simple bag 10 in which the packaged article or the packaged article manufactured in the manufacturing area or another manufacturer is collectively stored as the article 15 in a form that can be easily taken out is shown in FIG. 1 (a). As shown, as the transport box 18, preferably in a state of being housed in the cardboard box 18, it is transported to, for example, a delivery box storage place in the packaging area and stocked. The simple bag 10 containing the articles 15 has a plurality of articles 15 by folding the portion of the simple bag 10 on the storage opening 12 side of the portion in which the articles 15 are stored, and keeping the storage opening 12 open. The portion on the side of the folded storage opening 12 is arranged on the openable upper surface side of the cardboard box 18 and is housed inside the cardboard box 18. In this way, the simple bag 10 is used as the inner bag, and the simple bag 10 is housed together with the article 15 in the cardboard box 18 for transportation while covering the article 15, thereby effectively protecting the article 15. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent deterioration of quality due to contamination of foreign substances during transportation, deterioration of articles, damage, and the like.

Further, in the simple bag 10 storing the article 15, the portion on the folded storage opening 12 side is arranged on the openable upper surface side of the cardboard box 18 and is housed inside the cardboard box 18, for example. When the open upper surface of the cardboard box 18 stocked in the delivery box storage area in the packaging area is opened, the portion of the simple bag 10 on the folded storage opening 12 side becomes the open upper surface of the cardboard box 18. It will be placed facing you. As a result, the worker grips and lifts the folded portion of the simple bag 10 on the storage opening 12 side of the portion where the article 15 is stored, so that the simple bag 10 is stored in a plurality of boxes. Together with the article 15, it can be easily removed from the cardboard box 18 (see FIGS. 1 (b) and 1 (c)).

The simple bag 10 taken out from the cardboard box 18 together with the plurality of stored articles 15 is manually moved by a worker, for example, while holding the portion on the storage opening 12 side, and is preferably a box dedicated to taking out. It is transferred to the corrugated cardboard case 16. The transferred simple bag 10 has a box-shaped case 16 whose upper surface has an opening surface 16a, and a portion of the storage opening 12 which remains open is placed on the opening surface 16a side, preferably more than the opening surface 16a. The article 15 is housed in the box-shaped case 16 in a state of being arranged so as to extend upward and the portion containing the article 15 is placed inside the box-shaped case 16 (see FIG. 1 (d)). ..

The simple bag 10 housed in the box-shaped case 16 together with the plurality of articles 15 is placed in the delivery box storage area in the packaging area, or preferably provided with an automatic machine 20 for taking out the articles. After being sent to the take-out area, for example, in a portion extended above the opening surface 16a of the box-shaped accommodating portion 16 by a manual operation of a worker, for example, the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the accommodating opening 12 is not present. By pulling the portions on both sides of the continuous cut line 13, the non-cut portion 13b of the discontinuous cut line 13 is continuously broken. The discontinuous cut line 13 is formed by moving the non-cut portion 13b from the upper end to the lower base portion 11b after the break induction cut portion 13c at the upper end portion of the discontinuous cut line 13 triggers the start of breakage (see FIG. 1 (e)). By continuously breaking the particles toward each other, it is possible to easily obtain a continuous cut state (see FIG. 1 (f)).

If the break induction cut portion 13c is not provided at the upper end portion of the discontinuous cut line 13 and the non-cut portion 13b of the discontinuous cut line 13 exists up to the edge portion of the upper side portion 11a, it is stored. Prior to pulling the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the opening portion 12 to both sides, the uncut portion 13b of the portion close to the upper side portion 11a is broken by the manual work of the worker, and then the discontinuous cut line 13 is sandwiched. You can also pull on both sides. As a result, as in the case where the fracture-inducing cut portion 13c is provided, a trigger for starting fracture is created in the portion close to the fractured upper side portion 11a, and the non-cut portion 13b is formed from the upper side to the lower bottom portion. It is possible to continuously and smoothly break toward 11b.

The non-cut portion 13b is continuously broken until the discontinuous cut line 13 reaches the bottom portion 11b by continuously pulling the portions on both sides of the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the storage opening 12 across the discontinuous cut line 13. The discontinuous cut lines 13 formed on the pair of front and back sheet portions 11 are connected in a continuous cut state at the bottom portion 11b, so that the simple bag 10 is in a continuous cut state. The portion of the discontinuous cut line 13 is divided into two (see FIG. 1 (g)).

The simple bag 10 divided into two by the portion of the discontinuous cut line 13 can be divided into two, for example, by further pulling the portion of the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the storage opening 12 on one side, the simple bag 10 on the one side becomes a box. The portion sandwiched between the plurality of articles 15 left in the shaped case 16 and the inner peripheral surface of the box-shaped case 16 slides upward so as to slide between them. As a result, the simple bag 10 on one side divided into two is placed on the inner peripheral surface of the box-shaped case 16 while maintaining the state in which the plurality of articles 15 are left and housed together in the box-shaped case 16. Along the way, it is easily pulled out from the box-shaped case 16 and smoothly removed (see FIG. 1 (g)).

When the simple bag 10 on one side divided into two by the portion of the discontinuous cut line 13 is removed from the box-shaped case 16, for example, the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the storage opening 12 of the remaining simple bag 10 on the other side By further pulling the portion, the simple bag 10 on the other side also has a portion sandwiched between the plurality of articles 15 left in the box-shaped case 16 and the inner peripheral surface of the box-shaped case 16. It slides upward while sliding between them. As a result, the simple bag 10 on the other side is box-shaped along the inner peripheral surface of the box-shaped case 16 while maintaining the state in which the plurality of articles 15 are left and housed together in the box-shaped case 16. It will be easily pulled out of the case 16 and smoothly removed (see FIG. 1 (h)).

As a result, according to the first embodiment, for example, a plurality of articles 15 are arranged and arranged together in a desired form so that they can be easily taken out in a later step, and are temporarily stored in the simple bag 10. Even if there is, it becomes possible to easily transfer the plurality of articles 15 to, for example, a box-shaped case 16 dedicated to taking out, while maintaining the desired form arranged so as to be easy to take out, and to make it easy to take out. It is possible to easily remove only the simple bag 10 while maintaining the desired shape arranged in an aligned manner. Further, when the plurality of articles 15 are transferred, the articles are hardly damaged.

Further, according to the first embodiment, after being sent to a delivery box storage place in the packaging area, or preferably to a predetermined take-out area provided with an automatic machine 20 for taking out articles, as described above. By removing the simple bag 10, the plurality of articles 15 transferred to the box-shaped case 16 are sent from the delivery box storage area to a predetermined take-out area, or the transfer is performed to the predetermined take-out area. In the region, as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3D, each item is taken out from the box-shaped case 16 by using an automatic machine 20 for taking out articles. Each of the taken-out articles 15 is supplied onto a conveyor 21 that is sent out, for example, for the next step of packaging the articles 15.

In the first embodiment, as described above, the bottom surface portion 16b of the box-shaped case 16 which has been transferred to the predetermined take-out area and has been transferred so that the plurality of articles 15 can be easily taken out has a desired form. A bottom plate 17 is provided so as to be movable up and down. The bottom plate 17 can be moved up and down along the inner peripheral surface of the box-shaped case 16 by the vertical moving device 22 of the automatic machine 20 provided below the box-shaped case 16. For the automatic machine 20, a robot can be preferably selected as a device capable of high-speed operation and having an optimum degree of freedom. The automatic machine 20 for taking out articles can confirm the top position of a plurality of articles 15 collectively housed in the box-shaped case 16 by a sensor (not shown), and a plurality of articles are based on the information obtained by the sensors. The elevating and lowering of the bottom plate 17 can be controlled by the vertical movement device 22 so that the uppermost position of the article 15 is arranged on the opening surface 16a of the box-shaped case 16 or a portion close to the opening surface 16a. ing.

Further, when the automatic machine 20 for taking out articles is a robot, a camera (not shown) can take an image of a plurality of articles 15 collectively housed in the box-shaped case 16 from above, and image processing (not shown). The device determines the position of the article 15 to be gripped by the robot arm 23, and the target coordinates are transmitted to the robot arm 23. Among the articles 15 arranged at the highest position, the article 15 targeted for gripping is gripped by, for example, a suction device 23a provided on the robot arm 23, and is, for example, a target supply position by the operation of the robot arm 23. It is supplied onto the conveyor 21 (see FIGS. 3 (c) and 3 (d)).

Each article 15 can be taken out from the opening surface 16a of the box-shaped case 16 or a portion close to the opening surface 16a while raising and lowering the bottom plate 17 by an automatic machine 20 for taking out articles, preferably a robot. As a result, the robot arm 23 does not need to move the arm portion 23b up and down to the bottom of the box-shaped case 16 in order to grip the article 15, and the robot arm 23 has one cycle operating time for gripping the article 15. It will be possible to shorten it. This makes it possible to efficiently supply a large number of articles 15 onto the conveyor 21 at the target position. The type of robot is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to select a scalar type robot or a parallel type link robot having a high horizontal moving speed.

When the bottom plate 17 is not provided on the bottom surface 16b of the box-shaped case 16 so as to be movable up and down, the robot arm 23 needs to move at high speed in the vertical direction in order to take out the article 15, for example, at high speed. It is preferable to select a vertical articulated robot capable of moving up and down and a parallel link type robot having a large stroke of moving up and down.

4 (a) to 4 (f) explain a method of taking out and handling an article according to a preferred second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, the simple bag 10 containing the article 15 is transported or moved as a transport box 18 to a delivery box storage place in a packaging area in a factory, preferably in a state of being housed in a cardboard box 18. It is stocked in the delivery box storage area. In the second embodiment, the article 15 is, for example, spherical and is stored in a simple bag 15 in a bundled state. The simple bag 10 containing the article 15 in the stocked cardboard box 18 is, for example, a box for taking out at the delivery box storage area or after being sent to another take-out area together with the cardboard box 18. Only the simple bag 10 is removed while being housed in the cardboard box 18 without being transferred to the state case 16, so that the article 15 can be taken out.

That is, according to the second embodiment, in the simple bag 10 containing the article 15, the portion on the folded storage opening 12 side is arranged on the openable upper surface side of the cardboard box 18, and the cardboard box 18 is arranged. When the upper surface of the cardboard box 18 is opened, the folded portion on the storage opening 12 side, which is housed inside (see FIG. 4A) and is arranged facing the opened upper surface, is used by the worker. By hand, for example, the cardboard box 18 is arranged so as to extend above the upper surface of the cardboard box 18 (see FIG. 4 (b)). After that, by the manual work of the worker, the portions on both sides of the discontinuous cut line 13 of the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the storage opening 12 in the portion extending above the upper surface of the cardboard box 18 are pulled. As a result, the non-cut portion 13b of the discontinuous cut line 13 is continuously broken (see FIG. 4D). The discontinuous cut line 13 is formed by the fracture-inducing cut portion 13c (see FIG. 4C) at the upper end portion of the discontinuous cut line 13 so that the non-cut portion 13b is formed from the upper end portion to the lower base portion 11b after the trigger for the start of fracture is created. By continuously breaking toward the surface, it is possible to easily obtain a continuous cut state.

The portion of the discontinuous cut line 13 is divided into two. By further pulling one side of the two-divided simple bag 10, the simple bag 10 on the one side retains a state in which a plurality of articles 15 are collectively left and stored in the cardboard box 18. , It will be easily pulled out from the cardboard box 18 and smoothly removed (see FIG. 4 (e)). Further, by further pulling the remaining simple bag 10 on the other side, the simple bag 10 on the other side also maintains a state in which a plurality of articles 15 are collectively left and stored in the cardboard box 18. , It will be easily pulled out from the cardboard box 18 and smoothly removed (see FIG. 4 (f)).

The plurality of articles 15 from which the simple bag 10 has been removed and left together in the cardboard box 18 are taken out from the cardboard box 18 at the delivery box storage place where the work of removing the simple bag 10 has been performed or at another take-out area. In addition, each can be taken out from the cardboard box 18 after being sent to another take-out area together with the cardboard box 18.

According to the method of taking out and handling the articles of the second embodiment, the plurality of articles 15 are arranged together in a desired form so that they can be easily taken out in a later step, and are temporarily stored in the simple bag 10. Even if they are present, the plurality of articles 15 can be easily transferred from the simple bag 10 to the cardboard box 18 while maintaining the desired form arranged so as to be easy to take out, and are arranged so as to be easy to take out. It becomes possible to easily remove only the simple bag 10 while maintaining the desired desired form. Further, when the plurality of articles 15 are transferred from the simple bag 10 to the cardboard box 18, the articles 15 are hardly damaged.

5 (a) to 5 (d) explain a method of taking out and handling an article according to a preferred third embodiment of the present invention. In the third embodiment, the simple bag 10 containing the article 15 is placed on, for example, a transport table 19 without being housed in a box such as a cardboard box 18 with its surroundings exposed. Then, it is transported or moved to the delivery box storage area in the packaging area in the factory and stocked in the delivery box storage area. In the third embodiment, the article 15 is, for example, a plate-shaped member, and is stored in a simple bag 10 in a state of being put together and arranged in an aligned manner. The simple bag 10 containing the stocked articles 15 remains placed on the transport table 19 at the delivery box storage area or after being sent to another take-out area. Only the article 15 is removed so that the article 15 can be taken out.

That is, according to the third embodiment, the simple bag 10 containing the article 15 is placed on the transport table 19 with the portion on the folded storage opening 12 side arranged at the upper part. When the cage (see FIG. 5A) and the article 15 are taken out, the discontinuous cut line 13 is discontinuous by pulling the portions on both sides of the discontinuous cut line 13 of the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the storage opening 12. The cut portion 13b is continuously broken (see FIG. 4C). The discontinuous cut line 13 is continuous with the non-cut portion 13b toward the bottom portion 11b after the fracture-inducing cut portion 13c (see FIG. 4B) of the upper end portion of the discontinuous cut line 13 creates a trigger for the start of fracture. By breaking it, it becomes possible to easily make a continuous cut state.

When both side portions of the opening peripheral edge portion 12a of the storage opening 12 across the discontinuous cut line 13 are continuously pulled, and the non-cut portion 13b is continuously broken until the discontinuous cut line 13 reaches the bottom portion. Since the discontinuous cut lines 13 formed on the pair of front and back sheet portions 11 are connected in a continuous cut state at the bottom portion, the simple bag 10 is in a continuous cut state. The portion of the continuous cut line 13 is divided into two. By further pulling one side of the two-divided simple bag 10, the simple bag 10 on the one side is kept in a state where a plurality of articles 15 are left together from the transport table 19. It will be easily pulled out and removed smoothly (see FIG. 4 (c)). Further, by further pulling the remaining simple bag 10 on the other side, the simple bag 10 on the other side is also for transporting while maintaining the state in which the plurality of articles 15 are left and housed together. It is easily pulled out from the table 19 and smoothly removed (see FIG. 4D). In the third embodiment, even after the simple bag 10 is removed, the article 15 remains placed on the transport table 19 and is in a state of being put together and arranged in an aligned manner. Is preferably arranged in a simple bag 10 in a shape that does not collapse or in an arrangement direction that does not collapse even without the simple bag 10.

According to the method of taking out and handling the articles of the third embodiment, the plurality of articles 15 are arranged and arranged together in a desired form so that they can be easily taken out in a later step, and are temporarily stored in the simple bag 10. Even when the bag is used, the plurality of articles 15 can be easily transferred from the simple bag 10 onto the transport table 19 while maintaining the desired form arranged so as to be easily taken out. Only the simple bag 10 can be easily removed while maintaining the desired form arranged so that it can be easily taken out.

The present invention is not limited to each of the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made. For example, a simple bag having at least a pair of front and back rectangular front sheet portions provided with discontinuous cut lines can be folded flat with the left and right side sides of the tubular film as folded portions, and the bottom portion. It does not necessarily have to be a bag formed by joining and closing the bags. In the simple bag 10, for example, as shown in FIG. 6A, one vertically long film is folded back at the central portion to form a pair of front and back rectangular front sheet portions 11, and side side portions 11c on both sides. The bag may be a bag in which the bottom side portion 11b is closed and the upper side portion 11a can be opened as a storage opening by joining the bags. As shown in FIG. 6B, for example, the simple bag 10 is provided with the side sheet portions 14a in a gusset-folded state in succession with the side side portions 11c of the pair of front and back front seat portions 11. It may be a bag. As shown in FIG. 6C, for example, the simple bag 10 is a bag in which the bottom sheet portion 14b is provided as a gusset portion, which is continuous with the bottom side portion 11b of the pair of front and back front sheet portions 11. You may.

In addition, the simple bag containing the goods is stored in a transport box, for example, and is transported or moved to the delivery box storage area, and from the state of being stocked in the delivery box storage area, in the stocked delivery box storage area. It is also possible to remove the simple bag at the delivery box storage place so that the goods can be taken out after being taken out by opening the transport box and transferred to the box-shaped case.

Further, the simple bag containing the goods is stored in a transport box, for example, and is transported or moved to the delivery box storage area, and from the state of being stocked in the delivery box storage area, in the stocked delivery box storage area. After being taken out by opening the transport box and transferred to the box-shaped case, it is moved to another area together with the box-shaped case, and after only the simple bag is removed, it is further moved to another taking-out area. It is also possible to take out the article from the box-shaped case.

In addition, the simple bag containing the goods is stored in a transport box, for example, and is transported or moved to the delivery box storage area, and from the state of being stocked in the delivery box storage area, in the stocked delivery box storage area. It is also possible to open the transport box and remove the simple bag at the delivery box storage area so that the goods can be taken out.

Further, the simple bag containing the goods is stored in a transport box, for example, and is transported or moved to the delivery box storage area, and from the state of being stocked in the delivery box storage area, in the stocked delivery box storage area. It is also possible to open the transport box, remove only the simple bag, and then move it to another take-out area so that the article can be taken out of the transport box.

The shape of the article that can be handled in the present invention is not particularly limited. Examples of the shape of the article include a spherical shape, a cubic shape, a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a plate shape, a cylindrical shape, a thin sheet shape, and the like. Specific examples of the article 15 include a screw cap, a driving cap, a cap with a trigger, a pump cap, a bottle, a pouch, a pouch with an opening / closing cap type spout, a packaging material such as a folded paper box, shampoo, and a rinse. Bottled products such as clothing detergents, residential detergents, cosmetics, beverages and seasonings, paper box products such as cosmetics and confectionery, paper pack products such as beverages and seasonings, retort pouch foods, soft packaging such as refillable pouches for detergents, etc. Examples include products, confectionery, pillow packaging products such as wet sheets, products with mounts such as UV protection skin care agents and lip creams, and blister pack products such as toys.

In particular, an article suitable for handling in the present invention includes a pouch with an opening / closing cap type spout. Normally, in a pouch with an open / close cap type spout, the cap part is thicker than the pouch part, so the cap part is shifted little by little so that the cap parts do not overlap at the same position, and about 6 to 10 pieces of sashimi are piled up. They are bundled, aligned and laminated in bundles, and stored in a bag. If the pouch is taken out by a robot or the like from this state, the pouch may get caught in the bag and cause a trouble, or the bag may be torn and a part of the pouch may adhere to the pouch and become a foreign substance. Further, when the pouches are transferred to the box-shaped case, such a bundle of pouches slips on each other and easily collapses, which makes the work very difficult. Since the simple bag of the present invention can be easily removed, these problems can be solved.
