Description

The present invention relates to a gaming machine provided with a substrate case for accommodating a substrate.

A game machine such as a slot machine or a pachinko machine is provided with a control board provided with an electronic circuit including a semiconductor element such as a CPU or a ROM in order to control a game operation related to the progress of the game. This control board is generally housed inside a board case and installed in a gaming machine housing so as not to be replaced with a board that has been illegally processed or modified.

Here, in order to send and receive signals and the like between the control board and each device, a connector is mounted on the control board, but since the control board is housed in the board case, the connector is a board case. It is exposed to the outside of the substrate case through the opening formed in. Then, a connector exposed to the outside and a connector provided with wiring for transmitting and receiving signals are connected. Here, a fraudulent act such as inserting a tool or the like into the board case through a gap formed between the opening and the connector to illegally modify the control board may be performed.

In order to prevent such fraudulent activity using the gap formed between the opening and the connector, it has been conventionally performed to make this gap smaller. Further, it has been proposed not only to reduce the gap, but also to provide a shielding member or the like so as to surround the connector at the opening so that the tool is not inserted illegally. For example, in Patent Document 1, by inserting the shielding piece of the substrate cover between the side surface of the connector and the side wall of the protective body, the side surface of the connector is surrounded by the shielding piece, and the shielding piece of the shielding piece A configuration is disclosed in which the periphery is surrounded by the side wall of the protective body. As a result, even if a tool or the like is inserted through the opening of the board cover to perform fraudulent activity, the side surface of the connector, the shielding piece of the board cover and the side wall of the protective body become barriers, and it is difficult to insert the tool or the like. Yes, cheating can be suppressed.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2007-185539

As described above, according to the invention described in Patent Document 1, the above fraudulent activity can be suppressed, but in this configuration, the connector and the substrate cover (board case) are closely configured. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to perform the insertion / removal work because the fingertip of the operator hits the board cover when the connector connected to the outside of the board cover is inserted / removed from the connector on the board. .. In addition, there is also a problem that the operator feels uncomfortable because the fingertip of the operator hits the substrate cover.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a gaming machine capable of easily inserting and removing a connector of a substrate housed in a substrate case.

The gaming machine according to one aspect of the present invention
With the game machine housing
The board case installed in the gaming machine housing and
A substrate housed in the substrate case is provided.
A board-side connector is mounted on the board.
The board case is formed with an opening for exposing the board-side connector to the outside.
The board-side connector is exposed from the inside of the board case to the outside of the board case through the opening, and can be connected to an external connector.
The board-side connector is locked to the locking portion of the external connector when connected to the external connector.
The opening is formed in the vicinity of the substrate-side connector so as to surround the outer periphery of the substrate-side connector.
A recess is formed in the edge of the opening in the substrate case, and a space is formed between the connector on the substrate side and the substrate case by the recess.
The recessed portion is formed at a position corresponding to the locking portion in a state where the board-side connector and the external connector are connected.
The substrate case is characterized by having a shielding portion extending along the outer wall of the substrate-side connector in a direction from the edge portion of the opening toward the substrate side.

According to the above invention, it is an edge portion of an opening that exposes the board side connector mounted on the board housed in the board case to the outside of the board case, and is a locking portion of the external connector connected to the board side connector. Since a recess is formed at a position corresponding to the above and a space is formed between the board side connector and the board case by this recessed portion, the work of connecting or separating the board side connector and the external connector (the work of connecting or separating the board side connector and the external connector ( In the connector insertion / removal work), the operator's fingertips are located in the space between the board-side connector and the board case, and the fingertips do not easily hit the board case. Therefore, the operator can easily insert and remove the connector. In addition, it is possible to prevent discomfort from being caused by the fingertips hitting the substrate case during the connector insertion / removal work.

Further, according to the above invention, the opening is formed close to the board side connector so as to surround the outer periphery of the board side connector, and the edge portion where the recessed portion is formed is also close to the board side connector. Further, since a shielding portion extending along the outer wall of the board side connector is provided in the direction from the edge of the opening toward the board side, it is difficult to insert a tool or the like into the board case. Cheating can be suppressed.

As described above, according to the above invention, it is possible to realize a gaming machine having a substrate case that makes it easy to insert and remove the connector and suppress fraudulent activities.

As a result, the board case is transparent, and information about the board-side connector is attached at a position facing the recessed portion on the board. Therefore, the operator can perform the information from the outside of the board case through the recessed portion of the board case. Information about the board-side connector attached to the board can be visually recognized. Therefore, for example, by attaching information about the corresponding board-side connector to the board for each recessed portion, the operator can grasp the type of each board-side connector and connect the uncorresponding connectors to each other. Problems can be suppressed. Further, as described above, since the recess is formed at the edge of the opening, information about the board-side connector is attached in the vicinity of the board-side connector, so that the information is mistaken for the corresponding connector. Can be suppressed.

A medal tray 5 for storing medals, three reels 14a, 14b, and 14c on which a symbol 8 is drawn on the outer peripheral surface and displays these symbols 8 in a variable manner, a liquid crystal display 16 for performing a video effect, and a lighting effect. It is provided with an upper lamp 1, an upper side lamp 2a, a middle side lamp 2b, a lower side lamp 2c, and a speaker 17 for performing a sound effect. The symbols 8 formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the three reels 14a, 14b, and 14c are visible to the player by the reel windows 10e formed on the front door 10b (see FIG. 2) of the gaming machine 10. Further, the upper side lamp 2a, the middle side lamp 2b, the lower side lamp 2c, and the speaker 17 are arranged one on each side.

Further, the gaming machine 10 has a max bet button 18 for betting the maximum number of medals per game (usually three) and a single bet button 19 for increasing the number of medals to be bet by one as an operation unit. A start lever 20 for starting the rotation of the reels 14a, 14b, and 14c, and three stop buttons 22a, 22b, and 22c for stopping the rotation of the reels 14a, 14b, and 14c, respectively. A production button 7 for the player to operate such as switching the production, a refund button 25 for refunding the credited medals, a credit number display 26 for displaying the number of stored medals, and when a prize is established, etc. The payout number display 27 for displaying the number of medals paid out from the gaming machine 10 and the section notification lamp 37 for notifying the transition to the “advantageous section” and the “non-advantageous section” are provided. A lamp is built in the effect button 7, and a predetermined notification can be given to the player by turning on and off the lamp. Further, the credit number display 26 and the payout number display 27 are each composed of a 7-segment small LED (light emitting diode), and can display a two-digit number.

Here, the "advantageous section" is a gaming state in which the operation modes of the stop buttons 22a, 22b, 22c can be notified, and the "non-advantageous section" cannot notify the operation modes of the stop buttons 22a, 22b, 22c. It is in a gaming state. The operation mode of the stop buttons 22a, 22b, 22c is a push order (stop operation order) preset for the lottery result (specifically, the winning combination) of the winning combination, for example, the lottery result. When a plurality of push orders are set for the player, the push order that is most advantageous to the player corresponds to the push order. For example, in the case of so-called "forward push", one medal is paid out, and in the case of so-called "reverse push", 15 medals are paid out. Generally, in a game in a "non-advantageous section", when a predetermined transition condition is satisfied (for example, a specific transition combination is won by a combination lottery), a predetermined lottery (advantageous section transition lottery) is won. Then, it becomes possible to shift from the "non-advantageous section" to the "advantageous section". On the other hand, in the game in the "advantageous section", when a predetermined end condition is satisfied, the game shifts from the "advantageous section" to the "non-advantageous section". The predetermined end condition is, for example, that the number of digested games in the "advantageous section" reaches 1500 games.

The reels 14a, 14b, and 14c are arranged side by side in this order from left to right when viewed from the player, and the reels 14a, 14b, and 14c correspond to the reels 14a, 14b, and 14c, respectively. The stop buttons 22a, 22b, and 22c for stopping the rotation of the reels are also arranged in this order from left to right when viewed from the player.

In this game machine 10, when the start lever 20 is operated in a state where the number of bet medals reaches a predetermined predetermined number (for example, 3), a winning combination lottery is executed and the reels 14a, 14b, When the 14c starts rotating all at once and the stop buttons 22a, 22b, and 22c are operated, the rotation of the reels 14a, 14b, and 14c corresponding to the operated stop buttons 22a, 22b, and 22c is stopped, and all of them are stopped. When the combination of symbols 8 displayed on the effective line of the reel window 10e when the reels 14a, 14b, and 14c of the above are stopped corresponds to the winning combination in the winning combination lottery (when winning a prize), The number of medals according to the role will be paid out. If medals are to be paid out when the number of medals credited has reached the upper limit (50 in this embodiment), the medals sent from the hopper unit 36 (see FIG. 2) are the medal payout outlet 12. It is supposed to be paid out through. Further, the medals paid out from the medal payout outlet 12 are stored in the medal tray 5. As described above, the upper limit of the number of credits is fixed, and medals cannot be stored in the gaming machine 10 beyond the upper limit. However, when a medal is inserted into the medal slot 11 or a medal is paid out by winning a prize, if the number of credits of the medal does not reach the upper limit, the medal is stored in the gaming machine 10 and the medal is stored. The number of credits will increase.

Here, on the outer peripheral surfaces of the reels 14a, 14b, 14c, for example, "white seven", "red seven", "bar 1", "bar 2", "cherry", "watermelon", "replay", "replay", " A plurality of symbols 8 such as "bell" and "blank" are formed. These symbols 8 are formed by, for example, attaching tapes on which the respective symbols are printed to the outer peripheral surfaces of the reels 14a, 14b, and 14c.

Etc. are paid.

Although details will be described later, the main control board unit 30 includes a board case 100 (see FIG. 3) and a main control board 130 (see FIG. 3) housed in the board case 100. The main control board 130 is an electronic board that performs basic control in the game, such as winning combination lottery, winning determination, and game operation.

The sub-control board unit 31 includes a sub-control board that controls effects related to the game, such as a light emitting lamp and a sound effect. Further, the medal selector 51 selects whether or not the medal inserted into the medal insertion slot 11 is legitimate, and guides only the legitimate medal to the hopper unit 36.

(Explanation of the configuration of the board case 114)
The configuration of the substrate case of this embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an external configuration of a board case of a gaming machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. Further, FIG. 4 is a schematic side view showing an external configuration of a board case of a gaming machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis may be shown in the drawings used for the description of the present embodiment shown below. In these drawings, the x-axis indicates the left-right direction in the gaming machine, the y-axis indicates the front-back direction in the gaming machine, and the z-axis indicates the up-down direction in the gaming machine. Specifically, the positive side in the x-axis direction is the "right" side toward the front of the game machine, the negative side in the x-axis direction is the "left" side toward the front of the game machine, and the positive side in the y-axis direction is the game machine. The "rear" side, the negative side in the y-axis direction is the "front" side of the game machine, the positive side in the z-axis direction is the "upper" side of the game machine, and the negative side in the z-axis direction is the "lower" side of the game machine.

As shown in FIG. 3, the main control board unit 30 includes a board case 100 and a main control board (board) 130 housed in the board case 100. The substrate case 100 is configured by combining and connecting the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120 and integrating them. The main control board 130 is housed inside the board case 100 composed of the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120. That is, the main control board 130 is covered with the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120. The base portion 110 is disposed on the back plate of the casing body 10a. In other words, since the base portion 110 is disposed so as to face the back plate of the housing body 10a, a cover portion 120 side becomes the front side (front surface side). Further, as will be described in detail later, when the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120 are combined and connected, the boundary portion 101 of the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120 is the main control board 130 when the substrate case 100 is viewed from the side. It is arranged so as to overlap with.

Front cover portion 120 includes a first surface 120a is substantially parallel (substantially parallel to the zx plane) relative to the back plate of the casing body 10a, positioned below the first surface 120a, the housing body 10a a second surface 120b that is inclined with respect to the back plate of, positioned below the second surface 120b, is substantially parallel to the back plate of the casing body 10a, rearward of the first surface 120a ( It is provided with a third surface 120c located on the positive side in the y-axis direction). Further, since the rear surface of the base portion 110 is flat, the thickness of the substrate case 100 below (the length along the y-axis direction) is thin.

Six connectors (board-side connectors) 133a, 133b, 133c, 133d, 133e, and 133f are mounted on the main control board 130, and these connectors 133a to 133f provided on the main control board 130 each cover. The connector holes (openings) 121a, 121b, 121c, 121d, 121e, and 121f, which are the six openings formed in the portion 120, are exposed to the outside. The connector holes 121a to 121f are formed on the third surface 120c of the cover portion 120, and these connectors 133a to 133f are exposed to the outside from the third surface 120c of the cover portion 120 via the connector holes 121a to 121f. doing.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the substrate case 100 is viewed from the right side, the connectors 133a (133b to 133f) are formed of the corner portion c1 corresponding to the joint between the first surface 120a and the second surface 120b and the third surface 120c. It is arranged so as not to cross the line L connecting the corner portion c3 corresponding to the lower end. It should be noted that the line L does not actually exist but is virtually arranged. By arranging the connectors 133a (133b to 133f) so as not to cross the line L in this way, the connectors 133a (133b to 133f) protruding outward from the board case 100 are on the front surface (third) of the cover portion 120. It will be arranged in the recess formed on the first surface 120a, the second surface 120b, and the third surface 120c). Specifically, in FIG. 4, this recess is a space composed of a second surface 120b and a third surface 120c, which is formed by connecting the corner portion c1, the corner portion c2, and the corner portion c3 in this order. is there. As a result, it is possible to suppress a problem that the connector 133a (133b to 133f) is damaged by hitting something when the substrate case 100 is transported or the like.

As described above, the second surface 120b, in accordance with but are inclined relative to the back plate of the casing body 10a, specifically, toward the front (y-axis direction negative side), the upper (z It is inclined toward the positive side in the axial direction). As a result, the space above the connectors 133a (133b to 133f) is formed so as to become larger toward the front side. Further, when the substrate case 100 is viewed from the side, it is preferable that the connector 133a is located closer to the lower side on the third surface 120c. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the distance s1 between the connector 133a and the lower end of the second surface 120b (the upper end of the third surface 120c) is larger than the distance s2 between the connector 133a and the lower end of the third surface 120c. Larger is preferred. As will be described later, the external connector 140 (see FIG. 5) is connected to or separated from the connector 133a (133b to 133f), and during this work (insertion / extraction work), the connector 133a (133b to 133b). Since a space is formed above 133f) that increases toward the front side, it is easy to insert the operator's finger into the space sandwiched between the second surface 120b and the connectors 133a (133b to 133f). Easy to work with. Similarly, since the distance s1 is larger than the distance s2, the distance s1 is relatively large, and since there is a large space above the connector 133a (133b to 133f), the second surface 120b and the connector 133a (133b to 133f) are formed. ), It is easy to put the operator's finger into the space between them, and it is easy to perform the above work.

The substrate case 100 is preferably formed of a transparent resin so that it can be visually recognized from the outside that the main control substrate 130 housed inside has been tampered with. For example, the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120 constituting the substrate case 100 may be made of a resin such as ABS resin (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin) or PC (polycarbonate). Further, although not shown, the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120 are provided with caulking or the like, and it is difficult to separate them. Further, a sealing sticker may be attached to the boundary between the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120. As a result, it is difficult to separate the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120 to open the substrate case 100, and when the substrate case 100 is opened, a part of the substrate case 100 and the sealing seal are damaged. Traces of opening will remain.

Therefore, when the substrate case 100 is illegally opened by a fraudster, it can be easily visually recognized that the substrate case 100 has been opened. Here, as fraudulent acts by fraudsters, for example, the main control board 130 may be modified by opening the board case 100 and mounting a counterfeit ROM on the main control board 130, or the main control board 130 may be used. It may be replaced with a counterfeit board. Even when such fraudulent activity is performed, it is possible to easily visually recognize that the substrate case 100 has been opened, so that it is possible to easily discover that the fraudulent activity has been performed. In this way, since it is easy to discover that fraudulent activity has been committed, it is possible to suppress the fraudulent activity.

Further, as described above, the connectors 133a to 133f of the main control board 130 are exposed to the outside of the board case 100 via the connector holes 121a to 121f, respectively. Here, the outer circumference of the connectors 133a to 133f and the inner circumference of the connector holes 121a to 121f are arranged so that there is almost no gap between the connectors 133a to 133f and the cover portion 120 in which the connector holes 121a to 121f are formed. Are configured to have substantially the same shape and substantially the same dimensions. Since the connectors 133a to 133f are exposed to the outside of the board case body 100 through the connector holes 121a to 121f, the inner circumference of the connector holes 121a to 121f is slightly larger than the outer circumference of the connectors 133a to 133f. It is formed. That is, the connector holes 121a to 121f are formed in close proximity to each of the connectors 133a to 133f so as to surround the outer circumferences of the respective connectors 133a to 133f. As a result, it is possible to suppress fraudulent acts such as illegally modifying the main control board 130 by using a tool or the like from the gap generated between the connectors 133a to 133f and the cover portions 120 (connector holes 121a to 121f). Can be done.

In addition to the connectors 133a to 133f, a CPU 131, a ratio indicator 132, and the like are mounted on the main control board 130. The CPU 131 controls the progress of the game in the gaming machine 10, and internally mounts a ROM in which data for performing basic control in the game such as a winning combination lottery, a winning determination, and a gaming operation is stored. ing. Further, the ratio display 132 has four 7-segment LEDs, and has a percentage of the total number of bonuses paid out in a predetermined period, a percentage of the total number of continuous bonuses paid out, and an AT combination. The percentage of the total number of payouts by (pushing order) is displayed. As described above, since the substrate case 100 is made of a transparent resin, the display of the ratio indicator 132 can be visually observed from the outside of the substrate case 100. Further, even if the CPU 131 is replaced with an illegal product, it can be easily recognized. Although not shown, on the main control board 130, in addition to the CPU 131, the ratio display 132, and the connectors 133a to 133f, electronic components such as an integrated circuit composed of electronic elements and semiconductor elements are mounted. It is implemented.

Here, it is preferable that the connectors 133a to 133f, the CPU 131, the ratio indicator 132, and other electronic components are mounted on the surface of the main control board 130 on the cover portion 120 side. As mentioned above, state-based unit 110 is installed so as to face the back plate of the casing body 10a, since the cover portion 120 side is arranged such that the front side, the operator opened the front door 10b The surface of the main control board 130 on the cover portion 120 side can be visually recognized via the cover portion 120 made of transparent resin. As a result, the operator can easily recognize that the fraudulent act such as modification has been performed on the main control board 130. In addition, the operator can visually recognize the display of the ratio indicator 132 from the outside of the substrate case 100.

Further, as described above, as shown in FIG. 4, the boundary portion 101 between the base portion 110 and the cover portion 120 is arranged so as to overlap the main control board 130 when the board case 100 is viewed from the side. There is. As a result, when the main board case 100 is viewed from the side, the boundary portion 101 overlaps with the main control board 130, so that the boundary portion 101 is less likely to be an obstacle in checking both the front and back surfaces of the main control board 130. Therefore, when the main board case 100 is viewed from the side in order to confirm that the main control board 130 has not been modified or otherwise cheated, the main control board 130 is not disturbed by the boundary portion 101. You can check if there is any cheating. Further, by confirming whether or not the boundary portion 101 and the main control board 130 are parallel to each other, it is possible to easily confirm whether or not the main control board 130 is accurately mounted in the substrate case 100.

As described above, the connectors 133a to 133f of the main control board 130 are each exposed to the outside of the board case 100. The connectors 133a to 133f exposed to the outside of the board case 100 can be connected to a plurality of external connector external connectors 140 (see FIG. 5) corresponding to each of the connectors 133a to 133f. By connecting the external connectors 140 and the connectors 133a to 133f, the main control board 130 (main control board unit 30) and each device of the gaming machine 10 are electrically connected to transmit and receive signals. It is possible.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged perspective view showing an external configuration of a connector of a control board and an external connector in the gaming machine according to the embodiment of the present invention. Further, FIG. 8 is an enlarged front view showing the appearance configuration of the external connector in the gaming machine according to the embodiment of the present invention. Further, FIG. 9 is an enlarged cross-sectional view for showing the shapes of the connector and the connector hole of the control board in the gaming machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, and is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. Further, FIG. 10 is an enlarged cross-sectional view for showing the shapes of the connector and the connector hole of the control board in the gaming machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, and is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. Further, FIG. 11 is an enlarged cross-sectional view for showing the shapes of the connector and the connector hole of the control board to which the external board is connected in the gaming machine according to the embodiment of the present invention.

First, the configurations of the connector hole 121a, the connector 133a, and the external connector 140 will be outlined. As shown in FIG. 5, the connector 133a and the external connector 140 are separable. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the connector 133a and the external connector 140 can also be connected. By connecting the connector 133a and the external connector 140 in this way, the main control board 130 and each device in the gaming machine 10 are electrically connected, and signals can be transmitted and received. As shown in FIG. 11, when the connector 133a and the external connector 140 are connected, the locking claw 145 is locked to the locked portion 135, and the connector 133a and the external connector 140 can be easily separated. I can't.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 7, and 9, in the cover portion 120, a part of the edge portion 124 near the inner circumference of the connector hole 121a is recessed on the main control board 130 side. Part 123 is formed. Specifically, the recessed portion 123 is formed in the vicinity of substantially the center of the edge portion 124 on one side of the connector hole 121a which is substantially rectangular. Further, the recessed portion 123 includes a portion of the cover portion 120 that extends in the direction toward the main control board 130 and a portion that is continuous with this portion and extends substantially parallel to the main control board 130 and extends toward the connector 133a side. Have. Since the recessed portion 123 is formed in this way, the space 123a is formed between the cover portion 120 and the connector 133a. When the external connector 140 is connected to the connector 133a and the external connector 140 is separated from the connector 133a by the space 123a, the fingertip of the operator touches the cover portion 120. It is hard to interfere and easy to work. In addition, the unpleasant sensation felt by the operator can be suppressed by the fingertip hitting the cover portion 120 during the work. Further, as described above, since it is easy to insert the operator's finger into the space sandwiched between the second surface 120b of the cover portion 120 and the connector 133a (see FIG. 4), it is easy to perform the insertion / removal work.

Further, the connector information (information) 137 formed on the main control board 130 is visible through the recessed portion 123. Here, the connector information 137, which is the character "CN1", is printed on the main control board 130. As described above, since the cover portion 120 is transparent, the characters "CN1" can be visually recognized from the outside of the cover portion 120. Further, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in the cover portion 120, a plate-like shape extending toward the main control board 130 is formed at a portion other than the recessed portion 123 of the edge portion 124 near the inner circumference of the connector hole 121a. A shielding portion 122 is formed. Here, since the recessed portion 123 and the shielding portion 122 are arranged close to the main control board 130, a tool is inserted through the gap between the connector hole 121a (cover portion 120) and the connector 133a into the main control board 130. Even if an attempt is made to perform fraudulent acts that are modified, it is difficult to commit fraudulent acts because they are obstructed by the recessed portion 123 and the shielding portion 122. Therefore, it is possible to prevent cheating. Further, since the connector hole 121a has the above structure, not only fraudulent activity can be prevented, but also dust can be prevented from entering the substrate case 100. That is, in the area where the gap between the connector hole 121a (cover portion 120) and the connector 133a, which is the entrance to the area where the electronic components and the like are mounted on the main control board 130, is narrow and the electronic components and the like are mounted from the outside. Since the configuration is difficult to reach, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the area where the electronic components and the like are mounted.

Next, the configurations of the connector hole 121a, the connector 133a, and the external connector 140 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 5 to 11. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the appearance configuration of the connector 133a and the external connector 140 in a separated state. As shown in FIG. 5, the connector 133a mounted on the main control board 130 (see FIG. 3) is exposed to the outside from the substantially rectangular connector hole 121a formed in the cover portion 120. The connector 133a can be connected to the external connector 140. Specifically, the connector 133a and the external connector 140 are combined and connected to be connected. Here, in FIG. 5, the connector 133a and the external connector 140 are connected by fitting the fitting portion 141 into the fitted hole 136.

The connector 133a is formed with a fitted hole 136 into which the fitting portion 141 of the external connector 140 is fitted, and an operation piece insertion portion 135a into which the operation piece 143 of the external connector 140, which will be described later, is inserted. The operation piece insertion portion 135a is formed at a substantially central position in the left-right direction on the upper side of the connector 133a. Further, the connector 133a is locked so that a plurality of pins 134 installed in the mating hole 136 and a locking claw 145 of the external connector 140 installed in the operation piece insertion portion 135a, which will be described later, are locked. It has a part 135 and. The pin 134 is inserted into the pin hole 146 (see FIG. 8) of the external connector 140 to transmit and receive each signal. Further, the front surface of the locked portion 135 is an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to the front-rear direction, and the rear surface of the locked portion 135 is a surface substantially parallel to the main control board 130 (FIG. 9).

The external connector 140 has a fitting portion 141 that fits into the mating hole 136, a plurality of cables 142, an operation piece 143 that is inserted into the operation piece insertion portion 135a, and an operation piece 143 and a fitting portion 141. It has a flexible support portion 144 to be connected. Here, FIG. 8 shows the external connector 140 as seen from the surface of FIG. 5 facing the connector 133a. As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of pin holes 146 corresponding to each pin 134 and into which each pin 134 is inserted are formed in the fitting portion 141, and each signal is transmitted and received through the pin holes 146. Will be done. Each of these pin holes 146 corresponds to each of the plurality of cables 142. That is, each pin hole 146 and each cable 142 are electrically connected one-to-one, and the signal from the pin hole 146 is transmitted to the corresponding cable 142, and the signal from the cable 142 is transmitted to the corresponding pin hole 146. Reportedly.

Further, a locking claw (locking portion) 145 locked by the locked portion 135 is installed at the operating piece insertion end 143b, which is the end of the operating piece 143 on the side to be inserted into the operating piece inserting portion 135a. Has been done. Further, as will be described in detail later, the operation piece operation end 143a, which is the opposite end of the operation piece insertion end 143b in the operation piece 143, is a place where the operator operates when separating the external connector 140 from the connector 133a. is there. When the operator applies a force downward (negative side in the z-axis direction) to the operation piece operation end 143a, the flexible support portion 144 bends, and the operation piece operation end 143a moves downward. That is, the operating piece operating end 143a approaches the fitting portion 141. In this way, when the operating piece operating end 143a approaches the fitting portion 141, on the contrary, the operating piece inserting end 143b moves upward (on the positive side in the z-axis direction). That is, the operation piece insertion end 143b is separated from the fitting portion 141. Further, the locking claw 145 provided at the operation piece insertion end 143b also moves upward and is separated from the fitting portion 141. In FIGS. 5 and 6, the operation piece 143 in a state where the operator applies a downward force to the operation piece operation end 143a and the flexible support portion 144 is bent is shown by a two-dot chain line.

For example, the operator connects the external connector 140 and the connector 133a by grasping the top and bottom of the external connector 140 with his / her fingers and fitting the fitting portion 141 into the mating hole 136 of the connector 133a. Specifically, in the external connector 140, the operation piece 143 located on the surface on the positive side in the z-axis direction in FIG. 5 and the surface on the opposite side of the operation piece 143, which is the surface on the negative side in the z-axis direction in FIG. The external connector 140 is gripped so as to be sandwiched between fingers, and the fitting portion 141 is inserted into the fitted hole 136 from the front side. At this time, the locking claw 145 comes into contact with the inclined surface on the front side of the locked portion 135 which is inclined in the front-rear direction. Then, as the fitting portion 141 is inserted into the mating hole 136, the locking claw 145 is in contact with the inclined surface and moves toward the rear side (positive side in the y-axis direction), so that the locking claw 145 is inclined. An upward force is applied to the locking claw 145 depending on the surface. Since the flexible support portion 144 has flexibility, the flexible support portion 144 bends when an upward force is applied to the locking claw 145, and the locking claw 145 bends along the inclined surface of the locked portion 135. It gradually moves upward. Further, as the locking claw 145 moves upward, the operation piece operation end 143a moves downward. That is, the operation piece insertion end 143b moves upward, the operation piece operation end 143a moves downward, and the operation piece 143 tilts. Then, when the fitting portion 141 is fitted into the fitted hole 136 and the connector 133a and the external connector 140 are connected, the locking claw 145 reaches the rear end of the locked portion 135. When the locking claw 145 reaches the rear end of the locked portion 135, the locking claw 145 does not come into contact with the front surface of the locked portion 135. The operation piece 143 that had been used will return to the original arrangement. As a result, as shown in FIG. 11, the locking claw 145 is locked to the surface on the rear side (positive side in the y-axis direction) of the locked portion 135, which is a surface substantially parallel to the main control board 130. The Rukoto. That is, even if the fitting portion 141 is to be pulled out from the fitted hole 136, the locking claw 145 will be caught by the locked portion 135, and it is difficult to pull out the fitting portion 141.

As shown in FIG. 6, when the connector 133a and the external connector 140 are connected, the fitting portion 141 is fitted into the fitted hole 136. At this time, as described above, since the locking claw 145 is locked to the locked portion 135, it is difficult to separate the external connector 140 from the connector 133a. Further, in a state where the connector 133a and the external connector 140 are connected, the pin 134 is inserted into the pin hole 146 (see FIG. 8). Here, in a state where the pin 134 is inserted into the pin hole 146, the inner circumference of the pin hole 146 and the pin 134 are in contact with each other. Since the inner circumference of the pin hole 146 and the pin 134 are made of a conductor such as metal, when the pin 134 is inserted into the pin hole 146, they are electrically connected. As a result, the signal output from the main control board unit 30 via the pin 134 is output to each device of the gaming machine 10, the relay board, and the like via the cable 142 connected to the pin hole 146. Further, signals from each device of the gaming machine 10, the relay board, and the like are transmitted via the cable 142, transmitted to the pin 134 via the pin hole 146, and input to the main control board unit 30.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in the cover portion 120, the connector hole 121a is formed in the vicinity of the connector 133a, and the edge portion 124 of the connector hole 121a is recessed toward the main control board 130. Part 123 is formed. Specifically, the recessed portion 123 is a portion of the cover portion 120 where a step is formed from the periphery, and the recessed portion 123 is arranged closer to the main control board 130 than the periphery of the recessed portion 123. By forming the recessed portion 123 in this way, a space 123a is formed between the connector 133a and the cover portion 120. Further, in the edge portion 124 of the connector hole 121a, a shielding portion 122 extending along the outer wall of the connector 133a in the direction from the edge portion 124 toward the main control board 130 is formed at a portion where the recessed portion 123 is not formed. There is.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the recessed portion 123 is formed at a position corresponding to the locking claw 145 in a state where the connector 133a and the external connector 140 are connected (see FIG. 6). That is, the recess portion 123 is arranged in the vicinity of the operation piece 143. Specifically, it is formed near the substantially center of the edge portion 124 on one side of the substantially rectangular connector hole 121a on the locked portion 135 side.

As described above, the operator grips the upper and lower parts of the external connector 140 with his / her fingers to fit the fitting portion 141 into the fitted hole 136 of the connector 133a. At this time, as shown in FIG. 11, the external connector The fingertip F of the worker located on the upper side of the 140 (operation piece 143) enters the space 123a, and it is difficult to directly touch the cover portion 120. Therefore, the operator does not easily interfere with the cover portion 120 with the fingertip F, and can easily connect the external connector 140. Further, since the fingertip F does not easily touch the cover portion 120 when the external connector 140 is connected to the connector 133a, it is possible to prevent the operator from feeling uncomfortable when the fingertip F hits the cover portion 120.

Further, when the external connector 140 is separated from the connector 133a, the operator operates the external connector 140 with his / her finger so as to lower the operation piece operation end 143a of the external connector 140 when grasping the external connector 140 with his / her finger. While holding the connector 140, the external connector 140 may be pulled out. Specifically, the flexible support portion 144 may be bent so that the operation piece operating end 143a moves downward, and the external connector 140 may be pulled toward the front side (negative side in the y-axis direction). When the operation piece operation end 143a moves downward, the operation piece insertion end 143b and the locking claw 145 move upward, and the locking claw locked (hooked) on the locked portion 135. The 145 is detached from the locked portion 135. By pulling the external connector 140 forward in this state, the external connector 140 can be easily separated from the connector 133a.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the recessed portion 123 and the shielding portion 122 are arranged close to the main control board 130. That is, the recessed portion 123 and the shielding portion 122 are close to each other, and the gap between them is relatively small. Further, as described above, in the edge portion 124 over the entire inner circumference of the connector hole 121a, the shielding portion 122 is formed in all the portions where the recessed portion 123 is not formed. That is, either the recessed portion 123 or the shielding portion 122 is formed in all of the edge portions 124 over the entire inner circumference of the connector hole 121a. Therefore, even if a tool is inserted through the gap between the connector hole 121a (cover portion 120) and the connector 133a to perform an illegal act, the recess portion 123 and the shielding portion 122 interfere with the fraudulent act. As a result, cheating can be suppressed.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 and 9, the connector information 137 is printed at a position facing the recess 123 on the main control board 130. Here, the connector information 137 is unique information regarding the connector 133a such as the type and name of the connector 133a. Since the connector information 137 is printed at a position facing the recess 123 on the main control board 130 in this way, the operator can visually recognize the connector information 137 from the outside of the cover 120 via the recess 123. It is possible. Therefore, the operator can easily visually grasp the information of the connector 133a. As a result, it is possible to suppress problems such as incorrect connection of the connector. Further, since the recessed portion 123 is formed in the edge portion 124 of the connector hole 121a and is formed in the vicinity of the connector 133a, the connector information 137 that can be visually recognized through the recessed portion 123 is related to the connector 133a. It can be easily grasped that it is the information to be used. The connector information 137 may be attached to the main control board 130 by a method other than printing. For example, a sticker on which the connector information 137 is described may be attached to the main control board 130. Further, although the connector information 137 is the information unique to the connector 133a, it may be general information including connectors other than the connector 133a. Further, what should be notified to the operator, such as a warning to the operator, may be attached to a position facing the recess 123 in the main control board 130. The operator can easily see it.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the connector information 137 has a recessed portion 123 when the operator looks at the substrate case 100 from the front side (front side) (sees the substrate case 100 along the y-axis direction). It may be printed on the main control board 130 so that it can be visually recognized at the substantially central position in the above, but it is not limited to this position and is printed at a position visible to the operator through the recess 123. Just do it. For example, it may be closer to the right side of the recessed portion 123 (closer to the positive side in the x-axis direction than the center of the recessed portion 123) or closer to the left side of the recessed portion 123 (closer to the negative side in the x-axis direction than the center of the recessed portion 123). For example, connector information 137, the recess 123 by to be visible in the position of the right side near, in installed state of the main control board unit 30 (the board case 100) to the housing body 10a, a front door 10b connector information 137 on the opposite side closer to the hinge for rotating is to be displayed relative to the housing body 10a. This makes it easy to check the connector information 137 when the external connector 140 is inserted and removed with the front door 10b open.

Further, when the substrate case 100 is viewed from the front side (front side) (when the substrate case 100 is viewed along the y-axis direction), a portion extending in the recessed portion 123 toward the main control substrate 130 (FIG. FIG. It is preferable that the connector information 137 does not straddle the outer peripheral portion of the recessed portion 123 in 7. Since this portion has a thickness in the front-rear direction (y-axis direction), the transparency decreases when the substrate case 100 is viewed from the front side (front side). Therefore, when a part of the connector information 137 is applied to this portion. , It may be difficult to see the applied part. Further, by increasing the transparency of the substrate case 100, it is possible to improve the visibility of the connector information 137 in this portion as well, but it is difficult to recognize the connector information 137 because the visibility is different from other portions. In some cases. Further, although all the information 137 may be arranged in this portion, the size of the connector information 137 may be limited, which may make it difficult to recognize.

Further, when the connector information 137 is printed on the main control board 130 so that the connector information 137 can be visually recognized at a position other than the recessed portion 123, the connector information 137 and the connector 133a are separated from each other. Since it is difficult to recognize that 137 is information about the connector 133a, it is preferable that the connector information 137 is printed in the area of the main control board 130 facing the recess 123.

The recessed portion 123 may have a shape that is easy for the operator to work on and can eliminate the discomfort of the operator in the work of inserting and removing the external connector 140, and the size and shape thereof are not limited. For example, the length w of the recess portion 123 in the left-right direction (see FIG. 7) is preferably 5 mm or more. Further, the vertical length t (see FIG. 7) of the recessed portion 123 is preferably 2 mm or more. Further, the length of the recessed portion 123 in the front-rear direction, which is the depth d (see FIG. 9), is preferably 1 mm or more. For example, the length w may be as long as or longer than the length in the left-right direction of the operation piece insertion portion 135a provided with the locked portion 135, and the length w may be the length in the longitudinal direction of the connector 133a. It may be almost the same length as.

Further, the forming position of the recessed portion 123 is set to substantially the center of the edge portion 124 on one side of the connector hole 121a on the locked portion 135 side, but the forming position is not limited to this forming position. Further, the number of recesses 123 is not limited to one for one connector 133a. For example, the recessed portion 123 may be formed also near the substantially center of the edge portion 124 on one side of the connector hole 121a facing the locked portion 135 side. Further, depending on the shape of the connector 133a, the operator may easily grasp the left and right sides of the external connector 140 with his / her fingers to perform the insertion / removal work. In such a case, recesses 123 may be formed at the left and right edge portions 124 of the connector hole 121a, respectively.

Here, since electronic elements such as the CPU 131 are mounted on the main control board 130, they generate heat when the gaming machine 10 operates. If the temperature inside the substrate case 100 becomes too high due to this heat generation, the CPU 131 or the like may malfunction. Therefore, it is preferable that the air inside the substrate case 100 is easily circulated so as to be easily cooled. If the area of the recessed portion 123 arranged close to the main control board 130 is too large, the air circulation in the substrate case 100 may be deteriorated. Therefore, the area of the recessed portion 123 should not be made too large. Is preferable. Further, there is a possibility that the substrate case 100 may be bent or cracked due to some impact during transportation or the like. At this time, the substrate case 100 is placed on the main control substrate 130 so as not to come into contact with the main control substrate 130. It is preferable not to make the area of the recesses 123 arranged in close proximity too large. Further, the space 123a is formed by providing the recessed portion 123, but if the range of the space 123a is too wide, the connector 133a tends to tilt toward the space 123a, so that the range of the space 123a becomes wide. It is preferable to form the recessed portion 123 so as not to exceed. That is, it is not preferable that the recessed portion 123 is formed over the entire edge portion 124 on one side of the connector hole 121a. From the above, it is most preferable that the recessed portion 123 is arranged at a position corresponding to the locking claw 145 when the connector 133a and the external connector 140 are connected, which is one of the four sides of the connector hole 121a.

Although the configuration of the recessed portion 123 and the like in the connector hole 121a corresponding to the connector 133a has been described above, the edge portions 124 of the connector holes 121b to 121f corresponding to the connectors 133b to 133f other than the connector 133a are also formed in the same manner as the connector 133a. The recessed portion 123 and the shielding portion 122 are installed, and the connectors 133b to 133f are connected to the corresponding external connectors 140 in the same manner as the connector 133a. Even in the insertion / removal work of the external connector 140 in the connectors 133b to 133f, the fingertip of the operator enters the space 123a formed by the recessed portion 123, and it is difficult to directly touch the cover portion 120, so that the insertion / removal work can be easily performed. Further, since it is difficult for the fingertip to touch the cover portion 120 during the insertion / removal work, it is possible to prevent the operator from feeling uncomfortable when the fingertip hits the cover portion 120.

It should be noted that the locking claws 145 are also provided for each of the external connectors 140 connected to the connectors 133b to 133f, and when the connectors 133b to 133f and the respective external connectors 140 are connected, the respective locking claws 145 are provided. Is locked to the connectors 133b to 133f, and it may be difficult to separate the connectors 133b to 133f from the respective external connectors 140. Since the width (left and right length) of the connector 133d is relatively short, the number of locking claws 145 of the external connector 140 connected to the connector 133d may be one. Further, depending on the size of the connector, the number of locking claws 145 may be 3 or more.

Although the gaming machine 10 according to the present embodiment has been described above, the present invention may have a configuration other than the above.
