Description
Claims (2)
- 溶射によって構成部品を被覆する方法であって、
前記構成部品の表面全体は被覆されず、
被覆しない表面の部分は、被覆の前にマスキングによって覆われ、
この覆いは、少なくとも臨界的マスク境界に隣接する第1領域でペーストプロセスによって、すなわち少なくとも1つのノズルから分配されるペーストによって作られ、
前記ペーストは硬化性ペーストであり、硬化は、光誘起される、方法において、
前記マスキングが、部分マスキングステップと、補完マスキングステップとを含み、
前記補完マスキングステップは、少なくとも複数の前記第1領域のうちの1つで実行され、
前記補完マスキングステップは、
前記構成部品に第1のシールビードを塗布するステップと、
二重シールビードが形成されるように、前記第1のシールビード上に少なくとも部分的に第2のシールビードを塗布するステップと
を含み、
前記二重シールビードは、前記臨界的マスク境界の方向に向けられた前記二重シールビードの側で測定される、前記構成部品の表面と前記二重シールビードの表面の接線とで囲まれた少なくとも90°の接触角(α)で塗布され、前記第2のシールビードは、強化されたオーバーハングを形成し、
前記部分マスキングステップは、前記第1領域から離れた第2領域で実行され、前記部分マスキングをする方法が、ペーストプロセスではない
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記光誘起される硬化は紫外線によって引き起こされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
