Claims (3)
- 溶接対象物の溶接のために加圧を加えて溶接を行う抵抗スポット溶接装置を使用した処理方法であって、溶接のための通電の前に、
少なくとも一つの電極を、サーボモータを使用して電極をワークへ接触かつ加圧させた状態で、加圧力の変化を繰り返し、当該加圧変化を利用して、
溶接対象物表面及び溶接対象間の絶縁物又は異物を排除する処理方法。 - 溶接対象物の溶接のために加圧を加えて溶接を行う抵抗スポット溶接装置を使用した処理方法であって、
前記抵抗スポット溶接装置が、少なくとも一つのカム型ギアを含み、
溶接のための通電の前に、
少なくとも一つの電極を、前記カム型ギアを介して電極をワークへ接触かつ加圧させた状態で、水平に振動させ、
溶接対象物表面及び溶接対象間の異物を排除する処理方法。 - 溶接対象物の溶接のために加圧を加えて溶接を行う抵抗スポット溶接装置を使用した処理方法であって、溶接のための通電の前に、
電極をワークへ接触させて加圧された状態で、
高電圧と低電圧を繰り返しトランスに印加して、トランス自体を発振させて抵抗スポット溶接装置を振動させることで、
溶接対象物表面及び溶接対象間の絶縁物又は異物を排除する処理方法。
