- 流入口と複数の流出口とを備える分岐管と、
前記分岐管の内部を前記流入口側と前記流出口側に仕切り、前記流入口の開口面積よりも大きい総開口面積の複数の貫通孔と、前記流出口のそれぞれと対向する複数の対向部と、を備える隔壁と、
を有し、
複数の前記対向部が、前記隔壁の高さ方向又は幅方向に連続している、マニホールド。 - 前記隔壁が、前記流入口と前記流出口の中間位置又は前記流出口よりも前記流入口に近い位置にある請求項1に記載のマニホールド。
- 前記対向部が、前記流出口の中心線と垂直に交差している請求項1又は請求項2に記載のマニホールド。
- 前記隔壁が、前記流入口と対向する第二対向部を有する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のマニホールド。
- 前記第二対向部が、前記流入口の中心線と垂直に交差している請求項4に記載のマニホールド。
- 複数の前記貫通孔のそれぞれの開口面積が、前記流出口の開口面積よりも小さい請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のマニホールド。
- 流入口と複数の流出口とを備える分岐管と、
前記分岐管の内部を前記流入口側と前記流出口側に仕切り、前記流入口の開口面積よりも大きい総開口面積の複数の貫通孔と、前記流出口のそれぞれと対向する複数の対向部と、を備える隔壁と、
を有し、
複数の前記対向部が、前記隔壁の高さ方向又は幅方向に連続している、マニホールドと、
複数の前記流出口から流出した冷却液を合流させて前記流入口へ送ることで前記冷却液を循環させる循環部材と、
複数の前記流出口から流出した前記冷却液により冷却される複数の電子部品と、
