Description
The present invention relates to a cracking aerosol composition in which the injected propellant changes from a sherbet state to a cracking foam state to provide a refreshing feeling of use without stickiness.
For example, various sprays have been conventionally provided and used as cosmetic sprays, insect repellent sprays, cleaning sprays, and the like. In addition, a cracking aerosol composition has also been proposed in which foaming gradually occurs in the propellant, and the foam formed by the foaming forms a cracking foam-like propellant that crackles and bursts. In particular, it is widely used in the field of cosmetics (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
The cracking aerosol propellant described in Patent Document 1 is sprayed in the form of mist or foam and then adheres to a target portion such as skin, so that there is an effect that a feeling of cooling and a feeling of exhilaration are imparted. Further, the cracking aerosol propellant described in Patent Document 2 has an effect that after being jetted in the form of bubbles, it adheres to the skin, hair and the like, and also gives a feeling of cooling and a refreshing feeling due to the sound of bubbles breaking.
In the cracking aerosol compositions described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, a lower alcohol such as ethanol is blended as a solvent, and ethanol has been generally used as a solvent for generating cracking. .. However, in the case of cosmetics, since the propellant is directly attached to the skin or scalp, some people develop eczema or the like due to the influence of the ethanol. As a result, some cosmetic sprays prohibit the addition of ethanol components to prevent allergic reactions, and there is a demand for the development of new cracking aerosol compositions that do not contain lower alcohols such as ethanol. It had been.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and does not adversely affect humans because it does not contain a lower alcohol such as ethanol as a solvent, and the injected propellant changes from a sherbet state to a cracking foam state. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cracking aerosol composition which changes and gives a refreshing feeling of use without stickiness.
The cracking aerosol composition of the present invention made to solve the above problems contains a solvent for generating cracking composed of amphoteric ether alcohols, a surfactant, and a thickener, and the balance is water. The ether alcohols include ethoxydiglycol, ethoxydiglycol oleate, bisethoxydiglycol succinate, diethoxydiglycol, ethoxydiglycol behate, and trisethoxydi phosphate. It is selected from glycol, cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylic acid bisethoxydiglycol, and the undiluted solution contains a solvent: 10 to 30% by mass and a thickener: 0.1 to 1.0% by mass. The balance is 0.1% by mass or more of solvent and water, the blending ratio of undiluted solution: propellant is 1: 0.5 to 1: 3 (mass ratio), and the propellant is in a sherbet state immediately after jetting. It is characterized by changing from to cracking foam state .
In the present invention, it is composed of a solvent for generating cracking composed of amphipathic ether alcohols, a surfactant, a stock solution containing a thickener and the balance being water, and a propellant. , There is no ethanol contained in the past, and there is no risk of eczema or the like. Further, since the propellant changes from the sherbet state immediately after the jet to the cracking foam state, it can be firmly adhered to the target portion such as the skin, and a feeling of cooling and a refreshing feeling due to the sound of foaming can be imparted.
Further, in the present invention, since the solvent is one or two or more selected from ether alcohols, it is not necessary to use ethanol, and there is no possibility of causing eczema or the like. Further, ethoxydiglycol, which is one of the ether alcohols, is excellent in moisturizing property and also excellent as a transdermal absorption promoter of an active ingredient, and can provide cosmetics having a high moisturizing effect.
Further, in the present invention, the undiluted solution contains a solvent: 10 to 30% by mass, a thickener: 0.1 to 1.0% by mass, and the balance is 0.1% by mass or more of a surfactant and water . , The cracking aerosol composition can be easily prepared.
Further, in the present invention, since the blending ratio of the undiluted solution: propellant is 1: 0.5 to 1: 3 (mass ratio), the sherbet-like propellant is jetted without separating the undiluted solution and the propellant. Can be done.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown.
The cracking aerosol composition of the present invention is applicable to cosmetics such as milky lotion, moisturizer, lotion, sunscreen, hair styling product, hair tonic, and shaving cream.
The cracking aerosol composition of the present invention basically comprises a stock solution and a propellant, and the stock solution is composed of at least an amphipathic ether alcohol, a solvent for generating cracking, and a surfactant. And, it contains a thickener and the rest is water.
Further, in the cracking aerosol composition of the present invention, the propellant changes from the sherbet state immediately after injection to the cracking foam state. Conventionally, there has been only one that exhibits either a sherbet state or a cracking foam state, but in the present invention, an aerosol composition that changes from a sherbet state to a cracking foam state and exhibits two modes is provided. Can be done.
The propellant used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a propellant used in an ordinary aerosol composition, and is propane, butane, liquefied petroleum gas (hereinafter referred to as LPG) which is a mixture thereof, LPG and dimethyl ether. Examples thereof include a mixture (hereinafter referred to as DME). In particular, LPG is preferable from the viewpoint of stability.
When only DME is used as the propellant, it does not change from the sherbet state to the cracking foam state, which is not preferable.
In the present invention, amphipathic ether alcohols are used as a solvent for cracking. Conventionally, ethanol has been generally used as a solvent for generating cracking, but the present invention has been developed for the purpose of providing a cracking aerosol composition applicable to cosmetics and the like for which the use of ethanol is prohibited. As a result, the present inventor has found that ether alcohols can be contained instead of ethanol.
That is, it was found that amphipathic ether alcohols are solvents necessary for cracking, but when they are contained, the propellant changes from the sherbet state immediately after injection to the cracking foam state. Therefore, the propellant is in a sherbet state immediately after jetting and feels like a cold solid, but after a few seconds, it changes to a viscous liquid, gradually foaming in this liquid, and foam formed by the foaming. Is in a cracking foam state where it crackles and bursts, and finally the liquid component penetrates into the skin. As described above, the present invention provides a completely new type of aerosol composition capable of forming an propellant that changes from a sherbet state to a cracking foam state.
Examples of the amphoteric ether alcohols include ethoxydiglycol, ethoxydiglycol oleate, bisethoxydiglycol succinate, diethoxydiglycol, ethoxydiglycol behenate, trisethoxydiglycol phosphate, and cyclohexane-1,. One or more selected from bisethoxydiglycol 4-dicarboxylic acid can be used.
Since ethoxydiglycol has a moisturizing effect, it is preferably added to cosmetics for the purpose of moisturizing.
The content of the solvent in the stock solution is preferably in the range of 10 to 30% by mass, and particularly preferably in the range of 12 to 25% by mass. If it is less than 10% by mass, there is a problem that the propellant type becomes sherbet-like and the cracking property is inferior, and if it exceeds 30% by mass, there is a problem that a sticky feeling is produced and the usability is inferior, and there is a problem that the production cost is high.
Surfactants are nonionic and function as emulsifiers in undiluted solutions. Any nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 7 to 18 can be used as long as it is used in ordinary cosmetics.
Specifically, polyoxyethylene cholesterol ether, polyoxyethylene cholestanol ether, polyoxyethylene phytosterol ether, polyoxyethylene phytostanol ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, Examples thereof include polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, and ethylene glycol fatty acid ester, and one or more of these can be used.
The content of the surfactant in the stock solution is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 2.0% by mass. If it is less than 0.1% by mass, there is a problem that the emulsifying power is insufficient, and if it exceeds 2.0% by mass, there is a problem that a sticky feeling or the like occurs.
The thickener is a component that adjusts the viscosity of water to enhance the stability of cosmetics, and is water-soluble.
Typical examples include xanthan gum derived from microorganisms for natural polymers, mannan and pectane derived from plants, cellulose-based sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and vinyl-based carboxypolymers for semi-synthetic polymers, and polyvinyl alcohol for synthetic polymers.
The content of the thickener in the stock solution is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 1.0% by mass. If it is less than 0.1% by mass, there is a problem that the emulsification stability is lacking, and if it exceeds 1.0% by mass, there is a problem that a sticky feeling or the like occurs.
The rest is water. Examples of this water include purified water, ion-exchanged water, physiological saline, and deep sea water.
The blending ratio of the undiluted solution: propellant is preferably 1: 0.5 to 1: 3 (mass ratio). If the amount of propellant is less than this ratio (less than 0.5 times the stock solution), the propellant force is small, it is difficult to inject sufficiently, and the cracking property is poor, while the propellant is more than this ratio (less than this ratio). This is because there is a risk that the undiluted solution and the propellant will separate if the amount is more than three times that of the undiluted solution).
In addition, it goes without saying that a fragrance, a coloring agent, a preservative, or the like may be arbitrarily added to the undiluted solution as needed.
(Example)
As shown in Table 1, a stock solution containing ethoxydiglycol as a solvent, surfactants (PEN-4630 and HCO-10 manufactured by Nikkor) and hydroxyethyl cellulose as a thickener, and the balance being water was prepared. .. This stock solution and a propellant (LPG) were mixed in a predetermined ratio to prepare an aerosol composition, which was filled in a container.
Table 1 shows the results of evaluation of the cracking property, usability, and the presence or absence of a change from the sherbet state to the cracking foam state of the propellant formed by injecting into the hand, and it was confirmed that all of them were satisfactory. In particular, the propellant is in a sherbet state immediately after jetting and feels like a cold solid, and after a few seconds it changes to a viscous liquid, gradually foaming in this liquid, and the foam formed by the foaming crackles. The process of becoming a cracking foam state that makes a noise and bursts into bubbles has provided a completely new sensation of foam-like cosmetics that has never existed before.
(Comparison example)
The same components as in Examples were blended, and the content of ethoxydiglycol was 5% by mass (Comparative Example 1), the content of ethoxydiglycol was 40% by mass (Comparative Example 2), and the undiluted solution: propellant. An aerosol composition was prepared for a mass ratio of 1: 0.3 (Comparative Example 3) and a stock solution: propellant having a mass ratio of 1: 4 (Comparative Example 4). The container was filled.
Table 2 shows the results of evaluation of the cracking property, usability, and the presence or absence of a change from the sherbet state to the cracking foam state of the propellant formed by injecting into the hand, but none of the comparative examples is satisfactory. It could be confirmed.
