Claims (9)
- 交換自在なバッテリにより駆動する車両における電子機器類のソフトウェアの更新を制御する更新制御装置であって、
前記バッテリの残量を示す情報、前記更新に用いられるデータのサイズを示す情報、前記更新の緊急度を示す情報、又は前記車両の位置を含む検索対象領域内の充電ステーションの検索結果を示す情報のうちの少なくとも一つを用いて、前記ソフトウェアの更新方法を前記バッテリの交換による第1更新方法又は無線通信による第2更新方法のうちのいずれかに選択的に設定する更新方法設定部と、
前記更新方法が前記第1更新方法に設定された場合、前記検索結果に含まれる充電ステーションのうちの予約対象充電ステーションに対して、交換用バッテリの予約処理及び前記交換用バッテリに対する前記データの格納要求処理を実行する予約処理実行部と、
を備えることを特徴とする更新制御装置。 - 前記予約処理実行部は、前記残量が第1基準量以下であるとき、前記予約処理及び前記格納要求処理を実行することを特徴とする請求項1記載の更新制御装置。

- 前記更新方法設定部は、前記車両による到達可能充電ステーションが前記検索結果に含まれておらず、かつ、前記緊急度が基準値以上である場合、前記更新方法を前記第2更新方法に設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の更新制御装置。
- 前記第1基準量は、操作入力装置に対する操作入力により設定自在であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の更新制御装置。
- 交換自在なバッテリにより駆動する車両における電子機器類のソフトウェアの更新を制御する更新制御方法であって、
更新方法設定部が、前記バッテリの残量を示す情報、前記更新に用いられるデータのサイズを示す情報、前記更新の緊急度を示す情報、又は前記車両の位置を含む検索対象領域内の充電ステーションの検索結果を示す情報のうちの少なくとも一つを用いて、前記ソフトウェアの更新方法を前記バッテリの交換による第1更新方法又は無線通信による第2更新方法のうちのいずれかに選択的に設定して、
予約処理実行部が、前記更新方法が前記第1更新方法に設定された場合、前記検索結果に含まれる充電ステーションのうちの予約対象充電ステーションに対して、交換用バッテリの予約処理及び前記交換用バッテリに対する前記データの格納要求処理を実行する
ことを特徴とする更新制御方法。
