Description
前記キャビティ内に配置されたプリフォームに加圧した液体を充填してブロー成形を行う液体ブロー工程と、
ブロー成形後の容器を前記キャビティ内から取り出す取出し工程と、を含む、樹脂製容器を製造する容器製造方法であって、
前記液体ブロー工程における前記ブロー成形用金型の位置とは異なるスライド位置に、該ブロー成形用金型をスライドさせる金型スライド工程を含むことを特徴とするものである。
一方のブロー成形用金型が第1のスライド位置にある間に、他方のブロー成形用金型が前記液体ブロー工程を行い、
他方のブロー成形用金型が第2のスライド位置にある間に、前記一方のブロー成形用金型が前記液体ブロー工程を行うことが好ましい。

Claims (7)
- バッチ式のブロー成形用金型のキャビティ内に、樹脂材料により有底筒状に形成されたプリフォームを供給するプリフォーム供給工程と、
前記キャビティ内に配置されたプリフォームに加圧した液体を充填してブロー成形を行う液体ブロー工程と、
ブロー成形後の容器を前記キャビティ内から取り出す取出し工程と、を含む、樹脂製容器を製造する容器製造方法であって、
前記液体ブロー工程における前記ブロー成形用金型の位置とは異なるスライド位置に、該ブロー成形用金型をスライドさせる金型スライド工程を含み、
前記ブロー成形用金型は、直列に並ぶ複数の前記キャビティを有し、
前記金型スライド工程におけるブロー成形用金型のスライド方向は、直列に並ぶ複数のキャビティの整列方向に対して直交する水平な方向であることを特徴とする、容器製造方法。 - 前記ブロー成形用金型が前記スライド位置にある状態で型開きしたブロー成形用金型にラベルまたは転写フィルムを挿入する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の容器製造方法。
- 前記ブロー成形用金型が前記スライド位置にある状態で前記容器の口部にキャップを装着するキャップ装着工程を含む、請求項1または2に記載の容器製造方法。
- 前記ブロー成形用金型が前記スライド位置にある状態で前記取出し工程を行う、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の容器製造方法。
- 前記金型スライド工程におけるブロー成形用金型のスライド方向が、前記プリフォーム供給工程におけるプリフォームの搬送方向に対して直交する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の容器製造方法。
- 前記金型スライド工程におけるブロー成形用金型のスライド方向が、前記取出し工程におけるブロー成形後の容器の搬送方向に対して直交する、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の容器製造方法。
- 2つの前記ブロー成形用金型を用いて交互に前記液体ブロー工程を行う、前記容器製造方法であって、
一方のブロー成形用金型が第1のスライド位置にある間に、他方のブロー成形用金型が前記液体ブロー工程を行い、
他方のブロー成形用金型が第2のスライド位置にある間に、前記一方のブロー成形用金型が前記液体ブロー工程を行う、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の容器製造方法。
