Description
より具体的には、マシニングマシンにおいて他の工具と同様に取り扱うことができるセンサを有する三次元測定装置を提供することを目的としている。
(1)工具収容部および自動工具交換装置を有する工作機械によって加工された加工対象物の表面上における所定の測定点との距離に応じた測定データを出力する測定手段と、
前記測定データに基づいて前記加工対象物の形状に対応する形状データを生成する形状データ生成手段と、を備え、
前記測定手段は、
前記工具収容部に収容され、前記自動工具交換装置によって前記工作機械の回転軸と着脱可能に結合するための結合手段と、
前記形状データ生成手段に対して無線通信によって前記測定データを送信する無線通信手段と、
を有することを特徴とする三次元測定装置。
前記形状データ生成手段は、前記測定手段から受信した測定データと、該測定データが取得された時刻における前記回転軸の位置情報とに基づいて、前記形状データを生成する
ことを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の三次元測定装置。
前記加工対象物の表面に対してスポット光を照射する光照射手段と、
複数の受光素子からなる受光部を有し、前記加工対象物の表面で反射した前記スポット光を撮像する撮像手段と、を有し、
前記測定手段は、
前記撮像手段によって撮像されたスポット光の撮像位置に基づいて前記測定データを出力する上記(3)に記載の三次元測定装置。
前記加工対象物の表面に対してライン光を照射する光照射手段と、
複数の受光素子からなる受光部を有し、前記加工対象物の表面で反射した前記ライン光を撮像する撮像手段と、
前記反射光を前記受光部に結像させるレンズと、を有し、
前記測定手段は、
前記撮像手段によって撮像されたライン光の曲線に基づいて前記測定データを出力する上記(3)に記載の三次元測定装置。
前記二次電池を充電する充電する充電手段を備え、
前記自動工具交換装置によって前記測定手段と前記充電手段とを接続させることによって、前記充電手段による前記二次電池の充電を行うことを特徴とする上記(7)から(9)のいずれか一項に記載の三次元測定装置。
粉塵が内部に浸入せず、如何なる方向からの水の飛沫によっても影響を受けない耐油及び防水機能を備える
ことを特徴とする上記(1)から(10)のいずれか一項に記載の三次元測定装置。

Claims (9)
- 工具収容部および自動工具交換装置を有する工作機械によって加工された加工対象物の表面上における所定の測定点との距離に応じた測定データを出力する測定手段と、
前記測定データに基づいて前記加工対象物の形状に対応する形状データを生成する形状データ生成手段と、を備え、
前記測定手段は、
前記工具収容部に収容され、前記自動工具交換装置によって前記工作機械の回転軸と着脱可能に結合するための結合手段と、
前記形状データ生成手段に対して無線通信によって前記測定データを送信する無線通信手段と、を有し、
前記測定手段は、接触式センサ及び非接触式センサを有し、前記接触式センサの検出結果に基づく第1の測定データと、前記非接触式センサの検出結果に基づく第2の測定データとのいずれかを出力する、三次元測定装置。 - 前記測定手段は、前記測定データおよび該測定データを取得した時刻を、前記形状データ生成手段へ送信し、
前記形状データ生成手段は、前記測定手段から受信した測定データと、該測定データが取得された時刻における前記回転軸の位置情報とに基づいて、前記形状データを生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三次元測定装置。 - 前記非接触式センサは、
前記加工対象物の表面に対してスポット光を照射する光照射手段と、
複数の受光素子からなる受光部を有し、前記加工対象物の表面で反射した前記スポット光を撮像する撮像手段と、を有し、
前記測定手段は、
前記撮像手段によって撮像されたスポット光の撮像位置に基づいて前記測定データを出力する請求項1に記載の三次元測定装置。 - 前記非接触式センサは、
前記加工対象物の表面に対してライン光を照射する光照射手段と、
複数の受光素子からなる受光部を有し、前記加工対象物の表面で反射した前記ライン光を撮像する撮像手段と、
前記反射光を前記受光部に結像させるレンズと、を有し、
前記測定手段は、
前記撮像手段によって撮像されたライン光の曲線に基づいて前記測定データを出力する請求項1に記載の三次元測定装置。 - 前記測定手段は、電源を供給するための電力を発生する電力発生手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の三次元測定装置。
- 前記測定手段は、前記電力発生手段による電源の供給および供給停止を制御する電源制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の三次元測定装置。
- 前記電源制御手段は、加速度センサを有し、該加速度センサの検出信号に基づいて前記電力発生手段による電源の供給および供給停止を制御することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の三次元測定装置。
- 前記電力発生手段は二次電池であって、
前記二次電池を充電する充電する充電手段を備え、
前記自動工具交換装置によって前記測定手段と前記充電手段とを接続させることによって、前記充電手段による前記二次電池の充電を行うことを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の三次元測定装置。 - 前記測定手段は、
粉塵が内部に浸入せず、如何なる方向からの水の飛沫によっても影響を受けない耐油及び防水機能を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の三次元測定装置。
