Description
The present invention relates to a connector, and more particularly to a connector having a so-called floating structure.
Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 each disclose a connector having a so-called floating structure.

Referring to FIG. 26, the
When the

In the case of the connector of Patent Document 2, the retaining portion may be damaged when the plug terminal is press-fitted. On the other hand, in the present invention, the receiving surface to which a force is applied at the time of press fitting and the insulating portion are separated. Therefore, it is possible to make the insulating portion thinner while making the portion directly under the receiving surface thicker. When the insulating portion is made thinner, the connecting portion of the contact can be lengthened by that amount, and the springiness of the connecting portion can be increased. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to ensure high springiness of the contact while surely preventing the contact from coming into contact with the wiring pattern on the circuit board.

Next, the assembly process of the
As shown in FIG. 14, the
Further, referring to FIG. 14, the insulating
Next, as can be understood from FIG. 12, the reinforcing
Next, as described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, the connecting 600 is cut and the fixed
Finally, as shown in FIGS. 13-15, the
As can be seen from FIGS. 19 and 20, the
As described above, in the
Although the present invention has been specifically described with some embodiments, the present invention is not limited to these, and various modifications and modifications can be made. For example, in the above embodiment, the
