コーティングのスクラッチング耐久性は、最終層を、グリーンSCOTCH BRITE(商標)スタイル磨耗パッドの作動(action)を受けさせることにより評価した。21Nの重りを下げ、磨耗パッドを複数回、通過させた後、コーティングのスクラッチ耐性は、定量的に評価された。操作者がスクラッチング(支持金属又は、仕上層の下のサブ層の外観に対応する)を見つけるか、36,000サイクル後(1サイクルは、一往復の動き)に、磨耗パッドの作動は、その後、解釈された。各1000サイクル毎に、使用された磨耗パッドは、新しい磨耗パットと交換された。
Claims (15)
- 食品を収容できる内側表面及び、熱源に面することになる外側表面を有する支持体、および、その2つの表面の少なくとも一つに適用されるコーティングを含む調理用品であって、
コーティングが、以下のものを含む少なくとも一つの層を含むことにより特徴付けられる調理用品:
フルオロカーボン樹脂のマトリックスであって、単独又は、熱的に安定で且つ200℃より高い温度で耐性があるバインディング樹脂との混合物であり、この樹脂又は複数の樹脂は連続焼結ネットワークを形成する、フルオロカーボン樹脂のマトリックス;及び、
前記マトリックス中に分散した希土類酸化物の層であって、その中の50%は、0.1μm以上の最大特性粒径を有する希土類酸化物の層。 - 前記フルオロカーボン樹脂は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、修飾PTFE、テトラフルオロエチレン及びパーフルオロプロピルビニルエーテル(PFA)コポリマー、並びに、テトラフルオロエチレン及びヘキサフルオロプロピレン(FEP)コポリマーから成る群から選択される請求項1に記載の調理用品。
- 前記フルオロカーボン樹脂は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、またはPTFEおよびPFA(PTFE/PFA)の混合物、またはPTFEおよびFEP(PTFE/FEP)の混合物、またはPTFE、PFAおよびFEP(PTFE/PFA/FEP)の混合物である請求項2に記載の調理用品。
- その中のバインダー樹脂は、ポリアミドイミド(PAI)、ポリエチレンイミド(PEI)、ポリアミド(PI)、ポリエーテルケトン(PEK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルスルホン(PES)、ポリフェニレンスルファイド(PPS)及び、これらの混合物から選択される請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の調理用品。
- 前記希土類酸化物充填剤は、ランタニド酸化物充填剤である請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の調理用品。
- 前記希土類酸化物充填剤は、セリウム酸化物を単独で又は少なくとも一つの他のランタニド酸化物との混合物で含む請求項5に記載の調理用品。
- 前記希土類酸化物充填剤の50%の最大特性粒径は、0.1μm〜50μmの範囲である請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の調理用品。
- 前記希土類酸化物充填剤の50%の最大特性粒径は、1μm〜50μmの範囲であり、そして、好ましくは、5μm〜25μmの範囲である請求項7に記載の調理用品。
- 前記希土類酸化物充填剤の50%の最大特性粒径は、0.1μm〜1μmの範囲であり、そして、好ましくは、0.1μm〜0.3μmの範囲である請求項7に記載の調理用品。
- 前記希土類酸化物充填剤が、その層の全乾燥重量に対して、0.1〜20重量%の間の範囲で存在する請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の調理用品。
- 前記層の乾燥厚さは、1μm〜25μmの範囲である請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の調理用品。
- 前記支持体は、金属、ガラス、セラミック又はテラコッタ材料から作成される請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の調理用品。
- 前記支持体は金属であり、且つ、この支持体は、陽極処理されているか若しくは処理されていおらず、そして、磨かれ、ブラシされ、紙やすりで磨く、若しくは、ビートブラスト処理されていても良いアルミニウム、又は磨かれ、ブラシされ、紙やすりで磨く、若しくは、ビートブラスト処理されていても良い鉄、又は磨かれ、ブラシされ、紙やすりで磨く、若しくは、ビートブラスト処理されていても良いステンレス鋼、又は鋳スチール、鋳アルミニウム、若しくは、鋳鉄、若しくは、ハンマー処理又は磨かれても良い銅から、製造される請求項12に記載の調理用品。
- 前記支持体は金属から作られ、且つ、この支持体は、金属及び/若しくは金属合金の代替層、又は、鋳アルミニウム、アルミニウム、若しくは、ステンレス鋼外部ベースで補強されたアルミニウム合金のキャップ、を含む請求項13に記載の調理用品。
- 請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の調理用品を調製する方法であって、
a)支持体を提供する工程、
b)可能であればバインダー樹脂と混合して、フルオロカーボン樹脂の水性分散体を調製する工程、
c)フルオロカーボン樹脂分散体中に希土類酸化物充填剤を分散させる工程、
d)工程c)中で得られた分散体を、少なくとも一つの支持体上への適用する工程、及び、
e)全体を焼成する工程、
を含む方法。
