Claims (21)
- 厚さ方向に非対称の構成を有するサンドイッチパネルの製造方法であり:
a)第1のカバー部と第2のカバー部からなるプレート型の組み立て部品とこれらのカバー部の間に発泡剤を含む熱可塑性材料からなるコア部を提供する組立てステップであって、熱容量および/または熱伝導率に関して前記第2のカバー部は前記第1のカバー部と同じでない組立てステップ;
b)ステップa)の前記組み立て部品を圧力下においてプレス状態にあるプレス機器の間で加熱し、それによって前記第1と第2のカバー部への前記コア部の接着をもたらす加熱ステップ;
c)前記コア部の熱可塑性材料を、前記プレス機器の間隔をひろげることによって、圧力下においてある発泡温度で前記プレス状態にあるプレス機器の間で発泡させる発泡ステップ;
d)ステップc)で得られる発泡サンドイッチパネルを冷却し、その間サンドイッチパネルはプレス機器の間で圧力下に維持される冷却ステップ;
e)このように冷却されたサンドイッチパネルをプレスから取り除く除去ステップを含み;
ステップa)の間、第2のカバー部の前記熱容量および熱伝導率に従う第1の補償部は、第1のカバー部の側方に位置しおよび/または第1のカバー部の前記熱容量および熱伝導率に従う第2の補償部は第2のカバー部の側方に位置し、

- 請求項1−3のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、前記第1および第2のカバー部の少なくとも1つは熱可塑性材料の層を含む方法。
- 請求項1−4のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、カバー部の前記熱可塑性材料は前記コア部の前記熱可塑性材料と同じである方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法であり、カバー部の熱可塑性材料はポリエーテルイミド(PEI)、ポリエーテルサルホン(PES)、ポリフェニルサルホン(PPSU)、ポリサルホン(PSU)からなるグループから選別される方法。
- 請求項1−6のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、第1のカバー部は1つ以上の繊維強化熱可塑性材料の連結層を含み、前記第2のカバー部は金属層を含む方法。
- 先行請求項1−6のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、第1のカバー部は1つ以上の繊維強化熱可塑性材料の連結層を含み、前記第2のカバー部は同じ繊維強化熱可塑性材料の異なる数の連結層を含む方法。
- 先行請求項3−8のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、物理的発泡剤はアセトンである方法。
- 請求項1−9のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、ステップc)において冷却は、発泡組み立て部品を第1の冷却速度で前記発泡温度から70−100℃の範囲の中間温度にまで冷却する第1のサブステップc1)と、発泡組み立て部品を第2の冷却速度で前記中間温度から周囲温度にまで冷却する第2のサブステップc2)と、を含む2つのサブステップで実行され、前記第1の冷却速度は前記第2の冷却速度より大きい方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法であり、前記発泡剤は前記コア部の熱可塑性材料の融解点または融解範囲より高い分解温度を有する化学的発泡剤であり、ステップb)において加熱は前記化学的発泡剤の分解温度より高い温度まで実行されて前記化学的発泡剤の分解が生じ、続いて冷却が前記コア部における熱可塑性材料の融解温度より高い発泡温度まで実行される方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法であり、前記第1および第2のカバー部の少なくとも1つは熱可塑性物質の層を含み、ステップa)において耐熱性分離層は熱可塑性物質を含む各カバー部と関連補償部の間に位置し、前記組み立て部品の各側にこのような分離層が存在する方法。
- 先行請求項11−12のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、カバー部の前記熱可塑性材料は前記コア部の前記熱可塑性材料と同じである方法。
- 先行請求項11−13のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、前記コア部の前記熱可塑性材料は結晶熱可塑性材料から選別される方法。
- 先行請求項11−14のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、前記コア部の前記熱可塑性材料はポリオレフィンから選別される方法。
- 先行請求項11−15のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、第1のカバー部は1つ以上の繊維強化熱可塑性材料の連結層を含み、第2のカバー部は金属層を含む方法。
- 先行請求項11−16のいずれか1つに記載の方法であり、第1のカバー部は1つ以上の繊維強化熱可塑性材料の連結層を含み、第2のカバー部は同じ繊維強化熱可塑性材料の異なる数の連結層を含む方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法であり、前記第1および第2のカバー部の少なくとも1つは繊維強化熱可塑性材料の層を含む方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法であり、前記第1および第2のカバー部の少なくとも1つは繊維強化熱可塑性材料の層を含む方法。
- 請求項19に記載の方法であり、ステップa)において耐熱性分離層は繊維強化熱可塑性材料を含む各カバー部の間に位置する方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法であり、前記コア部の前記熱可塑性材料はポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレンである方法。
