Claims (2)
- 鉄合金を素管に成形加工した後、この素管を扁平形状の管に加工して燃料圧力のアブゾーブ壁面を形成する、燃料圧力200kPa〜1400kPaで使用されるポート噴射用のフューエルレールの製造方法において、Cが0.18〜0.20質量%、Siが0.20〜0.21質量%、Mnが1.25〜1.63質量%、Pが0.010〜0.015質量%、Sが0.002質量%、Nbが0.025〜0.026質量%、Moが0.25〜0.38質量%の化学成分を含むとともに素管への成形加工前の状態ではフェライト組織、又はフェライト―パーライト組織を形成する鉄合金にて上記素管を扁平形状の管に加工する工程を経て、炉中で1000℃以上に昇温するとともにこの温度から室温まで徐冷を行う炉中ろう付け加工を施すことにより、ベイナイト組織を析出させ、上記炉中ろう付け加工後の引張強度、0.2%耐力、及び硬度の数値を、上記素管への成形加工前よりも高いものとするとともに、内容積を60cc〜150cc、圧力付加時の内容積変化量を0.5cc/MPa〜2.5cc/MPaとしたこと特徴とするフューエルレールの製造方法。
- 内容積は、60cc〜150ccとするとともに、圧力付加時の内容積変化量は、0.5cc/MPa〜2.5cc/MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1のフューエルレールの製造方法。
