Description
発明の分野
本発明は、グラウトの適用前にグラウトに添加することができ、グラウトを汚れに耐性にする、一体型のオムニフォビック(omniphobic)なグラウト添加剤に関する。
鉱物系のセメント質グラウトは、何千年もの間使用されてきた。グラウトは、セラミックのタイルと、浴室、台所、及び、例えば、自動車の修理床等の多様な基材上、及びタイル又は石の表面を備えたダイニングテーブル上のその他の領域の他の表面材との間の空間を埋めるために広く使用されている。これらのグラウトは、水硬性鉱物材料のような鉱物結合剤を含む。セメント質、石灰系、及び石膏系のグラウトは、全て周知である。鉱物結合剤に加えて、グラウトは、一般に、砂、粉砕石灰岩等の充填剤、並びに顔料、処理添加剤等を含む。グラウトは、多数の製造業者及び供給者からの乾燥した「成分調合済の」形態で入手できる。
グラウト添加剤の汚れ忌避性を測定する際に、添加剤を含む及び含まないグラウト試料を調製し、グラウトを硬化させ、関連する汚れを塗布し、どれくらい多く汚れが残っているかを決定するために除去する必要がある。種々の汚れの色及びグラウトの表面の質感の大きな多様性のために、汚れを評価するための許容可能で信頼できる分光法は利用できず、これは特にグラウトラインにおける汚れの測定に当てはまる。したがって、検査は主に主観的であった。
R2’は、−OH、−OR、又はR2及び/若しくはR1で置換されてもよい(ポリ)シロキシであり;
R3はC1−6アルキレン、好ましくはC2−3アルキレンであり;
R3’は水素又はRであり;
AはC2−4アルキレンであり;

fは0、1又は2であり;
mは0〜100、好ましくは2〜50であり;
nは1〜1000、好ましくは2〜500、より好ましくは10〜100であり;
oは0〜10、好ましくは0〜4、より好ましくは0〜2、特に0又は1であり;
ただし、a+b+cの合計は3であり、d+e+fの合計は2であり、少なくとも1つのR1が存在する。
rは1〜10、好ましくは1〜5であり;
q、t及びsはそれぞれ独立して1〜500、好ましくは1〜100、より好ましくは1〜50であり、q、t及びsの合計は少なくとも20である。式(II)の分枝アミノアルキル官能性オルガノポリシロキサンは、好ましくは0.01〜0.3ミリ当量/g、より好ましくは0.05〜0.25ミリ当量/g、最も好ましくは0.10〜0.20ミリ当量/gの範囲のアミン価、及び好ましくは10〜2000mm2/秒、より好ましくは50〜1200mm2/秒、最も好ましくは80〜700mm2/秒の25℃における粘度を有する。
R5 g−Si(OR6)4−g (III)
式中、
R5は各々独立して高級な、≧C3炭化水素、好ましくはC3−24アルキル基又はC7〜C12アリールアルキル基、好ましくはC4−18アルキル基、最も好ましくはC8−18アルキル基であり;
R6は各々独立してC1−4アルキル、好ましくはメチル又はエチルであり;
gは1、2又は3、好ましくは1又は2、最も好ましくは1である。
約0.15ミリ当量/gのアミン価及び約400mm2/秒の粘度を有する、式(II)のN−(2−アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピル官能性分枝オルガノポリシロキサン50重量%を8部、イソオクチルトリエトキシシラン39重量部、ケイ素に結合したエトキシ基36重量%、約2560g/モルの分子量、2.8の多分散性及び22mm2/秒の粘度を含むメチルシリコーンT−樹脂7重量部の分散物を、界面活性剤としてのオキシアルキル化イソトリデシルアルコール3重量部、残部は水を用いて調製する。この分散サブアセンブリは、成分(A)、(B)及び(C)をグラウト添加剤に供給するために役立ち、実施例では有機ケイ素化合物分散物と称する。
実施例1の有機ケイ素化合物分散物16.23部、フルオロポリマー分散液(固形分20%)45.94部(フルオロポリマーはトリデカフルオロオクチルアクリレート及びジアルキルアミノエチルメタクリレートのコポリマーである)、約11℃のフィルム形成温度を有するアクリレートポリマー分散物(固形分50%)5.00部、ポリエーテルシリコーン湿潤剤0.50部、及び0.2%のKathon LX 1.5%殺生物剤、及び32.13部の水を均質になるまで一緒に混合して(25℃)、オムニフォビックな汚れ忌避性グラウト添加剤分散物を調製する。分散物の全固形分は20.0重量%である。
比較の汚れ忌避添加剤を、以下の成分を用いて調製した。
Claims (16)
- オムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤であって、
添加剤の総重量を基準として少なくとも5重量%の成分(A)〜(E)、即ち、
(A) 少なくとも1つのアミノアルキル官能性ポリオルガノシロキサン1〜30重量部;
(B) 少なくとも1つの高級アルキルアルコキシシラン及び/又はその部分加水分解物15〜50重量部、高級アルキルアルコキシシランは式(III)を有し、
R5は各々独立して高級な、≧C3炭化水素であり;
R6は各々独立してC1−4アルキルであり;
gは1、2又は3である。]
(C) アルコキシ基を含む少なくとも1つのT官能性ポリオルガノシロキサン樹脂2〜30重量部;
(D) 少なくとも1つのC3又はそれ以上の全フッ素置換された基を含む少なくとも1つのフルオロカーボン化合物20〜70重量部;
(E) 少なくとも1つのフィルム形成性アクリルラテックスポリマー2〜20重量部;
を含み、
重量部は、無溶媒の形態の各成分自体に対するものであり、成分(A)〜(E)の総量に対するものであり、合計で100重量部となり、さらに有効分散安定化量の少なくとも1つの界面活性剤、及び水を含み、
用語「オムニフォビックな」は、親水性及び親油性の両方の汚れによる汚れを最小限にするのに有効であることを意味する、
該オムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。 - 少なくとも1つのアミノアルキル官能性ポリオルガノシロキサンが式(I)を有する、請求項1に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。
R2’は、−OH、−OR、又はR2及び/若しくはR1で置換されてもよい(ポリ)シロキシであり;
R3はC1−6アルキレンであり;
R3’は水素又はRであり;
AはC2−4アルキレンであり;
XはH又はR4であり、式中R4はC1−18アルキルであり;
a及びcは0、1、2又は3であり;
bは0又は1であり;
dは0、1又は2であり;
eは0又は1であり;
fは0、1又は2であり;
mは0〜100であり;
nは1〜1000であり;
oは0〜10であり;
ただし、a+b+cの合計は3であり、d+e+fの合計は2であり、少なくとも1つのR1が存在する。] - R3がC2−3アルキレンであり、R3’が水素であり、oが0又は1であり、Rがメチルであり、R2がメトキシ又はエトキシである、請求項2に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。
- R5がC8−18アルキル基である、請求項5に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。
- gが1である、請求項5に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。
- T官能性ポリオルガノシロキサンが、ケイ素に結合したアルコキシ基を含むメチルT−樹脂である、請求項1に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。
- 成分(A)〜(E)の100重量部を基準として、成分(A)〜(E)の量が、
(A) 2〜20重量部、
(B) 15〜40重量部、
(C) 3〜20重量部、
(D) 25〜60重量部、
(E) 2〜20重量部
であり、(A)〜(E)の重量部が合計で100重量部である、請求項1に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。 - 成分(A)〜(E)の100重量部を基準として、成分(A)〜(E)の量が、
(A) 2〜15重量部、
(B) 20〜35重量部、
(C) 4〜20重量部、
(D) 25〜50重量部、
(E) 5〜20重量部
であり、(A)〜(E)の重量部が合計で100重量部である、請求項1に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。 - 少なくとも1つのフルオロカーボン化合物が、重合したフルオロアルキル(メタ)アクリレート部分及びアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリレート部分を含むコポリマーであり、アミノアルキル(メタ)アクリレートのアミノ基がN−オルガノアミン基又はN,N−ジオルガノアミン基である、請求項1に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。
- さらなる添加剤をさらに含み、少なくとも1つのさらなる添加剤が、泡調節剤、殺生物剤、湿潤剤、(A)〜(E)の添加剤以外のさらなる汚れ忌避添加剤、セメント改質剤、染料及び顔料からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。
- 成分(A)〜(E)が、オムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤の総重量を基準にして15重量パーセント〜30重量パーセントの量で存在する、請求項1に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤。
- 水硬性鉱物グラウト組成物の汚れ忌避性を改良する方法であって、
グラウトを表面に適用する前に、グラウト組成物に、添加剤成分(A)〜(E)の合計を基準として少なくとも0.5重量%の固形分を供給するのに十分な量で、ある量の請求項1又は2に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤を添加することを含み、重量パーセンテージは乾燥グラウト固形分を基準として計算される、該方法。 - 添加されたオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤の量が、添加剤成分(A)〜(E)を基準として0.75〜2重量パーセントの固形分を供給する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 成分(A)〜(E)を任意の順序で水中で混合し、少なくとも1つの界面活性剤を用いて水相に該成分を分散させることを含む、請求項1に記載のオムニフォビックな水性汚れ忌避グラウト添加剤の調製方法。
