Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a grill, and particularly to a grill configured to simultaneously heat foods placed on a grill plate from both upper and lower surfaces.

Conventionally, burners (upper-burner burner, lower-burner burner) are installed on the upper wall and left and right side walls of the heating cabinet, and the grill plate housed in the heating cabinet is moved from the lower-burner burner to the lower surface side of the grill plate. A so-called double-sided grill is known, which is configured to be heated from below by the combustion and exhaust of emitted gas and to heat food placed on a grill plate from above by radiant heat of a top-burning burner. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3).

特開2015−158290号公報JP, 2005-158290, A 特開2015−200460号公報JP, 2005-200460, A 特開2015−223454号公報JP, 2005-223454, A

However, in the above-mentioned conventional grill, depending on the thickness of the food material, the food material may be too close to the top-burning burner and the upper surface may be excessively heated. Further, in this product, the combustion exhaust of gas is discharged from each of the upper and lower burners to heat the food, so that there is a problem that the gas is consumed more than necessary. In addition, in this structure, burners are provided on the upper wall and the left and right side walls of the heating chamber, respectively, so that the number of parts and the number of assembling steps are large and the manufacturing cost is high.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to improve energy-saving performance and manufacture while exhibiting stable heating performance in a grill that can simultaneously heat food on a grill plate from both upper and lower sides. It is to reduce the cost.

The present invention is a grill in which a grill plate and a burner are arranged in a heating chamber,
The food placed on the grill plate is heated from below by conduction heat from the grill plate heated by the burner, and is heated from above by convective heat of hot air emitted from the burner ,
The rear wall of the heating chamber is formed so as to be closed so that the hot air is not discharged to the outside from the rear wall side of the heating chamber,
The inner upper part of the heating chamber has a double structure consisting of an upper wall of the heating chamber and a heat collecting plate that covers the upper wall from below,
At a substantially central portion of the heat collecting plate, a downwardly protruding bulging portion is provided, and a hot air outlet hole for leading out the hot air to the outside of the heating chamber is provided,
The hot air lead-out holes are provided at front and rear positions from the center of the heat collecting plate in the front-rear direction,
The hot air is guided to the rear of the heating chamber through an exhaust passage defined between the upper wall and the heat collecting plate from the hot air outlet, and is discharged to the outside of the appliance .

In this product, the lower surface side of the food is heated by the conduction heat from the grill plate, while the upper surface of the food is heated by the convective heat of the hot air emitted from the burner. Only the side can be prevented from being excessively heated. Therefore, variations in baking amount are unlikely to occur between the upper and lower surfaces of the food. Moreover, by adopting the above-mentioned configuration, the food can be heated from both the upper and lower sides by the burner provided at one place, so the gas consumption can be reduced and the number of parts and the number of assembly steps of the entire grill can be reduced. Can also be reduced.

In the present invention, the rear wall of the heating chamber is closed so that the hot air is not discharged to the outside from the rear wall side of the heating chamber.

When the hot air outlet is provided on the rear wall of the heating cabinet, the hot air emitted from the burner may not flow to the upper surface side of the food and may be directly discharged to the outside from the rear wall side of the heating cabinet. However, if the above-mentioned configuration is adopted, the hot air emitted from the burner is intensively guided onto the grill plate, so that the food can be heated more appropriately by convection heat. Further, the hot air emitted from the burner can be prevented from being directly discharged to the outside without flowing to the upper surface side of the food material, so that the gas consumption can be further reduced.

In the present invention, the inner upper part of the heating chamber has a double structure composed of an upper wall of the heating chamber and a heat collecting plate that covers the upper wall from below, and the hot air flows from the hot air outlet to the upper wall. It is configured to be guided to the rear of the heating chamber through an exhaust passage defined between the heat collecting plate and the heat collecting plate and discharged to the outside of the appliance.

As a result, the heat in the hot air led out from the hot air outlet to the exhaust passage between the upper wall of the heating chamber and the heat collecting plate is guided by the heat collecting plate while being guided to the rear of the heating chamber through the exhaust passage. Since it is collected and radiated toward the upper surface of the grill plate, the food on the grill plate can be heated more appropriately by convective heat and radiant heat. Further, since the heat in the hot air released from the burner can be efficiently recovered by the heat collecting plate, the gas consumption can be further reduced.

In the present invention, a bulging portion projecting downward is provided at a substantially central portion of the heat collecting plate .

As a result , the hot air discharged from the burner and reaching the heat collecting plate is guided further downward along the bulging portion provided in the substantially central portion thereof, that is, toward the grill plate, so that the convective heat of the food is generated. Can be heated more appropriately from above. Further, since the food material can be efficiently heated, the gas consumption can be further reduced.

In the present invention, a hot air lead-out hole for leading out the hot air to the outside of the heating chamber is provided at a substantially central portion of the heat collecting plate.

Thereby, the hot air discharged from the burner is more intensively guided to the center of the upper inside of the heating chamber, so that the food on the grill plate can be more appropriately heated by the convective heat. Further, since the food material can be efficiently heated, the gas consumption can be further reduced.

In the present invention, the hot air outlet holes are provided at a position forward and rearward of the center of the heat collecting plate in the front-rear direction.

As a result, the hot air discharged from the burner and reaching the inside upper part of the heating cabinet is guided to the front and rear of the heating cabinet and discharged to the outside through the hot air outlet, so that the hot air flowing above the grill plate causes the food to The upper surface side can be heated more appropriately. Further, since the food material can be efficiently heated, the gas consumption can be further reduced.

In the present invention, preferably, the convection heat flows from the outside of the peripheral end portion of the grill plate toward the upper center.

With this, the convective heat of the hot air emitted from the burner is concentrated and guided to the food on the grill plate, so that the food can be heated more appropriately. Further, since the food material can be efficiently heated, the gas consumption amount can be reduced.

In the present invention, preferably, the grill plate has a peripheral end portion heated by a burner.

With this product, both the food placed on the grill plate and the center upper part can be efficiently heated by one burner, so that the food can be heated more appropriately from both upper and lower sides, and gas consumption Can also be reduced.

In the present invention, preferably, the heat collecting plate has a side plate facing the side wall of the heating chamber, and the side plate is at least from the upper plate facing the upper wall of the heating chamber to a height near the side edge of the grill plate. It will be extended.

In this case, the hot air around the side edges of the grill plate rises along the inner surface of the side plate of the heat collecting plate and is guided to the upper side of the grill plate, so that the heat in the hot air is the side wall or the upper wall of the heating chamber. It is difficult to be released to the outside through the. Moreover, since the food on the grill plate is heated from above and sideways by the radiant heat from the heat collecting plate, the food can be heated more appropriately. Further, since the heat in the hot air released from the burner can be more efficiently recovered by the heat collecting plate, the gas consumption can be further reduced.

In the present invention, preferably, the burner is arranged below the grill plate.
In this case, the width of the heating cabinet and the grill plate can be made larger than that of the heating cabinet in which burners are arranged on the left and right side walls, respectively. Further, since the structure in the range from the upper inside to the both sides of the heating chamber where oil is relatively likely to adhere can be simplified, the cleanability is also improved.

In the present invention, the grill plate is preferably made of an aluminum-based material.
With this product, since the grill plate has high thermal conductivity, it is released from the burner even when the temperature of the heating cabinet or the grill plate is low, such as when cooking frozen foods, the cold season, and the beginning of use. The heat in the hot air is quickly transferred to the food through the grill plate. Therefore, the food material can be more appropriately heated by the conductive heat from the grill plate. Further, since the food material can be efficiently heated, the gas consumption can be further reduced. Further, in this structure, the weight of the grill plate can be reduced, so that the cleanability and the usability during cooking are improved.

As described above, according to the present invention, variations in baking amount are unlikely to occur on the upper and lower surfaces of food, so that stable heating performance can be exhibited. Moreover, since the gas consumption can be reduced, the energy saving property is also improved. Further, since the number of parts and the number of assembling steps of the entire grill can be reduced, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost.

Next, modes for carrying out the present invention described above will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a grill 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention is integrally configured with a stove body 10 of a gas stove 1 having a single or a plurality of stove burners 11 on an upper surface of a top plate 101. The stove body 10 constitutes the outer shell of the grill 2. In the present specification, the depth direction of the stove main body 10 when viewed from the front surface (hereinafter referred to as “main body front surface”) 103 is referred to as the front-rear direction, the width direction as the left-right direction, and the height direction as the vertical direction.

The grill 2 is provided with a substantially rectangular box-shaped heating cabinet 20 that stores foodstuffs such as meat and fish, and a grill burner 21 that heats the foodstuffs in the heating cabinet 20. The heating cabinet 20 extends from the front surface 103 of the main body toward the inside rear of the stove body 10, and an opening 200 serving as an inlet/outlet port for foodstuffs into/from the heating cabinet 20 is provided in the front surface 103 of the main body.

The opening 200 is closed by the grille door 22 from the front. At the left and right positions of the grill door 22 on the front surface 103 of the main body, one or a plurality of stove-point extinguishing operators 13 for igniting and extinguishing the stove burner 11, and a grill-point extinguishing operation for igniting and extinguishing the grill burner 21. And the child 23.

Although not shown, a valve unit for the stove burner 11 that opens and closes in conjunction with the ignition operation and the fire extinguishing operation of the stove point fire extinguishing operator 13 and the ignition operation of the grille point fire extinguishing operator 23, which are not shown. Also, a valve unit for the grill burner 21 that opens and closes in conjunction with a fire extinguishing operation, a gas pipe that guides gas from the gas supply pipe to each of the above valve units, and the like are incorporated.

Behind the heating cabinet 20 in the stove body 10, the combustion exhaust (hot air) of the gas released from the grill burner 21 into the heating cabinet 20, oil smoke generated from foodstuffs, odorous components, etc. were opened on the top plate 101. An exhaust pipe 24 that leads to the exhaust port 14 is provided. The exhaust stack 24 extends rearward and upward in a substantially L shape from a gap (hereinafter, referred to as “exhaust stack inlet”) 240 provided between the upper wall 201 of the heating chamber 20 and the upper edge of the rear wall 204. The exhaust pipe outlet 241 at the upper end faces the exhaust port 14 from below.

A support frame 25 that supports the grill door 22 on the stove body 10 is connected to the rear surface of the grill door 22. The support frame 25 extends substantially horizontally from the rear surface of the grill door 22 along the upper surface of the bottom wall 202 of the heating cabinet 20 toward the rear wall 204, and is provided inside the heating cabinet 20 and is not shown. It is engaged and supported by the joint portion in a state of being able to slide back and forth. That is, the grill door 22 is configured to be opened by pulling it forward from the front surface 103 of the main body (see FIG. 1).

A substantially flat plate frame portion 251 that is long in the left-right direction is provided on each of the upper portions of the front and rear ends of the support frame 25, and the grill plate 26 is detachably mounted on the upper surface of the plate frame portion 251. Has been done. Therefore, the grill plate 26 is pulled forward from the inside of the heating cabinet 20 by opening the grill door 22, and is housed inside the heating cabinet 20 by closing the grill door 22. In the grill 2 described above, instead of the grill plate 26, a grill may be placed on the support frame 25 for use.

An upright protruding piece 250 extending in the left-right direction is formed at the center of the plate frame portion 251 in the left-right direction. On the other hand, a notch 260 having substantially the same lateral width as the upright piece 250 is formed in the center of the front and rear side edges of the grill plate 26, and the upright piece 250 is fitted into the notch 260 to allow the grill plate 26 to plate. It is supported on the upper surface of the frame 251 in a positioned state. Therefore, when the grill door 22 is closed in this state, the grill plate 26 is housed in a fixed position in the heating cabinet 20.

The grill plate 26 is formed by press-molding a plate material made of an aluminum-based metal into a flat plate shape, and the surface thereof is subjected to finish coating such as fluororesin processing. The grill plate 26 may be formed by casting or forging. Further, the grill plate 26 may be made of a metal such as an iron-based material, a copper-based material, or a stainless steel-based material as long as it is a material capable of transmitting an appropriate amount of heat to the food material placed on the upper surface 26A. It may be formed of a ceramic material.

The left and right side end portions 261 of the grill plate 26 are formed to be bent obliquely outward and upward. On the upper surface 26A of the grill plate 26, a plurality of upwardly convex narrow ribs 262 extending in the left-right direction are juxtaposed in the front-rear direction at substantially equal intervals so as to reduce the contact area with food. A groove portion 263 is formed around the portion where the rib 262 is formed to collect oil and boiled juice exuded from the food material.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the inner upper portion of the heating chamber 20 has a double structure including an upper wall 201 of the heating chamber 20 and a heat collecting plate 27 that covers the upper wall 201 from below. The heat collecting plate 27 has both side edges supported and fixed to the left and right side walls 205 of the heating chamber 20, and defines an exhaust passage 20C connected to the upper wall 201 through the exhaust pipe inlet 240 to the exhaust pipe 24. ing.

The heat collecting plate 27 is formed by bending a plate material made of iron-based metal into a substantially M-shape when viewed from the front, and the surface thereof is subjected to finish coating such as ceramic coating or enamel. The heat collecting plate 27 may be made of a metal such as a copper-based material, an aluminum-based material, or a stainless steel-based material as long as it can radiate an appropriate amount of heat to the food material on the plate upper surface 26A.

The heat collecting plate 27 includes a bulging portion 51 having a substantially inverted trapezoidal shape in a forward view, which is provided on the center of the heating chamber 20 in the left-right direction, that is, on the vertical centerline, and a bulging portion 51 from the side wall 205. And an inclined portion 52 that extends obliquely upward toward the outer edge. Both the bulged portion 51 and the inclined portion 52 are formed from the front end to the rear end of the heat collecting plate 27. Therefore, the hot air rising along the side wall 205 in the heating chamber 20 is guided to the periphery of the bulging portion 51 along the lower surface of the inclined portion 52 and further downward along the lower surface of the bulging portion 51, that is, It is guided to the plate upper surface 26A side. In this way, the food on the grill plate 26 is heated from above by the hot air (convective heat) that flows from the outside to the upper side in the heating chamber 20 and flows downward in the center.

A plurality of hot air lead-out holes 53 that communicate the space 20E above the grill plate 26 and the exhaust passage 20C are provided at positions forward and rearward of the center of the bulging portion 51 in the front-rear direction. (See FIG. 2). The heat collecting plate 27 is provided with its rear end abutting along the upper edge of the rear wall 204, and separates the space 20E above the plate from the exhaust pipe inlet 240. The rear wall 204 is formed to be closed so that the hot air in the space 20E above the plate does not directly flow out from the rear in the heating chamber 20 to the exhaust pipe inlet 204. That is, the rear wall 204 is not provided with a hole through which air can flow, and the space 20E above the plate is connected to the exhaust pipe inlet 204 from the hot air outlet 53 through the exhaust passage 20C.

Therefore, the hot air guided to the space 20E above the plate along the side wall 205 in the heating cabinet 20, the oil smoke and odor components generated from the foodstuffs are guided toward the center of the upper inside of the heating cabinet 20, and the hot air outlet 53 From the exhaust pipe 20C to the exhaust pipe 20C, then to the exhaust pipe inlet 240 through the exhaust passage 20C, and further to the outside of the stove body 10 through the exhaust pipe 24 and the exhaust pipe outlet 241. Further, the heat in the hot air led to the exhaust passage 20C from the hot air lead-out hole 53 provided at the front side of the heat collecting plate 27 is recovered by the heat collecting plate 27 while flowing through the exhaust passage 20C, and the grill plate It is radiated toward the upper surface side of 26. In this way, the food material on the grill plate 26 is also heated by the radiant heat from the heat collecting plate 27.

The grill burner 21 is a straight tubular burner formed by vertically stacking two gutter-shaped bodies, and is a vertical center of the heating chamber 20 in a space below the grill plate 26 (hereinafter, referred to as “burner housing portion”) 20A. The lines are arranged symmetrically across the line and extend substantially horizontally from the rear wall 204 of the heating cabinet 20 toward the front.

The flame holes 210 are provided along the outer end surface of the grill burner 21 (see FIG. 3), and are configured to eject the gas supplied to the grill burner 21 toward the outer side (side wall 205 side) substantially horizontally. ing. Although not shown, spark plugs are provided in the vicinity of the flame holes 210 of each grill burner 21, respectively, and in conjunction with the ignition operation of the grill point extinguishing operator 23, a specific flame hole is formed from each spark plug. A spark discharge is generated around 210 to ignite the gas ejected from the flame hole 210.

The grill burner 21 is covered from above with a burner cover 28 that is substantially U-shaped when viewed from the front, and separates the arrangement portion of the grill plate 26 and the arrangement portion of the grill burner 21. The grill plate 26 is disposed above the upper plate 61 of the burner cover 28 with a predetermined gap 20B.

A gas outlet 63 is formed in the side plate 62 of the burner cover 28 so as to face the flame holes 210 of the grill burner 21. A space 20F connected to the space 20E above the plate is defined outside the side plate 62 (see FIG. 3), and hot air emitted from the grill burner 21 in the burner housing portion 20A passes through the gas outlet 63. And is led out to the space 20F on the side of the cover. Further, it passes through the outside of the side end portion 261 of the grill plate 26 and rises along the side wall 205. As a result, the grill plate 26 is heated from the side end portion 261 side, and the food on the grill plate 26 is heated from below by the conductive heat from the grill plate 26.

In the center of the bottom wall 202 in the left-right direction, a plurality of air intake ports 280 that communicate the internal space of the stove body 10 and the burner housing portion 20A are opened, and by the draft action when the grill burner 21 is ignited, The air outside the heating chamber 20 is introduced into the burner housing section 20A from the air intake port 280 as secondary air for combustion of the grill burner 21.

According to the grill 2, the lower surface side of the food material is heated by the conductive heat from the grill plate 26, while the upper surface side of the food material is heated by the convective heat of the hot air emitted from the grill burner 21. Also, it is possible to suppress excessive heating only on the upper surface side. Therefore, variations in baking amount do not easily occur on the upper and lower surfaces of the food material, and stable heating performance can be exhibited.

Moreover, in this structure, the hot air emitted from the grill burner 21 is guided to the grill plate 26 as convective heat while heating the left and right side end portions 261 of the grill plate 26, so that it is provided on the lower surface side of the grill plate 26. Only the grill burner 21 can properly heat the food from both upper and lower sides. Therefore, the amount of gas consumption can be reduced correspondingly, and the energy saving performance is improved. Further, with such a configuration, it is not necessary to separately provide a burner for heating the food from above in the upper portion of the heating chamber 20, so that it is possible to reduce the number of parts of the grill 2 and the number of assembling steps. It is possible. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

Further, by providing the downwardly convex bulging portion 51 at the center of the heat collecting plate 27 in the left-right direction and providing the hot air outlet 53 in the bulging portion 51, convection of the hot air emitted from the grill burner 21 is achieved. Since the heat is more intensively guided onto the grill plate 26, the food can be heated more appropriately and efficiently by the convective heat. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited, and energy saving can be further improved.

Further, since the rear wall 204 is closed and formed, the convective heat of the hot air emitted from the grill burner 21 is more concentratedly guided onto the grill plate 26, so that the food can be heated more appropriately and efficiently by the convective heat. it can. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited, and energy saving can be further improved. Further, it is possible to prevent the hot air discharged from the grill burner 21 from directly discharging from the rear wall 204 side of the heating cabinet 20 to the outside without flowing to the upper surface side of the food material, so that the gas consumption amount can be further reduced. Therefore, energy saving is further improved.

Further, the hot air outlet holes 53 are provided at the front and rear positions of the heat collecting plate 27, and a relatively wide non-opening surface is secured at the center of the bulging portion 51 in the front-rear direction. The hot air guided to 20E is more reliably guided to the grill plate 26 along the bulging portion 51, so that the food can be heated more appropriately and efficiently by the convective heat. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited, and energy saving can be further improved.

Further, in this configuration, the heat in the hot air led to the exhaust passage 20C from the hot air lead-out hole 53 provided at the front side of the heat collecting plate 27 flows by the heat collecting plate 27 while flowing through the exhaust passage 20C. Since the collected food is radiated toward the upper surface of the grill plate 26, the food on the grill plate 26 can be heated more appropriately and efficiently by the convective heat and the radiant heat. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited, and energy saving can be further improved.

Moreover, in this one, since the grill plate 26 is formed of an aluminum-based material having a high thermal conductivity, the inside of the heating chamber 20 and the grill plate 26 are heated when the frozen food is cooked, during the cold season, at the beginning of use, and the like. Even under low temperature conditions, the heat in the hot air released from the grill burner 21 is quickly transferred to the foodstuffs via the grill plate 26, so that the foodstuffs can be heated more appropriately and efficiently by the conductive heat. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited, and energy saving can be further improved. In addition, since the grill plate 26 is formed of a lightweight aluminum material, it is easy to handle during cleaning and cooking, so that the cleanability and the usability during cooking are improved.

Further, in this one, since the grill burner 21 is arranged below the grill plate 26, the heating cabinet 20 and the grill plate 26 are different from those having the burners arranged on the left and right side walls of the heating cabinet as in the conventional grill. Since the width of the can be set to a large value, the number of types of food that can be cooked increases, and versatility improves. Further, since the structure in the range from the upper inside to the both sides of the heating chamber 20 where oil is relatively likely to adhere can be simplified, the cleaning property is also improved. Moreover, since the grill burner 21 is covered with the burner cover 28 from above, it is possible to prevent oil or hot water leaked from the grill plate 26 from directly adhering to the grill burner 21, so that the cleanability is further improved.

In the grill 2A shown in FIG. 4, the heat collecting plate 27 is composed of an upper plate 271 facing the upper wall 201 of the heating cabinet 20 and a side plate 275 facing the side wall 205. The side plate 275 is the upper plate 271. It extends from the both side edges of the grill plate 26 substantially parallel to the side wall 205 to the side position of the side end portion 261 of the grill plate 26.

Further, a plurality of rows (here, two rows) of rib-shaped rail portions 31 that are long in the front-rear direction are formed on the inner side surfaces of the left and right side walls 205 of the heating cabinet 20, respectively, and the heat collecting plate 27 is The lower edges of the left and right side plates 275 are in contact with the upper surfaces of the rail portions 31, respectively, and are supported from below in a slidable manner in the front-rear direction.

In this structure, the hot air released from the grill burner 21 to the space 20F on the side of the cover is guided to the space 20E above the plate along the inner surface of the side plate 275 of the heat collecting plate 27, so the heat in the hot air is applied to the side wall 205. Also, it is difficult to be released to the outside through the upper wall 201. Moreover, since the heat in the hot air is recovered by the heat collecting plate 27 while being guided to the space 20E above the plate along the inner surface of the side plate 275, the radiant heat from the heat collecting plate 27 causes the food on the grill plate 26 to radiate. Can be heated more appropriately and efficiently. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited, and energy saving can be further improved.

In addition, since the heat in the hot air is difficult to be transferred to the outside of the heating cabinet 20, it is possible to reduce the thermal load on other components such as the valve unit and the control circuit incorporated inside the stove body 10, so that the device is overheated. It is possible to prevent malfunctions, failures, and deformations of the.

Further, since the heat collecting plate 27 is supported on the upper surface of the rail portion 31 provided on the inner side surface of the side wall 205 so as to be slidable back and forth, the heat collecting plate 27 is moved forward of the opening portion 200 with the grill door 22 opened. Once pulled out, it can be removed from the heating cabinet 20. Therefore, the cleanability is further improved.

Further, if the lower edge of the side plate 275 is supported by the rail portion 31 on the lower row side and the mounting height of the heat collecting plate 27 in the heating cabinet 20 is set low, the distance between the upper plate 271 and the grill plate 26 is reduced. Since it can be made small, the amount of radiant heat from the heat collecting plate 27 to the food material can be more appropriately maintained and the convective heat reaches the food material even if the food material has a relatively small thickness. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited.

In the grill 2B shown in FIG. 5, flame holes 210 are provided not only on the outer end surface of the grill burner 21 but also on the upper surface, so that the gas supplied to the grill burner 21 is directed outward and upward (to the lower surface 26B side of the grill plate 26). It is configured to eject toward. Further, a gas outlet 64 is formed in the upper plate 61 of the burner cover 28 so as to face the flame holes 210 on the upper surface side of the grill burner 21.

In this case, the hot air discharged from the flame holes 210 on the upper surface side is led out to the space 20B on the lower surface 26B side of the grill plate 26 through the gas outlet port 64 on the upper plate 61 side. Further, the draft action of the hot air led out from the flame holes 210 on the outer end surface side of the grill burner 21 to the space 20F on the side of the cover guides the air to the outside of the side end 261 of the grill plate 26, that is, the space 20F on the side of the cover. Get burned. Thereby, since the grill plate 26 is heated more reliably, the food can be more appropriately heated from the lower surface side by the conductive heat from the grill plate 26. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited.

In the grill 2C shown in FIG. 6, one straight-tube-shaped grill burner 21 is arranged on the vertical center line of the heating cabinet 20 in the burner housing portion 20A. The flame holes 210 are provided along the left and right outer end surfaces of the grill burner 21, and are configured to eject the gas supplied to the grill burner 21 toward the left and right outer sides. As a result, similarly to the above-described embodiment, the grill plate 26 is heated from the side end portion 261 side, and the food is heated from below by the conductive heat from the grill plate 26. Furthermore, the foodstuffs on the grill plate 26 are heated from above by the convective heat flowing from the outside inside the heating cabinet 20 around the top and flowing downward to the center. Therefore, the same operational effect as that of the above-described embodiment is obtained.

In the grill 2D shown in FIG. 7, as with the grill 2C, one straight tubular grill burner 21 is arranged on the vertical center line of the heating cabinet 20 in the burner housing 20A. Further, the flame holes 210 are provided not only on the left and right outer end surfaces of the grill burner 21 but also on the upper surface thereof, and the upper plate 61 of the burner cover 28 faces the flame holes 210 on the upper surface side of the grill burner 21 so as to guide the gas. Exit 64 is open. As a result, in the grill plate 26, substantially the entire lower surface 26B is heated by the hot air emitted from the grill burner 21 to the outside on the right and left sides, and the food can be more appropriately heated by the conductive heat from the grill plate 26. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited.

In the grill 2E shown in FIG. 8, two straight tube-shaped grill burners 21 are arranged at left and right lateral positions of the grill plate 26 on the left and right side walls 205 of the heating cabinet 20, respectively. Further, the flame holes 210 are provided along the inner end surface of the grill burner 21, and are configured to eject the gas supplied to the grill burner 21 toward the center side of the heating cabinet 20. As a result, similarly to the above-described embodiment, the grill plate 26 is heated from the side end portion 261 side, the food is heated from below by the conduction heat from the grill plate 26, and is further rotated from the outside inside the heating cabinet 20 to the upper center. The food is heated from above by the convective heat flowing downward. Therefore, the same effect as that of the above-described embodiment is obtained.

In the grill 2F shown in FIG. 9, two straight tubular grill burners 21 are arranged at the left and right lateral positions of the grill plate 26 on the left and right side walls 205 of the heating cabinet 20, respectively, similarly to the grill 2E. Further, the flame holes 210 are provided not only on the inner end surface of the grill burner 21 but also on the upper surface thereof, and the side end portion 261 of the grill plate 26 is heated by the hot air emitted from the grill burner 21 toward the inner side of the heating cabinet 20. At the same time, the hot air emitted upward from the grill burner 21 is guided onto the grill plate 26 as convective heat. Therefore, the same effect as that of the above-described embodiment is obtained.

In the grill 2G shown in FIG. 10, flame holes 210 are provided on the upper surface and the lower surface of the grill burner 21, and the gas supplied to the grill burner 21 is configured to be ejected vertically along the side wall 205. In this structure, the side end portion 261 of the grill plate 26 is heated by the hot air released downward from the grill burner 21, and the hot air released upward from the grill burner 21 is guided onto the grill plate 26 as convective heat. The same operational effect as that of the above-described embodiment is obtained.

In the grill 2H shown in FIG. 11, two straight-tube-shaped grill burners 21 are provided above the left and right side walls 205 of the heating cabinet 20, respectively, with the flame holes 210 directed obliquely downward toward the center of the heating cabinet 20. The gas supplied to the grill burner 21 is configured to be ejected toward a position near the side end portion 261 of the plate upper surface 26A. The grill burner 21 may be provided at the left and right side edge portions of the heat collecting plate 27 with the flame holes 210 directed obliquely downward toward the center of the heating cabinet 20.

In this structure, the hot air emitted from the grill burner 21 heats the left and right side end portions 261 of the grill plate 26, and then is collected toward the center along the plate upper surface 26A and guided to the upper side of the grill plate 26 as convective heat. Therefore, the same effect as that of the above-described embodiment can be obtained.

Further, as in the grill 2K shown in FIG. 12, in the grill 2H, the heat collecting plate 27 has a recess 71 having a substantially trapezoidal shape in the front view, which is disposed on the vertical center line of the heating cabinet 20 and has an upward concave shape. The inclined portion 72 may extend obliquely downward from 205 to the outer edge of the recess 71, and the hot air outlet 53 may be formed in the recess 71.

In this structure, the hot air rising from the central portion of the plate upper surface 26A is collected in the center of the lower surface side of the recess 71 and is guided to the exhaust passage 20C through the hot air guiding hole 53, so that the hot air is stably raised above the center of the plate upper surface 26A. A stream is formed. As a result, the food material on the grill plate 26 can be more appropriately heated by convective heat, and thus more stable heating performance can be exhibited.

In the above embodiment, the hot air emitted from the grill burner 21 is configured to flow to the upper side wall 205 through the outside of the side end portion 261 of the grill plate 26. The discharged hot air may be configured to flow through the entire outer circumference of the grill plate 26 and above the opening 200, the rear wall 204, and the side wall 205.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the hot air outlet holes 53 are provided at the positions closer to the front and rear than the center of the heat collecting plate 27 in the front-rear direction. The food can be appropriately heated by radiant heat, and convection of hot air is stably formed in the space 20E above the plate, and the hot air introduced into the space 20E above the plate and oil smoke generated from the food are smoothly exhausted. The hot air outlet 53 may be provided only at a position closer to the front than the center of the heat collecting plate 27 in the front-rear direction as long as the heat collecting plate 27 can be led to the passage 20C. A plurality of hot air lead-out holes 53 may be provided over substantially the entire area before and after the outlet 51.

As described above, in the case where the hot air outlet 53 is provided only in front of the center of the heat collecting plate 27 in the front-rear direction, the hot air discharged from the grill burner 21 and reaching the lower surface of the heat collecting plate 27 is After being guided to the front of the heating cabinet 20 along the lower surface of 27, it is led to the exhaust passage 20C through the hot air outlet 53, so that the hot air flowing above the grill plate 26 makes the upper surface of the food material more appropriate and efficient. It can be heated. Therefore, more stable heating performance can be exhibited, and energy saving can be further improved.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the description has been given of the two straight tubular grill burners 21 extending in the symmetrical positions with the vertical center line of the heating cabinet 20 interposed therebetween. It is also possible to use another grill burner, in which the straight pipe portions on both the left and right sides are extended symmetrically with respect to the vertical center line of the heating cabinet 20 as in the grill burner 21.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is applicable to a table stove used by being placed on a kitchen table, a built-in stove installed in a stove mounting hole provided in a kitchen countertop in a dropped state, and a stove on the top surface of a top plate 101.
