Description
図1は、第1実施形態にかかる燃焼器を備えるジェットエンジンの機能構成を示す図である。ジェットエンジン(燃焼装置)1は、航空機などに搭載されて、高温高圧のガスをタービン中で膨張させて主軸を回転させ、タービン出口から噴射される高速ジェット(排気)の運動エネルギを航空機の推進力として利用するものである。ジェットエンジン1は、図1に示すように、圧縮空気供給部3と、燃料供給部5と、燃焼器7と、タービン9とを備える。圧縮空気供給部3は、作動流体となる気体、すなわち空気を導入して圧縮し、空気供給路4を通じて、燃焼器7に空気流を供給する。燃料供給部5は、液体のジェット燃料を、燃料供給路6を通じて、燃焼器7に供給する。この液体燃料は、燃料供給路6を通過する際に、燃焼器7の熱により加熱されて改質し、空気と混合されて燃焼器7内に供給される。燃焼器7は、供給された空気及び燃料ガスを燃焼させ、生成された高温高圧のガスを、燃焼ガス流路8を通じてタービン9に供給する。タービン9は、高温高圧のガスにより主軸を回転させ、タービン出口から高速のジェット気流を噴射する。
次に、第2実施形態に係る接合部について説明する。図14は、第2実施形態に係る接合部の接合前の状態を示す部分拡大断面図であり、図15は、接合した接合部の部分拡大断面図である。これら図14及び図15は、図8に対応するものであり、燃焼器本体10を構成する筒体111の端面111Bと筒体112の端面112Aとを突き合わせて接合する接合部115の構成を示している。
次に、第3実施形態に係る接合部について説明する。図16は、第3実施形態に係る接合部の接合前の状態を示す部分拡大断面図であり、図17は、接合した接合部の部分拡大断面図である。これら図16及び図17は、図8に対応するものであり、燃焼器本体10を構成する筒体211の端面211Bと筒体212の端面212Aとを突き合わせて接合する接合部215の構成を示している。

Claims (6)
- セラミックス基複合材料で形成された複数の筒体が、中間材を介して前記筒体の端面同士を突き合わせて接合される接合部を有する接合構造であって、
前記接合部は、接合される前記筒体の端面がそれぞれ前記筒体の内面及び外面の一方から他方に向けて傾斜し、
複数の前記筒体は、接合された状態で内部を加熱された流体が流通可能に構成されるとともに、前記接合部を挟んで入口端に向けて開口面積が小さくなる第1の筒体と、前記接合部を挟んで出口端に向けて開口面積が大きくなる第2の筒体とを備え、前記第1の筒体の端面は、該筒体の内面から外面に向けて突出するように傾斜し、前記第2の筒体の端面は、該筒体の外面から内面に向けて突出するように傾斜していることを特徴とする接合構造。 - 前記接合部は、前記筒体の端面の一部が突出して相互に組み合う段部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接合構造。
- セラミックス基複合材料で形成された複数の筒体が、中間材を介して前記筒体の端面同士を突き合わせて接合される接合部を有する接合構造であって、
前記接合部は、対向する両方の筒体の端面にそれぞれ周方向に延設された溝部と、これら両方の溝部に嵌合する嵌合片と、を備えることを特徴とする接合構造。 - 前記筒体は、セラミックス基複合材料で形成された一の板材の板面に、他の板材の端面を接合されており、前記一の板材の板面には、前記他の板材の端面が嵌る凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の接合構造。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接合構造を備え、空気と混合された燃料ガスが前記筒体内で燃焼されることを特徴とする燃焼器。
- 請求項5に記載の燃焼器を備えることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
