Claims (20)
- 底面;
前記底面のセンター領域に上方に膨らんでいるリセス;
前記リセスの周りに入射面;
前記底面および入射面の反対側に膨らんでいる曲面を有する第1光出射面;および
前記第1光出射面の下部の周りにフラット(flat)面を有する第2光出射面を含み、
前記底面は前記リセスに隣接した第1エッジおよび前記第2光出射面に隣接した第2エッジを含み、
前記底面は前記第1エッジに近接した領域であるほど前記リセスの底中心に水平な第1軸に次第に近くなり、
前記入射面の下部領域は前記第2エッジを通る水平な直線より下に配置され、
前記第1光出射面は前記リセスと垂直にオーバーラップするセンター領域が膨らんでいる曲面を有し、
前記底面の前記第1エッジと第2エッジとを連結した直線は前記第1軸に対して5度以下の角度で傾斜され、
前記第2光出射面は前記リセスの底中心を基準にして前記第1軸に対して20度以下の角度を有する、光学レンズ。 - 底面;
前記底面のセンター領域に上方に膨らんでいるリセス;
前記リセスの周りに入射面;
前記底面および入射面の反対側に膨らんでいる曲面を有する第1光出射面;および
前記第1光出射面の下部の周りにフラット面を有する第2光出射面を含み、
前記底面は前記リセスに隣接した第1エッジおよび前記第2光出射面に隣接した第2エッジとを含み、
前記底面は前記第1エッジに近接した領域であるほど前記リセスの底中心に水平な第1軸に次第に近くなり、
前記入射面の下部領域は前記第2エッジを通る水平な直線より下に配置され、
前記第1光出射面は前記リセスと垂直にオーバーラップするセンター領域が膨らんでいる曲面を有し、
前記第2光出射面は前記第1光出射面に隣接した第3エッジを含み、
前記入射面の第1頂点は前記第2光出射面の第3エッジを通る水平な直線より前記第1光出射面の第2頂点にさらに近く、
前記リセスは直径が前記入射面の第1頂点に向かって漸進的に減少する形状を有し、
前記リセスの深さは前記リセスの底幅より大きく、
前記底面は傾斜した面を含み、
前記リセスの深さは前記光学レンズの厚さの80%以上である、光学レンズ。 - 前記底面の前記第1エッジと第2エッジとを連結した直線は前記第1軸に対して5度以下の角度で傾斜した、請求項2に記載の光学レンズ。
- 前記底面は前記第1エッジと第2エッジとを連結した直線より上に配置され、負の曲率を有する曲面を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の光学レンズ。
- 前記底面は傾斜した面を含む、請求項1に記載の光学レンズ。
- 前記底面の第2エッジと前記第1軸との間の間隔は前記第2光出射面の幅より小さい、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の光学レンズ。
- 前記リセスの深さは前記光学レンズの厚さの80%以上である、請求項1に記載の光学レンズ。
- 前記入射面の第1頂点と前記第1光出射面の第2頂点とは前記リセスの底中心に垂直な中心軸に配置され、
前記底面の第2エッジと前記第1軸との間の間隔は前記入射面の第1頂点と前記第1光出射面の第2頂点との間の距離より小さい、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の光学レンズ。 - 前記第1光出射面のセンター領域は前記リセスの底中心を基準にして中心軸に対して20度以下の角度を有する、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の光学レンズ。
- 前記第2光出射面は前記リセスの底中心を基準にして前記第1軸に対して20度以下の角度を有する、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の光学レンズ。
- 前記第2光出射面は前記第1光出射面の下部エッジより外側に配置されて傾斜した、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の光学レンズ。
- 前記第2光出射面は前記第1光出射面の下部エッジより内側に配置されて傾斜した、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の光学レンズ。
- 前記底面に複数の支持突起を含み、
前記複数の支持突起は前記リセスの底中心から同じ間隔で配置される、請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の光学レンズ。 - 前記底面の第2エッジと前記第1軸との間の間隔は前記第2光出射面の第3エッジと前記第2エッジとの間の間隔より小さく、
前記第2光出射面の一部に外側に突出された側面突出部を含む、請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の光学レンズ。 - 上面および複数の側面を通じて光を放出する発光素子;
前記発光素子上に配置された光学レンズ;および
前記光学レンズおよび前記発光素子の下に配置された回路基板を含み、
前記光学レンズは、底面;前記底面のセンター領域に上方に膨らんで前記発光素子が配置されたリセス;前記リセスの周りに入射面;前記底面および入射面の反対側に膨らんでいる曲面を有する第1光出射面;および前記第1光出射面の下部にフラットな面を有する第2光出射面を含み、
前記光学レンズの底面は前記リセスに隣接した第1エッジおよび前記第2光出射面に隣接した第2エッジを含み、
前記光学レンズの底面は前記第1エッジに近接した領域であるほど前記リセスの底中心に水平な第1軸に次第に近くなり、
前記入射面の下部領域は前記第2エッジを通る水平な直線より下へ突出して前記発光素子の側面に対応され、
前記第1光出射面は前記リセスと垂直にオーバーラップするセンター領域が膨らんでいる曲面を有し、
前記発光素子から放出された光の中で前記第2光出射面を通じて放出された第1光の出射角は前記入射面に入射された前記第1光の入射角より小さい、発光モジュール。 - 前記光学レンズの第3エッジを通る二つの直線がなす角度は前記発光素子の指向角より大きく、前記光学レンズの指向角より小さい、請求項15に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記発光素子は前記光学レンズの第1軸より上に配置され、前記光学レンズの底面の第2エッジに水平な直線より下に配置される、請求項15又は請求項16に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記光学レンズの底面は傾斜した面および曲面のうち少なくとも一つを含み、前記発光素子の側面に放出された光を前記第2光出射面に反射する、請求項15乃至請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記光学レンズの底面の第1エッジは前記回路基板上に接触する、請求項15乃至請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記光学レンズの底面に複数の支持突起を含み、
前記複数の支持突起は前記リセスの底中心から同じ間隔で配置され、
前記回路基板は前記光学レンズのリセスの周りに互いに離隔された複数の吸収層を有する、請求項15乃至請求項19のいずれか1項に記載の発光モジュール。
