Description
実施形態の説明で参照する図面は、模式的に記載されたものであり、図面に描画された構成要素の寸法比率などは、現物と異なる場合がある。具体的な寸法比率等は、以下の説明を参酌して判断されるべきである。
図1は組電池10の全体を示す斜視図、図2は組電池10を構成する単電池20の斜視図である(併せて、一点鎖線で囲んだ部分の断面を示す)。図3〜図5は、電池積層体11の並列ブロック13を示す図である。図6は、正極側バスバー50と負極側バスバー60の接続部70及びその近傍を拡大して示す図である。
図3〜図5では、並列ブロック13を構成する2つの単電池20のうち、上側に配置される単電池20を「単電池20a」、下側に配置される単電池20を「単電池20b」とし、各電池の構成要素にa,bをそれぞれ付する。図6では、積み重ねられた並列ブロック13を上から順に「並列ブロック13A,13B,13C」とし、各ブロックの構成要素にA,B,Cをそれぞれ付する。
Claims (5)
- 扁平形状の本体部、前記本体部の一の面の横方向一端側から引き出された正極タブ、及び前記本体部の前記一の面の横方向他端側から引き出された負極タブを有する単電池と、
複数の前記単電池を同じ向きに積み重ねて構成された電池積層体と、
前記正極タブに接続される正極側バスバーと、
前記負極タブに接続される負極側バスバーと、
を備え、
前記電池積層体の隣り合う前記単電池のうち、一方の前記単電池の前記正極タブに接続された前記正極側バスバーと、他方の前記単電池の前記負極タブに接続された前記負極側バスバーとが、前記電池積層体の一の面上で互いに接続され、
前記正極側バスバーは、前記正極タブに接続される正極側第1接続部と、当該第1接続部と略平行に延び、前記負極側バスバーに接続される正極側第2接続部と、当該第1及び第2接続部の間に段差を形成する正極側連結部とを有し、
前記負極側バスバーは、前記負極タブに接続される負極側第1接続部と、当該第1接続部と略平行に延び、前記正極側バスバーに接続される負極側第2接続部と、当該第1及び第2接続部の間に段差を形成する負極側連結部とを有する、組電池。 - 前記電池積層体は、隣り合う少なくとも2つの前記単電池が並列に接続されてなる並列ブロックを複数含み、
前記並列ブロックは、当該ブロックを構成する前記各単電池の前記正極タブ同士を重ね合わせて形成された正極タブ積層部と、当該各単電池の前記負極タブ同士を重ね合わせて形成された負極タブ積層部とを有し、
隣り合う前記並列ブロックのうち、一方の前記並列ブロックの前記正極タブ積層部に接続された前記正極側バスバーと、他方の前記並列ブロックの前記負極タブ積層部に接続された前記負極側バスバーとが互いに接続されている、請求項1に記載の組電池。 - 前記正極側バスバー及び前記負極側バスバーは、互いに同一形状、同一寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記正極側バスバーと前記負極側バスバーとの接続部は、前記電池積層体の前記一の面上において、前記単電池の積層方向に並んで複数形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
- 前記正極側バスバーと前記負極側バスバーとの間に挟持された導電性部材を備え、
前記導電性部材は、当該各バスバーの間から突出した電圧監視用端子部を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
