Description
Claims (11)
- 被研削材を研削する研削装置において、
回転軸を中心に回転し且つ軸方向を垂直に横切る水平面上で平行移動可能なメインフレームと、
前記メインフレームと軸方向に間隔をあけて配置され、前記メインフレームに対して揺動可能に取り付けられた第1の揺動フレームと、
前記第1の揺動フレームに対して軸方向を横切る水平面上で平行移動可能に取り付けられたピッチ送りフレームと、
前記ピッチ送りフレームに対して揺動可能に取り付けられた第2の揺動フレームとを備え、
前記第1の揺動フレームは、軸中心からずれて設けられる第1の支点で前記メインフレームと連結し、前記第1の支点を中心に前記メインフレームに対して揺動可能であり、
前記第2の揺動フレームは、被研削材の表面に接触する接触子と被研削材を研削する砥石とを有し、軸中心からずれた前記接触子の接触位置の中心からの垂線上に設けられる第2の支点で前記ピッチ送りフレームと連結し、前記第2の支点を中心として前記ピッチ送りフレームに対して揺動可能であって、
前記砥石は、前記接触子の接触位置の近傍を研削するように前記第2の揺動フレームに取り付けられることを特徴とする研削装置。 - 前記砥石は、軸中心と前記接触子の接触中心を結ぶ線分上が研削中心となるように前記第2の揺動フレームに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研削装置。
- 前記第1の揺動フレームは、前記第1の支点と軸中心を挟んだ反対側で、伸縮自在なシリンダを介して前記メインフレームと連結していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の研削装置。
- 研削形状に形成されたカムを備え、
前記メインフレームは、前記カムに沿って回転し且つ平行移動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の研削装置。 - 前記第2の揺動フレームを前記ピッチ送りフレームに対して固定する固定機構を備え、
前記固定機構を解除することで、前記第2の揺動フレームは前記ピッチ送りフレームに対して揺動可能となることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の研削装置。 - 前記砥石による研削深さを調整する調整機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の研削装置。
- 前記砥石は円盤砥石であって、
前記メインフレームの回転に応じて前記砥石が回転しながらその周面で前記被研削材を研削し、周回毎に前記調整機構による研削深さを変更し、さらに、所定の周回タイミングで前記第2の揺動フレームを前記砥石の周面厚みよりも短いピッチで平行移動させることで、軸中心を底部として含むすり鉢状に研削可能とすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の研削装置。 - 前記砥石は、軸中心に対して傾斜して取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の研削装置。
- 前記接触子は、それぞれが異なる位置で被研削材に接触する2つ以上のボールであるこ
とを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の研削装置。 - 前記接触子は、被研削材に2箇所以上で接触するローラであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の研削装置。
- 被研削材を研削する研削装置において、
回転軸を中心に回転し且つ軸方向を垂直に横切る水平面上で平行移動可能なメインフレームと、
前記メインフレームと軸方向に間隔をあけて配置され、前記メインフレームに対して揺動可能に取り付けられた揺動フレームと、
前記揺動フレームに対して軸方向を横切る水平面上で平行移動可能に取り付けられたピッチ送りフレームとを備え、
前記揺動フレームは、軸中心からずれて設けられる支点で前記メインフレームと連結し、前記支点を中心に前記メインフレームに対して揺動可能であり、
前記ピッチ送りフレームは、被研削材の表面に接触する接触子と被研削材を研削する砥石とを有し、前記揺動フレームの揺動に伴って揺動可能であって、
前記砥石は、前記接触子の接触位置の近傍を研削するように前記ピッチ送りフレームに取り付けられ、
前記砥石は、前記ピッチ送りフレームの上面から見て、軸中心と前記接触子の接触中心を結ぶ線分上が研削中心となるように前記ピッチ送りフレームに取り付けられることを特徴とする研削装置。
