Description
本出願は、2015年12月2日付韓国特許出願第10−2015−0170873号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
NMR分析は、Agilent社の500MHzのNMR装備を使用して製造社のマニュアルに基づいて行った。NMRの測定のためのサンプルは、化合物をDMSO(dimethyl sulfoxide)−d6に溶解させて製造した。
DSC分析は、TA instrument社のQ20システムを使用して35℃から450℃まで10℃/分の昇温速度で昇温し、N2flow雰囲気で行った。
TGA分析は、Mettler−Toledo社のTGAe850装備を使用して行った。製造例で製造された化合物の場合、25℃から800℃まで10℃/分の昇温速度で昇温し、N2flow雰囲気で分析した。
下記化学式Aの化合物は、次の方式で合成した。
下記化学式Bの化合物は、次の方式で合成した。4、4’−biphenol 27.9gおよび100mLのDMF(dimetnyl formamide)を、3ネックRBF(Round bottom flask)に投入し、常温で攪拌し、溶解させた。4−nitrophthalonitrile 51.9gを追加し、DMF50gを追加した後、攪拌し、溶解させた。次いで、炭酸カリウム62.2gおよびDMF(dimethyl formamide)50gを一緒に投入した後、攪拌し、温度を85℃まで昇温した。5時間程度反応させた後、常温(約20℃〜25℃)に冷却させ、塩酸水溶液(濃度:0.2N)に中和沈殿した。フィルタリングした後、水で洗浄した。その後、フィルタリングされた反応物を100℃のオーブンで真空乾燥させ、水と残留溶媒を除去した後、下記化学式Bの化合物を収得した。目的物に対して行ったNMR分析結果は、図2に示した。
製造例1の化学式Aの化合物に前記化学式Aの化合物の使用量に対して18モル%の硬化剤を添加し、よく混合し、重合性組成物を製造した。前記で硬化剤としては、フタロニトリル樹脂の製造に使用され得るものと公知された化合物として、下記化学式Cの化合物を使用した。前記組成物に対してDSCとTGA分析を行った結果を、下記の表1に示した。前記重合性組成物を240℃で数分間加熱し、プレポリマーを製造できる。製造されたプレポリマーをさらに240℃から温度を昇温し、約375℃まで約10時間加熱し、熱硬化を完了すると、フタロニトリル樹脂を製造できる。
製造例1の化学式Aの化合物を使用し、添加剤を追加することなく、重合性組成物を製造した。前記組成物に対してDSCとTGA分析を行った結果を下記表1に示した。前記重合性組成物を240℃で数分間加熱し、プレポリマーを製造できる。製造されたプレポリマーをさらに240℃から温度を昇温し、約375℃まで約10時間加熱し、熱硬化を完了すると、フタロニトリル樹脂を製造できる。
製造例1の化学式Aの化合物の代わりに、製造例2の化学式Bの化合物を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一に重合性組成物を製造した。前記組成物に対してDSCとTGA分析を行った結果を下記の表1に示した。実施例および比較例の組成物に対してDSCとTGA分析を行った結果は、下記の表1に示されている。

- 下記化学式1で表示される化合物由来の重合単位を含むフタロニトリル樹脂:
- L1〜L3は、それぞれ独立して、炭素数1〜4のアルキレン基である、請求項1に記載のフタロニトリル樹脂。
- P1、P2、A1およびA2には、それぞれ少なくとも一つのアルキル基が置換されている、請求項1に記載のフタロニトリル樹脂。
- A1およびA2は、フェニレン基である、請求項1に記載のフタロニトリル樹脂。
- A1においてL2と結合された位置を基準としてメタ位置にL1が結合されており、A2においてL2と結合された位置を基準としてメタ位置にL3が結合されている、請求項4に記載のフタロニトリル樹脂。
- A1においてL2と結合された位置を基準としてメタまたはパラ位置に化学式2の置換基が置換されており、A2においてL2と結合された位置を基準としてメタまたはパラ位置に化学式2の置換基が置換されている、請求項4に記載のフタロニトリル樹脂。

- P1においてL1と結合された位置を基準としてオルソまたはメタ位置に化学式2の置換基が置換されており、P2においてL3と結合された位置を基準としてオルソまたはメタ位置に化学式2の置換基が置換されている、請求項8に記載のフタロニトリル樹脂。
- P1においてL1と結合された位置を基準としてオルソまたはメタ位置に炭素数1〜4のアルキル基が置換されており、P2においてL3と結合された位置を基準としてオルソまたはメタ位置に炭素数1〜4のアルキル基が置換されている、請求項8に記載のフタロニトリル樹脂。
- 請求項1に規定する化学式1で表示される化合物を含む重合性組成物。
- 硬化剤をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の重合性組成物。
- 請求項12に記載の重合性組成物の反応物であるプレポリマー。
- 請求項1に記載のフタロニトリル樹脂および充填剤を含む複合体。
- 請求項1に規定する化学式1で表示される化合物を含む写真増感剤の前駆体組成物。
