Description
タケネートD−127N(1,3−ビスイソシアナトメチルシクロヘキサンのイソシアヌレート誘導体の溶液、三井化学製)を用い、溶媒置換操作によって、1,3−ビスイソシアナトメチルシクロヘキサンのイソシアヌレート誘導体のメチルイソブチルケトン(MIBK)溶液(固形分75質量%)を調製した(以後、得られた溶液を、「D−127N(MIBK)」と記載する場合がある。)。
窒素シールした4つ口フラスコに、D−127N(MIBK)459.13g、MIBK278.23g、および、マロン酸ジエチル254.39gを加え、室温で15分間、よく混合した。このとき、ブロック剤中の活性基(ブロック基)の、イソシアネート基に対する当量比(活性基/イソシアネート基)を、1.05とした。
窒素シールした4つ口フラスコに、D−127N(MIBK)223.57g、タケネートD−170N(ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレート誘導体、固形分100質量%、三井化学製)167.79g、MIBK336.85g、および、マロン酸ジエチル(立山化成製)263.58gを加え、室温で15分間、よく混合した。このとき、ブロック剤中の活性基(ブロック基)の、イソシアネート基に対する当量比(活性基/イソシアネート基)を、1.05とした。
窒素シールした4つ口フラスコに、D−127N(MIBK)223.71g、タケネートD−170N 503.35g、MIBK741.14g、および、マロン酸ジエチル545.14gを加え、室温で15分間、よく混合した。このとき、ブロック剤中の活性基(ブロック基)の、イソシアネート基に対する当量比(活性基/イソシアネート基)を、1.05とした。
窒素シールした4つ口フラスコに、タケネートD−170N 225.00g、MIBK271.08g、および、マロン酸ジエチル188.79gを加え、室温で15分間、よく混合した。このとき、ブロック剤中の活性基(ブロック基)の、イソシアネート基に対する当量比(活性基/イソシアネート基)を、1.05とした。
窒素シールした4つ口フラスコに、D−127N(MIBK)243.79g、D−170N 182.85g、および、アセト酢酸エチル233.39gを加え、室温で15分間、よく混合した。このとき、ブロック剤中の活性基(ブロック基)の、イソシアネート基に対する当量比(活性基/イソシアネート基)を、1.05とした。
マヨネーズ瓶に、ゼッフルGK−570(硬化性官能基含有フッ素ポリマー、硬化性官能基:水酸基、ダイキン工業製)37.05g、酸化チタンCR93(石原産業製)48.60g、および、酢酸ブチル(溶剤)31.34gと、ガラスビーズ115gとを加え、軽く混合した後、ペイントシェーカーにて2時間よく混合した。
製造例7で得られた白塗料ワニス(硬化性官能基含有フッ素ポリマーおよび酸化チタンの混合物)と、製造例2で得られたブロックイソシアネート1とを、ブロックイソシアネートにおける潜在イソシアネート基に対する、硬化性官能基含有フッ素ポリマーの硬化性官能基(水酸基)のモル比(硬化性官能基/イソシアネート基)が2となる割合で良く混合した。
ブロックイソシアネートおよびシランカップリング剤の種類を、表2に示すように変更した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で、塗料および硬化塗膜を得た。なお、比較例3では、ブロックイソシアネートを配合せず、非ブロックイソシアネートとして、タケネートD−127N(1,3−ビスイソシアナトメチルシクロヘキサンのイソシアヌレート誘導体の溶液、三井化学製)をそのまま用いた。
KBM−903(アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、信越化学製)の添加量を、表3に示すように変更した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で、塗料および硬化塗膜を得た。
(1)密着性
各実施例および各比較例において得られた積層シート(PETフィルム/硬化塗膜)をそのまま用い、碁盤目剥離試験(JISK5600−5−6(1999)に準拠)により評価した。なお、剥離後の残存量が100%のものを○とし、95%以上のものを△とし、95%未満のものを×とした。
割り箸の片端に、十分な量の脱脂綿を巻き付け、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)に十分に浸した。
各実施例および各比較例において得られた積層シート(PETフィルム/硬化塗膜)の硬化塗膜のglossを、光沢度計(VG2000、日本電色工業製)にて測定した。なお、入射角は60°に設定した。
各実施例および各比較例において得られた積層シート(PETフィルム/硬化塗膜)の硬化塗膜のb値を、色差計(SE2000、日本電色工業製)にて測定した。
各実施例および各比較例において得られた塗料を、40℃の恒温オーブンに静置し、一週間放置した後、塗料の外観を観察した。固化が確認されないもの、または、容器壁に析出物が確認されないものを○とし、固化が確認されたもの、または、固化が確認されたものを×とした。
D−127N:製造例1で得られたD−127N(MIBK)、1,3−ビスイソシアナトメチルシクロヘキサン(H6XDI)のイソシアヌレート誘導体のメチルイソブチルケトン(MIBK)溶液(固形分75質量%)
D−170N:タケネートD−170N、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)のイソシアヌレート誘導体、固形分100質量%、三井化学製
KBM−903:アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、信越化学製
KBE−903:アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、信越化学製
KBM−602:N−2−(アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、信越化学製
KBM−603:N−2−(アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、信越化学製
KBM−803:3−メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、信越化学製
なお、上記発明は、本発明の例示の実施形態として提供したが、これは単なる例示に過ぎず、限定的に解釈してはならない。当該技術分野の当業者によって明らかな本発明の変形例は、後記特許請求の範囲に含まれる。
Claims (11)
- ブロックイソシアネートと、硬化性官能基含有フッ素ポリマーと、アルコキシシランとを必須成分として含み、酸化チタンを任意成分として含んでもよい硬化性組成物であって、
前記ブロックイソシアネートは、
ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン骨格を有するイソシアネート化合物のイソシアネート基が、O=C−CH−C=O骨格を有するブロック剤によりブロックされたブロックイソシアネートを含み、
前記アルコキシシランは、第15〜16族元素(酸素を除く。)から選択される少なくとも1種の元素を含む官能基を有しており、
前記ブロックイソシアネートにおける前記イソシアネート化合物の前記イソシアネート基に対する、前記硬化性官能基含有フッ素ポリマーの硬化性官能基のモル比(硬化性官能基/イソシアネート基)が、0.5〜10であり、
前記アルコキシシランの含有割合が、前記ブロックイソシアネートおよび前記硬化性官能基含有フッ素ポリマーの総量100質量部に対して、0.2〜8質量部であり、
前記酸化チタンの含有割合が、前記硬化性官能基含有フッ素ポリマー100質量部に対して、0〜200質量部である
ことを特徴とする、硬化性組成物。 - 前記ブロック剤が、マロン酸エステル誘導体および/またはアセト酢酸エステル誘導体である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。 - 前記アルコキシシランの前記官能基が、
1級アミノ基、2級アミノ基およびメルカプト基からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の官能基である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物を含むことを特徴とする、塗料。
- 請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物を含むことを特徴とする、太陽電池用塗料。
- 請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物を含むことを特徴とする、太陽電池バックシート用塗料。
- 請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物を含むことを特徴とする、接着剤。
- 請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物を含むことを特徴とする、太陽電池用接着剤。
- 請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物を含むことを特徴とする、太陽電池バックシート用接着剤。
- 請求項4に記載の塗料を、基材に塗工する塗工工程と、
前記塗料を硬化させる硬化工程と
を備えることを特徴とする、シートの製造方法。 - 硬化性官能基含有フッ素ポリマーの硬化剤であって、
ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン骨格を有するイソシアネート化合物のイソシアネート基が、O=C−CH−C=O骨格を有するブロック剤によりブロックされたブロックイソシアネート
を含むことを特徴とする、硬化剤。
