Claims (5)
- 温度コントローラであって、
マイクロプロセッサと、
ヒーターの作動温度を検知する温度検知装置と、
加熱素子を流れる電流値を検知する電流検知装置と、
制御リレーと、
外部インターフェースと、
を含み、
マイクロプロセッサは、温度検知装置および電流検知装置から受信した温度および電流値に基づき、温度コントローラの作動状態を確定し、制御リレーに制御信号を送信することにより、前記ヒーターの作動を制御して温度を調節し、
マイクロプロセッサの外部インターフェースには、警報信号を提供するフォトカプラソリッドステートリレーおよび温度コントローラを遠隔制御するフォトカプラが接続されており、
フォトカプラソリッドステートリレーは、発光ダイオードおよび電源スイッチを含み、フォトカプラは、発光ダイオードおよびフォトトランジスタを含み、フォトカプラソリッドステートリレーの電源スイッチの一端は、フォトカプラの発光ダイオードのアノードに接続されており、該接続端はヒーター温度コントローラの入力端を構成し、フォトカプラソリッドステートリレーの電源スイッチの他端は、ヒーター温度コントローラの第1出力端であり、フォトカプラの発光ダイオードのカソードは、前記ヒーター温度コントローラの第2出力端子を構成し、
フォトカプラソリッドステートリレーの発光ダイオードのアノードは直流電源に接続され、フォトカプラソリッドステートリレーの発光ダイオードのカソードは、マイクロプロセッサのI/Oインターフェースに接続されており、
前記フォトカプラのフォトトランジスタのコレクタは直流電源に接続され、エミッターは接地されると同時にマイクロプロセッサのCCPおよびアナログ信号入力端に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする温度コントローラ。 - マイクロプロセッサにより、温度コントローラの作動状態が正常でないと確定された場合、制御リレーを制御してヒーターへの電力供給を遮断する安全リレーをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度コントローラ。
- 前記直流電源は5Vである、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の温度コントローラ。
- 制御リレーには、ソリッドステート双方向サイリスタが並列接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の温度コントローラ。
- マイクロプロセッサはゼロ電圧検知機能を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の温度コントローラ。
