Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様に係るリチウムイオン二次電池100と、その作製方法について説明する。
本実施の形態では、複数種類の固体電解質層を多層構造としてリチウムイオン二次電池に用いる例を示す。
本実施の形態では、固体電解質に用いるグラフェン化合物について説明する。また、化学修飾によるグラフェン化合物の製造方法についても合わせて説明する。本発明の一態様により製造されたグラフェン化合物は、リチウム、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム等の金属イオンを伝導する機能を有し、例えば、リチウムイオン二次電池の固体電解質に用いることができる。ただし、本発明の一態様はこれに限定されない。
次に、グラフェン又は酸化グラフェンに化学修飾を施し、化学修飾されたグラフェン化合物を製造する方法について、下記合成スキーム(A−1)及び合成スキーム(A−2)を用いて説明する。
上記実施の形態で得られる固体電解質を用いて新規な蓄電装置を実現することができる。

Claims (25)
- 正極活物質を有する第1の電極と、
負極活物質を有する第2の電極と、
グラフェン化合物を有する層と、を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極の短絡を防ぐ機能を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、エーテル結合を有する化学修飾剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンと、アルカリ金属イオン又はアルカリ土類金属イオンと、を有する
ことを特徴とする固体電池。 - 正極活物質を有する第1の電極と、
負極活物質を有する第2の電極と、
グラフェン化合物を有する層と、を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極の短絡を防ぐ機能を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、エステル結合を有する化学修飾剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンと、アルカリ金属イオン又はアルカリ土類金属イオンと、を有する
ことを特徴とする固体電池。 - 正極活物質を有する第1の電極と、
固体電解質層と、
グラフェン化合物を有する層と、
負極活物質を有する第2の電極と、を有し、
前記固体電解質層と前記第2の電極との間に前記グラフェン化合物を有する層を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極の短絡を防ぐ機能を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、エーテル結合を有する化学修飾剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンと、アルカリ金属イオン又はアルカリ土類金属イオンと、を有する
ことを特徴とする固体電池。 - 正極活物質を有する第1の電極と、

グラフェン化合物を有する層と、
負極活物質を有する第2の電極と、を有し、

第1の固体電解質層と、
負極活物質を有する第2の電極と、
第2の固体電解質層と、
グラフェン化合物を有する層と、を有し、
前記第1の固体電解質層と前記第2の固体電解質層との間に前記グラフェン化合物を有する層を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極の短絡を防ぐ機能を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、エーテル結合を有する化学修飾剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンと、アルカリ金属イオン又はアルカリ土類金属イオンと、を有する
ことを特徴とする固体電池。 - 正極活物質を有する第1の電極と、
第1の固体電解質層と、
負極活物質を有する第2の電極と、
第2の固体電解質層と、
グラフェン化合物を有する層と、を有し、
前記第1の固体電解質層と前記第2の固体電解質層との間に前記グラフェン化合物を有する層を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極の短絡を防ぐ機能を有し、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、エステル結合を有する化学修飾剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンと、アルカリ金属イオン又はアルカリ土類金属イオンと、を有する
ことを特徴とする固体電池。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一において、
前記アルカリ金属イオンは、リチウムイオンであることを特徴とする固体電池。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一において、
前記化学修飾剤は、シリル化剤であることを特徴とする固体電池。 - 請求項8において、
前記エーテル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェン、又は前記エステル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンにおいて、前記エーテル結合又は前記エステル結合は1本乃至3本のSi−O結合を介して前記酸化グラフェンと結合していることを特徴とする固体電池。 - 請求項8のいずれか一において、
前記エーテル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンは、下記式(201)で表されることを特徴とする固体電池。
- 請求項8のいずれか一において、
前記エーテル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンは、下記式(202)で表されることを特徴とする固体電池。
- 請求項8のいずれか一において、
前記エーテル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンは、下記式(200)で表されることを特徴とする固体電池。
(式(200)において、Rは少なくとも2以上のエーテル結合を有する置換または無置換の鎖状の基を表す。) - 請求項8のいずれか一において、
前記エステル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンは、下記式(203)で表されることを特徴とする固体電池。
- 請求項8のいずれか一において、
前記エステル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンは、下記一般式(G1)又は下記一般式(G2)で表されることを特徴とする固体電池。
(一般式(G1)及び一般式(G2)において、R1は置換又は無置換のアルキル基を表し、R1は分岐していても良く、R2は水素、又は置換若しくは無置換のアルキル基を表し、R2は分岐していても良い。) - 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一において、
前記グラフェン化合物を有する層は、固体電解質層としての機能を有することを特徴とする固体電池。 - エーテル結合を有する化学修飾剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンと、アルカリ金属イオン又はアルカリ土類金属イオンとを有し、正極活物質を有する第1の電極と負極活物質を有する第2の電極の短絡を防ぐ機能を有することを特徴とする固体電解質。
- エステル結合を有する化学修飾剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンと、アルカリ金属イオン又はアルカリ土類金属イオンとを有し、正極活物質を有する第1の電極と負極活物質を有する第2の電極の短絡を防ぐ機能を有することを特徴とする固体電解質。
- 請求項16又は17において、
前記アルカリ金属イオンは、リチウムイオンであることを特徴とする固体電解質。 - 請求項16乃至18のいずれか一において、
前記化学修飾剤は、シリル化剤であることを特徴とする固体電解質。 - 請求項19において、
前記エーテル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェン、又は前記エステル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンにおいて、前記エーテル結合又は前記エステル結合は1本乃至3本のSi−O結合を介して前記酸化グラフェンと結合していることを特徴とする固体電解質。 - 請求項19において、
前記エーテル結合を有するシリル化剤により修飾された酸化グラフェンは、下記式(201)で表されることを特徴とする固体電解質。
