Description
1、飽和液体の比容積が大きく、冷却システムへの冷媒の注入量を大幅に減らすことができる。
2、環境パフォーマンスに優れ、ODP値が0で、GWP値がHFCに比べて大幅に低い。
3、排気温度が低く、コンプレッサの耐用年数を延ばし、冷却装置の確実性を向上させる。
4、合成油もミネラルオイルも使用できるため、コストが削減できる。
5、冷却係数、単位体積あたりの冷却量及び作動圧力がすべてHFCと類似するため、コンプレッサを交換することなく、従来の冷媒を交換することができる。
6、優れた難燃性を有する。
2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン90kg、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン5kg、フルオロエタン5kgを液相状態で物理的に混合して、冷媒組成物を得る。
2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン80kg、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン15kg、フルオロエタン5kgを液相状態で物理的に混合して、冷媒組成物を得る。
2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン70kg、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン20kg、フルオロエタン10kgを液相状態で物理的に混合して、冷媒組成物を得る。
2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン60kg、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン20kg、フルオロエタン20kgを液相状態で物理的に混合して、冷媒組成物を得る。
2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン50kg、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン30kg、フルオロエタン20kgを液相状態で物理的に混合して、冷媒組成物を得る。
2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン70kg、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン25kg、フルオロエタン5kgを液相状態で物理的に混合して、冷媒組成物を得る。
2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン80kg、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン5kg、フルオロエタン15kgを液相状態で物理的に混合して、冷媒組成物を得る。
2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン75kg、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン20kg、フルオロエタン5kgを液相状態で物理的に混合して、冷媒組成物を得る。
2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン70kg、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン15kg、フルオロエタン15kgを液相状態で物理的に混合して、冷媒組成物を得る。
実施例1〜9で得られた製品について性能テストを行い、結果を表1に示す。
米国ASTM−E681−01標準に準じて、燃焼性試験を行う。ここで、LFLは燃焼限界の低限定値を指し、LFL値が大きいほど、燃焼性が低い。
実施例1〜9で得られた製品とHFO−1234yfをそれぞれグリース及びエーテル系化合物と混合して、その性能を測定した。異なる蒸発温度と凝縮温度でHFO−1234yfと実施例1〜9で得られた製品のCOP値を測定した。
Claims (10)
- ヒドロフルオロオレフィンを含有する冷媒組成物であって、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン50〜90重量部、トランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン5〜30重量部、フルオロエタン5〜20重量部からなることを特徴とする冷媒組成物。
- 2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン60〜80重量部、トランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン15〜30重量部、フルオロエタン5〜10重量部からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒドロフルオロオレフィンを含有する冷媒組成物。
- 2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン70〜80重量部、トランス−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピレン15〜20重量部、フルオロエタン5〜10重量部からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒドロフルオロオレフィンを含有する冷媒組成物。
- 前記組成物を、その重量配合比率で、液相状態で物理的に混合して、前記冷媒組成物を得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒドロフルオロオレフィンを含有する冷媒組成物の製造方法。
- 前記組成物のGWP値が10以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒドロフルオロオレフィンを含有する冷媒組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のヒドロフルオロオレフィンを含有する冷媒組成物の、自動車、乗用車および鉄道空調システム、家庭用冷凍システム、商業用冷凍システム、工業用冷凍システムやチラーユニットシステムにおける用途。
- 前記冷媒組成物に、潤滑剤、可溶化剤、分散剤、孔安定剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種の添加剤を添加することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の用途。
- 前記潤滑剤はミネラルオイル、シリコーンオイル、ポリオールエステルから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の用途。
- 前記冷媒組成物にエーテル系化合物を添加することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の用途。
- 前記エーテル系化合物は、ジメチルエーテル、トリフルオロビニルアリールエーテル、1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエチルメチルエーテル、1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエチル−2,2,2−トリフルオロエチルエーテル、ポリグリコールエーテルから選ばれる1種であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の用途。
