Claims (4)
- 患者の手術対象骨組織を撮影して生成された前記手術対象骨組織の三次元映像情報を取得する段階と、
コンピュータが、前記手術対象骨組織の三次元映像情報に基づいて、前記手術対象骨組織を識別し、前記手術対象骨組織に対応する少なくとも一つ以上の治療用骨組織モデルの三次元映像情報を生成する段階と、
コンピュータが、前記少なくとも一つ以上の治療用骨組織モデルの適合性を検証する段階と、
コンピュータが、前記検証する段階において、前記少なくとも一つ以上の治療用骨組織モデルの三次元映像情報の修正がない場合、前記治療用骨組織モデルの三次元映像情報を確定する段階と、
コンピュータが、前記検証する段階において、前記少なくとも一つ以上の治療用骨組織モデルの三次元映像情報の修正情報がある場合、前記治療用骨組織モデルの三次元映像情報に、前記修正情報を反映して、前記治療用骨組織モデルの三次元映像情報を確定する段階と、
加工部が、前記確定された治療用骨組織モデルの三次元映像情報から、人工骨組織を製造する段階と、を含む人工骨組織の製造方法において、
前記治療用骨組織モデルの三次元映像情報を確定する段階以後に、コンピュータが、前記治療用骨組織モデルを形成するための予備工程段階での予備人工骨組織の三次元映像情報を決定する段階をさらに含む人工骨組織の製造方法。 - 前記人工骨組織を製造する段階は、
前記予備人工骨組織の三次元映像情報を利用して、予備人工骨組織を製造する段階と、
前記予備人工骨組織及び前記治療用骨組織の三次元映像情報を利用して、人工骨組織を製造する段階と、を含む、請求項1に記載の人工骨組織の製造方法。 - 前記予備人工骨組織を製造する段階は、一次熱処理温度で予備焼結工程を行い、前記予備人工骨組織の三次元映像情報を利用して加工する、請求項2に記載の人工骨組織の製造方法。
- 前記人工骨組織を製造する段階は、二次熱処理温度で主焼結工程を行い、
前記二次熱処理温度は、前記一次熱処理温度よりも高い、請求項3に記載の人工骨組織の製造方法。
